We had a rep from another window replacement company arrive for a 4:30p appointment and not leave our home until 9:30pm in the evening, and would have sold us windows that were not structurally sound for our situation *** will NOT put you through that *** was very knowledgeable about the product and what would be required for our adobe home window replacement project

On Wednesday, *** and *** our two installers arrivedIn one day they had all the windows installedThe next day, all the trim and caulking was largely finishedOn Friday they finished all the trim work and cleaned up all the debrisFinally all the windows were cleaned and sprayed with silicone so they would slide smoothlyBefore they left they conducted a complete walk through on the operation of every window
In the end, we couldn't have been more happy with the installation

The professional installers *** & *** were fun guys and took the time to explain all the details about our windows and doors! They even removed a big hairy spider from our bedroom! Amazing guys and overall amazing experienceWe absolutely love our door and are just waiting on paint when the stucco sets! Keep it up RBA! *** ** replaced a screen and made adjustments to a window that was leaking We were quite impressed with his work He is a true professional and takes pride in his work He researched to find the best possible solution to to the problem and then took care of it He is welcome back any time

We were told by *** *** that the window install would not affect the custom blinds we have After the install, the blinds were not sitting correctly and Andersen came out and did some modifications to the house structure to allow the window to be set out some to allow the blinds to be aligned properly Now that summer is upon us and we need to have the blinds down during the day we find that the blinds rub along the sides when going up and down and it is causing the motor to work harder it is beginning to fray the sides of the blinds We called the blind company and had them come out but because there was modification done by Andersen they would not reinstall They did retake measurements and found that the window area had changed since the original blind install He also showed my wife black caulking on the blinds and said they should have waited to rehang these until it

I love my Renewal by Andersen windows!!! The two guys who installed them were respectful, nice and were gentlemen! They saw my mom and I struggling to carry a washer and offered to carry it and did! They also made sure they cleaned and vacuumed everywhere they were at! On top of that, they even moved furniture that needed to be moved because we didn't get to it in time! They were awesome and definitely deserve a raise for surpassing my expectations!
