+1

Renovation Realty did a nice job representing both the seller and the buyer in our transactionIn our case we were the buyer and I felt they represented our position fairly

Worked with Renovation Realty to update & sell my homeThey were a pleasure to deal with from day oneNo pressure, honest & timely communication We listed & had had accepted an offer within days! Highly recommended!

My husband and I hired Renovation Realty to renovate and sell our property in San ClementeCannon and his business partners were very responsive to us from the startThere was no pressure put on us to sign a contract with themAfter initially discussing our needs with them, they put together an idea of what work they thought should be done to get the highest possible sales priceWe actually did not believe we could get the amount they suggested but they knew the market wellAfter a couple weeks of trying to do things on our own, we decided to go ahead and let them take the reignsThey were open to hearing our own ideas and their contract was surprisingly fair and not one-sidedI felt like all parties were protected fairlyOur home looked beautiful once complete- the neighbors were thrilledAfter completing the renovation and listing, we got a solid offer the SAME DAY! They knew their numbers, obviouslyWe listed for $969k and got $960kCannon was on top of every detail with the title/ escrow company, as well as the buyer's lender throughout the closing, in order to anticipate any issues that might come up We officially closed on our property three days agoIt all went so fast, it really is a blur, now that it is all complete! When we hired them, they told us, "If you hire us, you better pack your bags."Well, they were not kiddingWe appreciate the way they run things- very professional and responsiveWe have not one complaint but only praisesIt is refreshing to work with professionals who know their business and do what they say they will do

I found Renovation Realty on the internet and had them come out and give me their opinion on what I could sell my home forThey were the third realtor to see the property and give me their thoughtsThe prior two realtors were negative about the property and told me how hard it was going to be to sellCannon and Keith came out and they were extremely positive about the property and suggested a small amount of renovationThey suggested a selling price $100,higher than the prior two realtorsWe agreed to let them list the property after just over $15,in renovation costsThe renovation was done very professionally and on timeThe house was on the market for only days when we accepted a full price offerCannon was great handling the selling process and kept us informed the entire wayHe was very supportive since this was our family home that my father had builtI would highly suggest Renovation RealtyThey were so positive and continued to stress the positives of a very unique houseThank you Cannon

[I [redacted] have emails and text that specifically state for [redacted] and [redacted] not to contact me on behalf of any business transactions for Mrs [redacted] D. [redacted]. I formally asked Mr. [redacted] to not send me any more emails for Mrs. [redacted]. I also have verification where I told them  I am not the representative for my mother. However, when Mr. [redacted] wanted a document signed or discussed he would contact me to try and persuade my mother. I asked him to stop verbally initially and finally in writing. I amnot her representative. However he deliberately sent me an email after I asked him to stop. In addition Ms. Scafani was asked in 12/2015 to not send me any emails. However, I still received them after I asked for them to stop. Mr. [redacted] also gave my phone number without my permission to a [redacted] who he states was hired by the company to take his place, I was called over and over again until I picked up the phone. I also sent a text to Mr. [redacted] regarding that matter. In addition Mrs. [redacted] is the client who signed paperwork, not me. Mrs. [redacted] met with Mr [redacted] several times to discuss matters. I was present only once during the early part of the meetings and removed myself.  I also inform the company several times to contact Mrs. [redacted] directly. I also have a text that Mr. [redacted] sent harassing me to get Mrs. [redacted] to sign paperwork. I text I am in the hospital. Mrs. [redacted] has asked over and over to be contacted by hard copy. To date since she has been contacted only twice. The point is I am not the client. I still get emails in the middle of the night from [redacted] after I sent information stating not to contact me [redacted], or I would consider it harassment. Since I filed this complaint I am still receiving unifentified calls from a 415 area code with someone hanging up. I only have and had one contact in [redacted] and it was when I had contact with Mr. [redacted]. The company and [redacted] specifically should not have sent me any correspondence at all once I asked them to stop. Their client has every opportunity to be contacted by mail. I will testify under oath how many meetings I was present and to who I asked to stop contacting me. What I am asking is not to send me any corresponce, text, phone calls or mail. My phone number has been given to Realtors and they are calling me since I filed this complaint. They state the phone number was provided by Renovation Realty. I never gave my phone number or text or email for such matters. The person who will also testify is the client them-self in addition to myself if it comes to a legal matter I will not lie under oath and will tell the truth.  I want the company as I stated before to Stop contacting me with the clients personal information. The key word being stop.

A very courteous, friendly and helpful team.

The renovation was done on time; we were kept informed of the progress for each major step. The restored house included features that increased the value of the property. And, there were no cost overruns.

We purchased our home one year ago from a seller who used Renovation Realty and we couldn't be happier. I wanted to wait to write a review until we had owned the home for a while so could see how the renovation held up. They had done a complete remodel and guaranteed their score of work for one year. Well its one year later and the home still looks and feels brand new. Renovation Realty's work was all well done in a processional manner. I would definitely recommend using Renovation Realty if you are buying or selling a home. They are easy to work with and very professional.

