Thank you for the notification regarding this complaint by a potential previous customer.Mr *** "purchased" our services contractually however provided payment information that was incorrect Via telephone, text and email we attempted to contact the client never getting a reply or a live
answer from Mr*** After days of no payment and exceeding his grace period we had no choice but to deactivate the account due to no contact and no payment.When Mr*** was advised of the fact that we had stopped all work and communication on his account he used explicit and vulgar language via email and over the telephone with a female employee that we do not tolerate We refuse to provide service to any customer that behaves like that which is why he was told that under no circumstance would we work with him going forward.Mr*** was never charged If need be we can provide details from his bank on the date of his payments stating that his account balance could not fund the requested amount The payments were returned "Declined - Insufficient Funds" by our processor.We consider this complaint closed Sincerely,*** ***Relieve Student Loans

This will be a final communication regarding this person Mr*** was never a bonafide client He was never charged a fee, never paid a fee and never responded to requests to update payment information

They helped relieve me of over $17,in school debt all I had to do was call they helped me out I answered some questions paid a small fee and they did the rest this is not a scam they are amazing and I really appreciate there help because they made my life easier

This is in reference to [redacted] The clients .name is [redacted] reached out to our company
on 06/26/2014 in regards to his Federal Student Loans. [redacted] had 10 loans and a payment o·f
$300.00 dollars a month. Our sales...

representative Julie signed up the client through [redacted]
where [redacted] signed the documents on June 26th The document is attached to this letter. [redacted] first payment was not scheduled until 07/04/14 allowing him 9 extra days with his signed
documents, not once ever reading over them. Client made first payment on 07/04/14 his scheduled
date, all work on his file began. Attached you will find the completed consolidation application along
with the PAVE application. The client is receiving a loan consolidation along with being put into a
program to drop his payments to $0.00 per month no longer the $300.00 dollars. All work was
submitted to the Department of Education and you will find it attached to this letter along with the
documents the client signed. Client made a second payment on 08/04/2014 at this point all work by us
had been completed for him.
 At this point client [redacted] called and said that at that point he would
like to cancel and for us to return all his money. The acting manager spoke with [redacted] and said that you
have to abide by your contract and cancel the correct way, which is stated in our contract on page 4 #6.
Client [redacted] at that time would have to fax in a cancellation request and accounting would review
his request and see if he qualified for a refund as all work had been completed on his file and it had
already passed his 3 day recession period after his first payment on 7/4/14. Client YELLED at acting
manager at the time and said "If you don't refund my money I am going to complain to everyone I can."
Acting manager said you need to fax in you cancellation request so that we may try to process a refund
for you. Client [redacted] hung up on acting manager. [redacted] has still yet to send in his
cancellation request or read his documents. All work has been completed for this client and he still sits
in a $0.00 monthly payment because of our service. Client [redacted] is saving $3,600.00 a year.

This so called consolidation organization was not by any means "free"...by no means. However, that was not my main complaint. The fact that there was NO communication what so ever from so-called organization was given, through neither purpose of phone call, email, mailing system correspondence. It was I who initiated every step to communicate renewal since end of 2/2016 up till 8/1/2017, with every effort being exhausted. No "renewal" of so called consolidation was ever given, nor any records were ever sent to me when requested showing progression with my student loans, or how they were even consolidated. No follow-up, no email notifications...nothing. Not even on multiple occations when speaking with alleged manager [redacted]. Therefore, this issue is not resolved. I Still haven't received my records from that time frame. Thank you

information she provided her payment was going to be $0, upon physically verifying her income we noticed a discrepancy and had to adjust the numbers to her actual income which is why we asked for proof of income multiple times. Finally the Department of Education approved her at $38 monthly payments for her student loans for 12 months. We believe she was unhappy with that outcome of her new payments and for that reason is complaining to the Revdex.com. We are a honest company and therefor submit honest information to the Department of Education.Thank you

manner. All refunds have been met in a timely manner. RSL Inc. granted client another refund just so that there would be no hard feelings or confusion in the future. I have attached clients contract along with proof 3 payments have already been refunded to the client. We have reached out to the client multiple times and left messages and emails trying to show proof of this. Client refuses to call us back and reached out to the Revdex.com. At this point we consider this matter closed as all money requested has been returned in full and an extra one was just issued. None of the information that the company is saying was ever communicated to me. You can tell they are making it up because who is [redacted]? It certainly is not me. I was told my payments would probably be $38 but that was never confirmed. Whenever I would follow up with them after not hearing anything for months I would be told to send more pay stubs. I did that but would never receive a response. Why would I be unhapppy with a confirmed payment of $38 when my initial payment request from fedstudent loans was over $400 per month. They need to refund my $400 and stop lying about having done anything to help me.

The servicer reaches out to their clients 30-45 business days before the 12 month repayment plan is up as a reminder for the client to renew. All work on her files were done, Mrs [redacted] is complaining about company transition not the work not being done since it was completed.Thank you
