The Renovation Realty business model is a home seller’s dream. Where else can a cash strapped homeowner find a partner who has the financial resources to front the money, the design and construction expertise to complete full scale all-trade renovations/restorations, and then operate a full service realty operation (MLS listing, brokerage, agents) with a management team whose service attitude includes quick turnaround on any issue, people who answer the phone, and open client communication and coordination.....all with a home seller's profit in mind.
It was such a pleasure doing business with Renovation Realty, I only wish I had more properties to put through this process.

Within three months of starting the renovation, the house was completely redone from top to bottom, listed on the MLS, sold after the first open house, and escrow closed in a timely fashion. Renovation Realty is fabulous. I had to sell my childhood home when my dad died and not only did my siblings and I profit an additional $150k+, but they took all the worries and decisions out of updating and renovating the house. And as the real estate agent, they were motivated to complete the work quickly and for the most value. Having the cost of all the work come out of escrow in the end was the only way we could have done this because there was no cash available to pay for all the work that was needed. A full renovation took only 28 days and we closed escrow a month later. Everyone at Renovation Realty is super friendly and obviously takes a lot of pride in their work. I did not have one complaint or one negative experience from the first phone call to the closing of escrow. No matter the situation I would recommend them to anyone.
