This will be a final communication regarding this person.  Mr. [redacted] was never a bonafide client.  He was never charged a fee, never paid a fee and never responded to requests to update payment information.  Corporate policy does not allow for any information submitted by our clients to be sold to a 3rd party.  If Mr. [redacted] has proof of that he can and would have already provided it along with proof that his payment information was valid.With a simple google search Mr. [redacted]'s email address reveals him doing illicit drugs and complaining about other companies all over the internet.  We consider Mr. [redacted] to be hostile and aggressive we have taken measures to block his emails and phone number so that he can no longer email our staff or call them.Here is a profile of Mr. [redacted] doing drugs and complaining about other professional service providers. https://[redacted]No further action is required this complaint is closed.Sincerely,[redacted]Relieve Student Loans

a service agreement with Relieve Student Loans that we would annually reevaluate his yearly situation as that is how the IBR Progam works. Mr. [redacted] signed service agreement 7/18/2014 Mr. [redacted] benefited from our service and received a lower payment on his federal student loans. We made Mr. [redacted] well aware that we would not charge a monthly maintenance fee and file his paperwork free of charge for the following year. Attached you will find Mr. [redacted]'s service agreement where Relieve Student Loans has held up there contractual agreement. At this point Relieve Student Loans denies refund of $585.00 as consolidation, and initiation into IBR Program as all work outlined in the service agreement has been completed on behalf of the client. Client [redacted] is  welcome to contact Relieve Student Loans to refile his IBR paperwork free of charge as outlined in his service agreement. 
Monthly Service Charge
The following amount of $19.00 will be charged on a monthly basis for a total of  NA Program Repayment months. Under the IBR program, your new payments for the next  12 months will be 93.00 per month. We will annually re-evaluate your situation and determine a new payment that we will discuss with you.

[These people are Internet scammers,  they lied about everything they said,  and they have a bad attitude. I would never accept their response. These people got my banking info and solicited my information to other companies, the bank said that in the whole time since I set payments with these amateurs that they never attempted to take anything out of my account even though the money was there, they also lied to me about being able to fix my credit cuz of my unpaid student loans so I got an extension on my taxes so I could pay back a college through these people and not get my money deferred and I only had till October and they ruined it, these people said racist words to me and cursed at me in the background, they hung up on me and laughed when I called back to complain about it, they have a rude attitude and they're a bunch of crybabies, they're an unprofessional company, and I looked on the Ripoff Report and other review sites and everyone had negative stuff to say about these internet scammers and they all said that this is a scam and a false student loans company, also whenever you call these people they don't pick up for months they just let the phone ring and God forbid if you leave a message on there three different telephone numbers they never return a call or an email. And this ain't over because everything I put on the Revdex.com I'm putting on the Ripoff Report, on their Facebook, on their Twitter, on their website page and everywhere where people can see it.]

Thank you for the notification regarding this complaint by a potential previous customer.
Mr [redacted] "purchased" our services contractually however provided payment information that was incorrect.  Via telephone, text and email we attempted to contact the client never getting a...

reply or a live answer from Mr. [redacted].  After 120 days of no payment and exceeding his grace period we had no choice but to deactivate the account due to no contact and no payment.
When Mr. [redacted] was advised of the fact that we had stopped all work and communication on his account he used explicit and vulgar language via email and over the telephone with a female employee that we do not tolerate.  We refuse to provide service to any customer that behaves like that which is why he was told that under no circumstance would we work with him going forward.
Mr. [redacted] was never charged.  If need be we can provide details from his bank on the date of his payments stating that his account balance could not fund the requested amount.  The payments were returned "Declined - Insufficient Funds" by our processor.
We consider this complaint closed.

I have an appreciation for the people at RSL.
It is an organization who are really into helping people by putting them in the right direction. Robert Lopez at RSL is very knowledgeable, and helpful, by providing detailed information about how the process works. Yes, the process is real!!! And it works!!!!
