Amazing transformation of my house!
Art and the Renovation Realty team went above and beyond what was expected on my job. I have to say that I've known Art for appox 20 years, that probably was my deciding factor to have them do the job because Art is very honest, professional, loyal and the hardest working man I know. He's a keeper [redacted]!
From beginning to end of the job Art was upfront with everything big and small. If I had any questions know matter how silly I thought they were he would explain in detail.

Renovation Realty is fabulous. I had to sell my childhood home when my dad died and not only did my siblings and I profit an additional $150k+, but they took all the worries and decisions out of updating and renovating the house. And as the real estate agent, they were motivated to complete the work quickly and for the most value. Having the cost of all the work come out of escrow in the end was the only way we could have done this because there was no cash available to pay for all the work that was needed. A full renovation took only 28 days and we closed escrow a month later. Everyone at Renovation Realty is super friendly and obviously takes a lot of pride in their work. I did not have one complaint or one negative experience from the first phone call to the closing of escrow. No matter the situation I would recommend them to anyone.

When the time came to sell our parents' home, it seemed an overwhelming task. Our parents were the original owners of the house. They had bought it over 55 years ago.