If you're reading their business model and wondering, what's the catch? Well surprise- there is none!
The entire team at Renovation Realty was professional, straight-forward, and accommodating throughout the renovation and sale of my home. Selling your house is already tough enough- they made it as PAINLESS as possible, and the house looked phenomenal.

I like to thank [redacted] and [redacted] for the beautiful transformation to my home in California. [redacted] and the renovation team went above and beyond, knowing that we were in a time crunch and moving to Texas [redacted] took the helm as soon as we vacated the home. Talking to [redacted] and [redacted] was like talking to my brother and sister, they are very down to earth and very easy to speak to, I had no worries and felt that my home was in very good hands. [redacted], [redacted] and the renovation team are professionals and loyal to their clients, they were always keeping us informed, and always asking our well being. working with [redacted] and his team never felt like business, it felt like visiting old friends. Thank you [redacted], [redacted] and your team. Job well done.

I had heard about Renovation Realty (RR) via radio and internet ads and had not given it much thought other than it sounded like a cool concept. In June 2014 I made the decision to sell my property which was in pretty good shape but was in need of some minor improvements/modernization. I contacted RR and gave them specifics of my situation a few days later [redacted] and [redacted] came to my property to meet with me. After walking the property they gave me their honest opinion and followed up a few days later with a formal proposal. Their approach was very straight forward, professional and easy to understand. They did not up-sell or recommend any extensive non-essential repairs. They proposed only doing what was necessary in order to achieve the biggest return on the investment. The actual renovation cost only came out to be $4,000. They went on to outline their proposed listing price which was actually a significant amount higher than what I had expected to list it for. They were confident that based on the renovations and what the comps were showing that their proposal was attainable. So we were all in agreement and we moved forward.
Their renovation crew began work on the date that I had set and they worked around my schedule without any problems. Interaction with construction crew/foreman was pleasant and non-stressful. They arrived early and cleaned up before leaving…If you’ve ever worked with a contractor, you’ll know how big of a deal that is for having someone who is respectful of your time and home. The work was completed within the anticipated time frame of just under a week. There was actually an issue with one of the items and they came back out the next day, no questions asked, to correct the problem. Their work comes with a warranty and they stand behind it.
From there RR shifted from renovation to the full service realty aspect of their business. RR sent out a cleaning crew to spiff the entire place, followed shortly thereafter by a professional photographer. Working with [redacted] we discussed and agreed to the timeline for listing my home along with all of the specifics for showing. [redacted] was very easy to work with and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. They were very conscientious of my personal schedule and always made sure to coordinate with me prior to showings (as I was still living there). My home was only on the market for eight days before I accepted an offer. From there, [redacted] and their transaction coordinator, [redacted] handled everything that came up within the interactive paperwork process. They kept me in the loop at every turn and took time to explain things to me that I didn’t understand (which was a lot when it comes to the plethora of real estate/escrow/title documents). Long story short, I closed escrow in under 30 days.
I will admit that I was initially dreading the sale of my home as this was the first time I have ever done so. I cannot say enough how easy the process was. I was very impressed at how smoothly it all went. I attribute this to [redacted] and his team at RR. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone I know who may be in the market to sell their home, especially one that needs a little help. They do business in an honest and straightforward manner. They didn’t pressure me at any point in the process to do something I didn’t want to. I felt like a valued customer to them and it’s hard to find a business that will treat you that way nowadays. I give them two thumbs up, 5 gold stars or any other accolade and praise there is to give!

My overall experience with Renovation Realty has been very positive. A few months after our Dad passed away, my Sister and I met with Keith for recommendations of what we should do as far as minor improvements on the home in order to sell it and receive the most profit. Keith was always more than accommodating as far as meeting us at our convenience and walking us through every step along the way. All the workers were very professional, friendly and polite. This company really does do it all. From moving unwanted items in the home, to following through on any issues that may arise, to seeing that the house is cleaned and ready for listing and sale, they really made a difference in the whole process. It is a huge relief to have them coordinate everything so I could focus on other issues. Renovation Realty made a difficult situation much easier.

Amazing transformation of my house!
Art and the Renovation Realty team went above and beyond what was expected on my job. I have to say that I've known Art for appox 20 years, that probably was my deciding factor to have them do the job because Art is very honest, professional, loyal and the hardest working man I know. He's a keeper [redacted]!
From beginning to end of the job Art was upfront with everything big and small. If I had any questions know matter how silly I thought they were he would explain in detail.
The listing, staging, showing and selling went so smooth and quick I couldn't believe it. As with the Escrow, thank you Alicia
I will refer Art and Renovation Realty everytime I get the chance. Thanks so much!!!!! Karen K
