Very Crate never delivered my product took my money in April 2020 and just like all the reviews never delivered. DO NOT BUY from them

Ordered product in April and July and no product. Received email saying shipped, still not received.

As many stated already I ordered mine over two months ago. I have emailed several times asking them for a refund eventually received a response that it was on its way, but its been held somewhere in california but UPS has not received it. Again two months later and have note received. They don't answer their phone either. All excuses are all lies
I have contacted my Credit Card Bank and filed a claim. They refunded me the amount the same day.
I recommend everyone to call their credit card company and file a claim ***. NO excuse
CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND ASK FOR REFUND FILE A CLAIM

After reading all these reviews I guess I should have been here before ordering. Live & learn...This whole Bozo Show began 04/23/2020 & as of 06/30/2020 still no arrival. On 06/24/2020 finally received a tracking number that is in USPS system but tracking the order is as crazy as trying to find out if I will ever see the order arrive at my door. It tracking five different locations in California, then nothing for approx. 3-4 days while it showed LA. Then Boom it showed in Grand Prairie, TX. on vacation there now. then disappears off of USPS tracking. Now shows again to be in Grand Prairie, TX. so maybe the pony express will be able to make some more progress soon & arrive in its destination city & my front porch.....If you want to take the adventure of poor business practices of this company be very patient, there might be a cure for cancer or COVID before you really have the order in your possession. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM AN ADD IN MY FACEBOOK FEED!!!! If There has a way for -5 stars then that would be my rating..I do not recommend buy from VeryCrate!!!

I ordered a product from this company on the 16th of June. Emailed them about possible shipment date, TWO WEEKS LATER, and NEVER received a reply from their support email, which is showing invalid.

Ordered 6 weeks ago, several emails sent with no resolution! They provide no tracking info and don’t answer emails!

I ordered the foot detox in April and I have not received anything. I waited patiently until the beginning of June due to the pandemic but no response and no product. I have requested a refund every week since the beginning of June and nothing.

I ordered my ionic foot spa over a month and a half ago and still have yet to receive it
They keep making excuses and say it’s stuck in California and I should be receiving it soon
DO NOT order from this *** company !
They are quick to take your $$$ and never ship the item !!

I placed an order April 23. I have not received my order yet. The USPS tracking number they sent by mail is not a proper number. I contacted USPS and there is no package with that tracking number. I have called the number on Very Crates web site and it is a recording stating due to Covid they can not be reached by phone. I sent an email. My credit card was charged and I did not get anything. This company is a fraud.

This company charged my credit card as soon as I ordered, but hasn't delivered my product in over 2 months. If you want delivery or answers about your order, don't buy from Very Crate. I guess I'll try to get a refund. We'll see if they respond to that.

I have been waiting for my order for more than two months, tracking the package is pointless because it says awaiting a shipping partner to deliver since May20. These people took advantage during this pandemic when I initially asked for a refund they said they were having problems sending it back to the card I payed with. We should all get together against this company and file a joint lawsuit because I am not the only one that’s been taken advantage of during these difficult times.

I purchased a foot detox from this company on April 27,2020. I have not received my merchandise nor have I received any communication from them or accurate shipping information.
This company is a complete fraud.

Without getting into the history of what happened, I placed an order for the Very Crate detox machine back on April 18, 2020. I email them after three weeks without getting any correspondence from them. I asked when will I received my product. I received an email from them, saying that it had been shipped and it was in Englewood, California at the holding facility and due to the COVID-19 it may take longer than usual. After about three-times of receiving the same email I decided that I need to contact the Revdex.com. I sent an email or so I thought was to Revdex.com. When I received a response it was a company call Business Consumer Alliance. As another week went by. I thought that maybe the company is using someone else to catch some calls and email possibly because of the COVID-19. Well, I decided today to call Revdex.com and to try to get on the website again. Now I believe I may have hit the wrong key when I tried to contact Revdex.com before. They had sent me a Complaint ***. They are located in CA as well but nothing has been done. I would like to just receive my product that I paid for.

I agree to all the reviews here. This company is a complete scam and fraud. I ordered a food detox April 24th, 2020 and still no delivery. Emailed the company several times and all I get is pathetic responses. Checked tracking, May 19th says in Inglewood CA and USPS is waiting for package and today is June 21st and still no delivery and USPS still hasn't received the item to deliver to me. I just emailed the company demanding my money back. Do not order from this company. When they do email you they use the pandemic as an excuse of why their shipping and deliveries are so slow. Hello it's been almost 2 months since I ordered mine. It doesn't take 2 months to ship a package from CA to NY. This company is a complete scam. They need to be shutdown and sued. If I don't get my refund I will intend on during the company. ??????

TOTAL ***. Ordered on 4/20/20 and have still never received the product. I keep getting BS email responses saying my shipment is in CA and I should receive "very soon". Have filed a dispute with my credit card.

I got scammed just like everyone else. I ordered and tried to contact them a handful of times before it even arrived. I finally got a response from them after I had threatened to report them to my CC since It had been not even been shipped, just a tracking # and saying waiting for USPS pickup and couldn't even get a response from them. After 1st response the package moved to a different state and said waiting for shipping partner or something. Still no responses. At this point I asked to get a refund. It was going on 2 months and still no movements. At this point I did get a response after a week or more and it said sorry we have some delays but you cant ask fro a refund until you have received the package. Umm, I have still not received the package and you can ask a shipped to reroute it back. Suddenly their website changed and started talking about if you reported them as fraud and had the package then the customer is the thief..... At this point I had already asked to get instructions for return process since you have to ask for it.
The package finally arrived magically after this. I opened the shipping bag but not the box itself because I wanted to see if there was an invoice in there...it wasn't. However, the glue on shipping bag was stuck to the box and the tape on the box to the bag so it tore some of the box. I put a tape over that part. Now suddenly several weeks later (mind you they say it has to be returned within 30 days of arrival) they say it can't be returned because it won't be returned how it was arrived. So it's now my fault their crew package it badly. They are a huge fraud and scam.

I purchased the Detox Foot Bath as a gift for my husband. I needed to return the Detox Foot Bath product, because he has diabetes and the booklet that comes with the product says you can not use it if you have diabetes (which they do not make clear in their sales information) . When I received the product, the inner wrapping was already open. When I contacted the company to return it, they said the foot bath can not be returned open. They promote that there is a 100% return policy, but send the product in a condition that is not returnable.

I placed an order with Very Crate on 4/24/2020. It is now 6/19/2020 and I still haven't received my merchandise. They keep telling me it's in the way but the USPS tracking number says the product hasn't been taken to a USPS location. They won't refund my money and have only offered a $10 refund for the inconvenience. I now have to dispute the charge with my bank. This company is a fraud!!!

Still haven't received my order from April. No one has responded except automated email saying a live customer agent will respond. They have already gotten my money for this product. I've emailed 5 times with proof of purchase, and called the phone number and left a message with my contact information asking for a full refund since it's been 3 months and still no package. I've tracked the order number and it says no delivery date available. I would not buy from this company. I believe they are scamming people especially at a time like this during a national pandemic when people are already losing money from not working. I bought this product hoping it would help me with all of my health issues especially at this time to keep my immune system up. So to get scammed and not receive something I purchased for over 100.00 at that is very upsetting. I don't know what to do to be able to get my money back. Beware of this company.

I am the same as the others. I ordered mid April kept asking them where it was and they kept blaming Covid. My tracking number didn’t go anywhere and they kept answering saying it’s on its way. Their business number is inoperable and they have changed their name to relief scientists now. Same ad on Facebook just switched names. Countless people scammed. Revdex.com hopefully can do something about it
