I have forwarded the rules and regulations  given to Rendered services regarding the parking lot.  Anyone without a sticker parked over the yellow lines parked in handicap working on a vehicle or vehicles without a current license plate sticker will be subject to tow.  Rendered services did not make up the rules the property management did.  If the customer has a complaint then she should take it up with [redacted]

On Match 26, 2018 Amber M [redacted] with her boyfriend and her father came to Rendered Services wanting the vehicle at No Charge.  We walked to the vehicle and no sticker was visible Ms. [redacted] stated that the sticker was in the tint way up and she was told that the sticker should of...

been placed anywhere other then the tint since at night first is not visible and second very dangerous for the drivers.  Very upset her boyfriend threatening everyone picked bricks and was attempting to throw at the dispatch window.  When they were told that everything was on tape and unless he put down the brick the police would be called.  they paid right away and left.No refund will be issued and was told that on the day she was here.

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] the owner did not call, but it was [redacted], the manager of the building that called on the Ford Taurus that was parked blocking the driveway of the building. She even took a picture of the Taurus. They did not call on my fathers car. The other thing that’s incorrect is that my father picked the car up, I did not.  [redacted] will confirm that they towed my dad’s car illegally.  Please let me know if you need her number.

I am rejecting this response because I was shopping at one of the businesses and should not have been towed.  The associates I was with did indeed walk to [redacted] bread to pick up food to go while I was shopping for prenatal vitamins before returning back to work.

Customer information: /Case Number [redacted]   When Mrs. [redacted] got towed she came to Rendered Services and we looked all over for the sticker and she did not have one displayed. The Vehicle was towed for not having a permit but since she insisted I [redacted] the...

General Manager walked out to her vehicle so she could show me the permit and it was not in the front windshield or the rear.   No signs at all were visible that anyone had entered the vehicle and removed the sticker like Mrs. [redacted] states. We notified the property owner of the situation her name is [redacted] and she did call  back Rendered Services and apologized for her tenant because she also states that no permit was ever affixed to the window. I appreciate them admitting their mistake, but this is a very serious mistake to make. I had my child's carseat in my car, so what if they mistakenly towed my car and I had my toddler with me...how would I get home or even to the tow company. They refused to bring my car back to the lot. I also hope that in the future there is better customer service training for your employees, because mistakes like this, plus hanging up on people, plus lying to people, plus refusing to allow people to talk to a manager is unacceptable business practices. Thank you.

This Customers damage complaint was just received on April 13, 2018 and was just reviewed on April 21st 2018. the video from the tow truck needed to be downloaded and reviewed. the Customers vehicle was not damaged during the towing process of her vehicle. THIS CUSTOMERS VEHICLE WAS TOWED UNDER A POLICE ORDER AND THE CUSTOMERS VEHICLE WAS TOWED AFTER THE POLICE PUT A CITATION ON IT. NO SIGN IS NEEDED TO BE POSTED WHEN THE POLICE ORDER A VEHICLE TO BE TOWED AFTER IT IS TICKETED. THE PROPERTY OWNER COULD NOT ENTER OR EXIT HIS PROPERTY BECUSE MR....

I am rejecting this response because: My dad’s black 2013 Kia license [redacted] was illegally towed by Rendered Tow on 12/30/2017. It was parked in front of his residence [redacted] Drive.

How can someone make that kind of accusation?  If Mrs. [redacted] has some kind of proof that a Rendered Services employee has committed this crime please provide it and we will have the employee terminated and arrested.
