I have read the complaint but in order to answer the accusation I need more information. Where was the vehicle towed from? When was it towed? Plate number or the vin number.As soon as I receive this information I will be able to give the reason for the tow

Ms *** unfortunately was towed from a private address in which we have a contract. The address per the agreement is *** * *** this is parking for *** Restaurant. Even thou the restaurant is closed the signs clearly state that you will be towed. The signs are posted at the
beginning of lake street straight down the block and across the street. This account is registered with the state and has sufficient signs posted.Unfortunately no refund will be issued

when this customers vehicle was towed our driver damaged the rim of the vehicle and we ordered him a new rim from the dealershipwe picked up the rim and delivered it to Mr*** work place because he insisted to have it installed by the dealership of his choicewhen we picked up the box
containing the rim the box was already damagedWhen my female employee was carrying the box into the business the handle broke and the box fell inches off the groundA staff worker of Mr*** then came to assist my employee and carried the box for her and he dropped it as wellI contacted the dealership to have the rim exchanged and they ordered a replacement rim for meMr*** then got involved and called the parts department and told them that my employee dropped the rim in the store and the parts department then voided the returnThis rim was issued to me damaged and by it being dropped is not what caused the scuff mark on the rimThe rim was package in a plastic liner and was in a cardboard box to protect itMr*** staff member could be blamed just as easily as he is trying to blame my employeeWe are not going to buy another rim for Mr***

After reading the complaint from *** *** I can not locate the Invoice to provide information on why she was towed. I need either a make model or a receipt number in order to look up the information.I did look up the contract for the location at *** ** *** and it is a valid
contract for *** *** *** ***. from midnight to 5:30am no one is allowed to park on the lot and during the day the managers require us to spot the lotThis means anyone parked on the property but is not in the store or walked off is subject to being towed.If additional information is provided I can give the exact reason why this customer was towed.Thank you,*** ***General Manager

I have read the complaint from *** *** and I apologize if she was treated rudely unfortunately I have no other information relating to the tow. Where and when was the car towed would help me find the Invoice.If this information is supplied I have no problem looking into why this

this Customers vehicle was not damaged by RSI and this Customer failed to display his parking receipt properly on his dashboard. Our tow truck driver did not notice the receipt because it wasn't visible. When the Customer called and said that he paid for parking through the kiosk machine our staff...

went out and searched the vehicle from the outside windows and noticed that in the customers center counsel there was a receipt stuffed in his cup holder but you could not read the date or time on the copy because that portion of the receipt was not visible. This Customer is responsible to properly display their parking receipt so RSI can properly audit the parking lot. Because this Customer failed to do so he was charged $ 218.50 for the towing cost associated with the towing of his vehicle. This Customer is not entitled to any refund.Thank you,[redacted]

Mrs. [redacted] claims that her handicap sticker must of fallen from the rear view mirror but also goes on to say that it was by the radio.  It looks like she forgot to display her permit and that is the reason why she got towed.  She also goes on to say that we showed her pictures to prove...

A) The car was towed in late morning, not after 6pm.
B) I still have the original pass, and photos of it on the car on the date in question. Any reasonable person could see it was not altered.

I would also be happy to provide a photo or the original pass as proof the date is not altered. Making a 10 into a 19 in this case is not reasonable, as the 10 would have looked bizarre and not realistic. I can also provide a slew of remaining permits, proving I had no motivation to alter the permit. Furthermore, Illinois state law says that if an owner interrupts the towing process and is able to drive the car off site, the towing cannot continue, and that is precisely what happened.

operator who works for rendered services and has video surveillance on his truck that recorded the towing of the vehicle. I provided Mr. [redacted] with the insurance information so he can file his claim with the insurance company. I don't think the scratches are from the driver towing this vehicle because the video showed the tow truck driver NOT attempting to open the doors of this vehicle. however; I also don't adjudicate independents damage claims. Mr. [redacted] needs to contact the insurance company directly so they can handle his claim properly.Thank you,[redacted]

THANK YOU FOR SENDING ME THE REQUESTED INFORMATION REGARDING MS. [redacted] VEHICLE THAT WAS TOWED ON MARCH 6, 2016. THE PARKING GARAGE WHERE MS. [redacted] VEHICLE WAS TOWED FROM, USE TO BELONG TO [redacted] MEMORIAL AND HAS BEEN VACANT FOR SEVERAL YEARS. RENDERED SERVICES HAS BEEN THE TOWING COMPANY AT THIS LOCATION [redacted] FOR THE PAST 6YEARS. THIS PROPERTY HAS CHANGED MANAGEMENT 3 TIMES IN THE PAST 6 YEARS. THE RECENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY ASKED OUR COMPANY TO APPLY PARKING VIOLATION STICKERS ON ALL THE VEHICLES INSIDE THE GARAGE TO WARN THEM THAT IF THEY CONTINUE TO PARK IN THE GARAGE THEIR VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED. RENDERED STICKERED EVERY CAR IN THE GARAGE AND AFTER 24HRS WARNING WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO TOW ALL PARKING VIOLATERS. WE REMOVED A TOTAL OF 16 CARS THE ENTIRE WEEK OF THIS PROJECT AND MS.
