Most likely a scam. I ordered a foot detox on April 1st. On April 16th I contacted them because I had not heard anything and magically on April 17th they sent me a shipping tracking number saying it had just been shipped. It does not take 17 days to find a product and ship it. The shipping number was bogus and didn't work. I have followed up multiple times and gotten the same run around answer. "Due to COVID-19 our orders and shipping are being delayed." It is now May 27th and I still have not see my product and the shipping status says it is sitting in CA waiting to be picked up by a carrier. Now they are not responding back. Don't buy from them. If I do receive my product, I will update my comments.

Ordered my product after seeing them on Facebook. After a few weeks I asked why I was not receiving shipping updates (and of course had one the next day) they told me my Spa was shipped to California and my tracking also confirmed that. Then I got an update it was picked up at 523am by a shipping partner. It was been 29 days since I ordered my product and now they are not responding to my emails at all.their website on Facebook, they delete all negative comments including tons of people asking why they have not gotten the product. According to their website, you will NOT be refunded any money after 30 days UNTIL you get your product. I believe they send it to a small company, one of their people pick it up, you wait and wait and wait and do not get refunded and have to ask your bank. So not only do they get their 100 for themselves, I believe they also send their own people to take the foog spa and probably resell it. It is a legit scam especially when their phone number is down and they stop responding to emails and refuse to refund although they claim they will. Check out the Facebook page and don't order. Total scam.

Same review as the last one. I saw this ad on FB, and ordered it on 4/30, it's 5/27 and have not received. I am disputing the charge with my bank, that what I would recommend all other victims do as well.

FB needs to block their ads. They are total scammers. All responses are automated, same as previous. Tracking takes you no where.

There isn't a product, they are total liars. Revdex.com needs a new category for scammers.

Wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing.

I place an order with this company on 4/14/20. The order was shipped 4/24 with one update. Since then, no movement in tracking. It’s just sitting in Inglewood, Ca. When I tried to submit a claim with USPS, I was told the package was not insured. Sent an email to Very Crate and all I get is a copy and pasted email about shipping delays due to COVID. Please DO NOT order from this company!

I ordered a $120 foot detoxer from this company and they charged my card the next day but never sent me the product. I tried to get my money back and they said they couldn’t find my order information even though they charged my card. this company is a scam

I ordered from verycrate on April 6th. They promptly deducted the money from my account, but have failed from that point on. The last tracking update was on April 28th that a carrier had picked up my order and the USPS was waiting on it. I understand that California is under stricter guidelines than much of the country, but I'm in and out of California enough to know that this is extreme.

I’ve ordered a foot detox on April 19th. Shipping information came up on May 3, and on the 4th it said it was waiting for carrier. I wrote multiple times trying to cancel the order, they offered 5 dollars off and I still wanted a refund. They will not respond back to me. It is now may 20th.

I think they are scammers. As soon as I hit the purchase button on 4/17/2020, their website took me to another page basically saying that due to COVID-19 the shipments are delayed. On 4/24/2020 they finally sent me shipping info with USPS tracking, the tracking site on newgistics.com finally updated on 4/29/2020, but no updates since then. Today is 5/15/2020 and I still haven't received the product. I kept emailing them every few days to inquire what happened to the order, they replied to me a couple of times with a cut and paste answer (literally cut & paste) other than to be patient and it'll "come in a few days", and now they stopped responding. When you tried to call the company phone number, it goes straight to voicemail saying that the Covid-19 is preventing workers to work at the call centers and operating strictly via email. Their email is untreacable because they are using a 3rd party company freshdesk.com to send customers emails.

There are scammers out there with very legitimate-looking websites and Facebook ads, and they are one of them. I would leave zero star, but Revdex.com won't allow me to do that.

This place is a scam I order a detox machine in March and May 15th and still haven't gotten it. They have taken my money and when requested a refund they offer 10 dollars. I am so disappointed and don't want this to happen to any one else. Please beware!!!!

I ordered a detox food bath from this company and after nearly three weeks they have not shipped the item! I have emailed them more than 3 times and the last one they have not replied when I said to simply cancel the order and refund the money! Horrible company!!!
