I am rejecting this response because: I do not want RHR’s money.
First, I want to thank the Revdex.com for taking the time to do this investigation. The knowledge that there is some place consumers can further their grievances and concerns of injustice is a big relief. That being said, the response of RHR is an attempt to deny their wrong doing and deceive instead of apologizing.
I have a social security number as any other American. Under that number is my full name. Reports are pulled based on SS numbers to alleviate errors for a reason; especially since women tend to go through a name change following marriage. When I contacted RHR, I provided them my full name, social security number and date of birth.  They had no trouble identifying me; absolutely no trouble or error there!
RHR finally produced my report on September 20th for the first time after being threatened with legal actions. It took them 20 days to come up with one. After their fiasco, I gathered all of my records and met with the management of Beach South and was able to resolve everything. I challenged them against my record and was able to get the apartment making the regular $300 deposit. My credit score is good even though Beach South “acceptance isn’t credit score based” but most importantly, I have absolutely zero delinquent accounts. RHR has a game going on and somehow their interest in tenants paying a higher deposit, which is retained for the life of the lease is questionable but I’ll leave their pending disgrace to God.Africans have a proverb that “whatever goes on in the dark after a while will see daylight”. Whatever games RHR is playing with consumers will backfire someday, and with God’s grace I’ll be around to witness the fall. Wells Fargo didn’t believe that they’d ever get caught! God is very present and concern with our everyday living!!

I am very sorry that [redacted] is unsatisfied with our IRS employment history service. We take consumer complaints very seriously and would like to resolve this issue to [redacted]'s satisfaction.
In regards to the complaint regarding the...

length of time it took for [redacted]'s report to be completed, she is correct that it took longer than normal to process. Unfortunately the address she provided during signup did not match the address in the IRS records and therefore there was a significant delay in locating her employment history. Once she provided the correct address the IRS returned the information in 5 days. We understand that this can be frustrating to our consumers and so we ask them to review their address information for any errors before submitting their order to us.
As far as the complaint about our information being "useless," [redacted] may have been better served by adding our standard criminal and social security trace background check to her order. The package she ordered was for three years of IRS employment history, which provides an employer's legal name, years of employment and salary history, as advertised on our website. In any event, we are issuing a full refund today and I would encourage [redacted] to contact me directly if I can be of any assistance in providing her with any outstanding background information needs she may have.

I recently used this site for rental history. All this is is a credit report which I already had. This has nothing to do with Rental history. On top of all of all of this I had issues with even retrieving the report. I contacted customer service and was given a generic answer of "We can't give you a refund due to the costs that we have incurred already" Seriously?? If all you care about is the money than that is wrong. I didn't receive anything that I thought I would even though it was advertised. I'm extremely disappointed in this company and their customer service.

We are very sorry to hear that our customer's expectations were not met.  Our accountant has issued a full refund to his credit card and this issue has been forwarded to our leadership team to discuss how to improve our product offering.
