Review: the product ( table pad ) not stable , No Locks to keep the table pad stable. My 2 year grandson almost burned himself . I paid pad $ 400 .00 to get the Elite kind. they delivered to lowest , cheap kind " select ".The sofas , love seat were wrong sizes and not what were ordered from the showroom and defective. The Dining set and chair were old and scratches. Photos available upon request.Reclining chair was old and used.Overpricing and deceiving the contract. Dishonesty.Bait and switch business ethics.August 24, 2015 : I sent a certified rerun address letter to Renaissance. USPS stamped REFUSED to receive and was returned back the letter sent to me , not even opening the letter.This is considered obstruction of Justice. failure to cooperate and respond.Desired Settlement: I DEMAND to be refunded of the total amount paid $ 6,750.00 .They can take everything delivered.It caused too much tension in my household of ever day living this is very unhealthy feeling within my roof . We cannot relax on those furnitures. we were all careful not to scratch nor afraid of creating issues again that will make the Renaissance to fabricate and lies issue. They were known on that after learned, reading the complaints made by consumers via Revdex.com and CCA documentations.

I special order all her furniture. She did not like the sofa + love seat. I exchanged for much more expencive set. Changed her table 2 times, exchanged her recliner for more expencive one. Went to her house 4 times. Inclose is a letter of satisfaction and signed signiture that she is happy. I request the reverse chargeback. PS After if she was not happy she wood not give me additional $500.00 in cashier check after last delivery. Noted on the bottom of her invoice.Also she has signed the store policy of All sSales Final, NO Refund 1 and Back Order 3-8 week

I am rejecting this response because: I ordered everything on April 30, 2015. Per contract said to be delivered after 6-8 weeks. ( June 30 ) were delivered after 3 months . They used my down payment of(b $2, 450.) on July 27, 2016 , Wrong sofa set . TaBle Pads cheap kind , I paid the expensive one. Dining table chair not the one I saw from the catalog. Dining chairs wrong, defective. Recliner chair wrong. They came 4x in my house which I am not happy. I wanted it all delivered at one time. I was told were not available in one delivery ( I was told to wait ). I was told were not available. I waited. All items were wrong defective.The sofa set , I was told to wait for another 2-3 months which were not sure. My daughter agreed to pay an additional $ 500. to ease the pain and be done and close. Upon delivery on August 6, 2015 of the upgraded sofas , I signed to the paper they wrote " I am happy " in same sheet of paper I signed the same sheet , I made a comment > Table pad be changed. Warranty protection plan which I paid $ 350.00 were not provided the day it was delivered. Tony , the assistance manger promised it will be mailed. August 7, 2016 next day. Upgraded sofas were defective. The recliner set was manual, I paid for electric power. That same day I called . Promised , Will come on Saturday August 7, 2015 to changed the defective set. No call no show. All the products were all special order but it were not exactly what were agreed and what were shown from the floor sample and catalog.and were broken and Used. My stories were identical to the people who complained with RENAISSANCE FURNITURE. I was unfortunate that I didn't review Renaissance Furniture before I bought the furnitures I did not read the Revdex.com nor California Consumers Affairs. I hope people will read my complaints. This was my greatest mistakes I ever had done in my life.I talked to my friend and colleague who bought furnitures with exactly same story. They were fooled . I will never recommend this store to anybody.They have no conscience to people. Very dishonest . I cannot imagine how they sleep peacefully , knowingly they betrayed their customers .I have all the items total I paid $ 6,750.00 I am very dissatisfied to see these in my house. I honestly would like these be removed and give away from my property. Bad memories .

Review: I bought a bed set from them on march 1st of 2015, when we bought we felt a little pressurized to buying the bed. When we bought the bed, we were unsure about it and he said that if we didn't like it he would exchange it for something different. After we made the purchase of $2,200, he told us he was going to call us within 2-3 weeks to let us know that my bed has arrived. Two weeks passed and we received no call, so WE had to call him. When we received our bed set, we THOUGHT we ordered a bed with marble, but in fact it was a bed with faux marble and he NEVER told us that. We called him and told him that was not what we ordered, so he said that he can exchange it for something that he had in the store. We wanted a bed that he had but he said it was way more than what we paid for, and I had to pay the difference, and that wasn't what he said in the beginning, so we asked to get our money back and he said he couldn't do returns. Since we didn't want anything from the store he said to look at other furniture stores and take pictures of the ones I liked, and so I did. When we went back we showed him several bed sets and one of them was the one he had on display. He said he wasn't able to give to me in a queen size cause he had to get it from china, but I didn't understand how he had that same bed in king size but he wasn't able to get in a queen size. After the dispute we left aggravated, with no solution. After several days, we called our credit company and tried to get our money back, and we did. Today May 5th 2015 we called to see if we could get our 300 deposit back and he said we owed him money and he was going to come to job and talk to me about it, which is unnecessary, and he threatened us that we had until the 11th of May to respond or he was going to reject the request of giving the money back. Overall, this man was a dishonest man, rude, and horrible at what he does. They have horrible customer service and can't settle to anything.Desired Settlement: We want our $300 back, because what this company does is wrong and I never want to have nothing to do with this company. Coming to this store and how I was welcomed I thought that I was going to get treated how any customer should, but I was completely wrong.

Company states: Every company has a restocking fee on the furniture that you don't have on the showroom. I explained that to them. When I ordered the furniture and delivered it and they did not mention anything about the dresser is damaged. After we came out we told them we would be happy to exchange. Later, they called and said they called and said this is not real marble. I explained that this is full marble. They said they did not like the bedroom set. I gave them that option we have credit only. We picked it up the furniture and we told them they have to pay for delivery. We gave them the option and now have to put it on the selling floor. When we picked it up we noticed there was a charge back on the credit card. When the charge back would charge us more. The $300 cannot be refunded is the charge for the delivery. It says on the receipt. All my receipts says that there is no refund and exchange only. That is explained. It is on the invoice.
