This past Monday I had windows replaced I took the day off and promptly at 0800, *** *** and *** showed up I was anxious to see the new Renewal by Andersen windows on the rental property I asked a few questions which were answered professionally and assuringly
I cannot recommend them enough for their professionalism, great customer service, job knowledge and neatness They did not leave a mess, they were very clean They even cleaned the new windows and made sure the windows fit perfectlyThey showed me how to take care of the windows
The windows they removed were the original, leaky (you could stand outside by the window and feel air coming out of the house through the panes, even though the panes were resealed every year) casement windows which were installed when the house was built in
The house looks great! Many thanks goes to the trio of installers!

The two installers, *** and *** were here early on this cold Arizona morning well prepared and ready to goThe process went quickly without issue and they were great at cleaning up after each step in the process If I have to do it again, I hope these guys come back

Windows were the best construction we found when comparing them to other replacement windows in our areaLove the fibrex construction as it should outlast the window seals themselvesWindows and frames are easy to cleanWe have noticed a huge difference in noise and temperature fluctuations alreadyThe installers *** & *** worked hard to get the windows and the patio door in two days and we appreciated itInstallers were amazing and we are having them come back next month to put two more patio doors
Really love the windows and the installation crew of *** & *** were efficient, courteous, and left no mess at all! Overall I am completely satisfiedAs the old saying goes: you get what you pay for!
We love our new windows, but we experienced a small water leak during a heavy rain storm *** *** from Renewal by Andersen of Tucson fixed a water leak that damaged walls with different paint colors He was very professional and did excellent work I was amazed that he could match the paint colors so perfectly He came to the house on time, and everything was perfectly clean when he left Best of all, you would never know where the leak was

Firstly, I would like to say Renewal by Andersen offers a line of very excellent doors and windowsWe purchased sliding door units both of which we are very satisfiedThe installation went smoothly and the crew, *** and *** were fantastic, professional, and customer orientedWe were on a time-line of which I made Andersen aware of on more than occasionThat being said, they met the deadline with days to spareThe only major concerns we have are the communication between Andersen and us and a certain disconnect between the sales staff and the ordering and installation processAlthough we were given the name of a contact person at Andersen, it seemed as though that person was generally always having to check with other people in the office as to the status of our orderEventually the manager got involved, and as previously stated, Andersen met the deadlineWith respect to the sales staff, I wish their guy would have communicated with us other than to just sell us the productWe added a custom feature to our doors, but the sales guy didn't mention it would add weeks to the ordering processRenewal by Andersen is a great product and although the ordering process was somewhat stressful for us, we certainly don't regret our decisionIn hindsight, perhaps we should have asked more questions before signing on the dotted line
