First let me say to rental professionals I have documented evety single correspondence with you every single time I checked my "potential" rental properties so dint use your apparestandard response that I did not check in as I wi destroy you with my documentation it will be an embarrassment for yoyr company. We paid 98.00 dollars to use yor services we spoke with Shari she at first appeared to be amazing caring and honest well she is nothing of the sort. She is a liar we were told that they she specifically has multiple landlords with rentals available and even rent to own homes. Well that's a lie. The listing we did receive were listings I could have found or did find on listing sites such as zillow. We were told that their landlords do not do background checks as we have an eviction on our record due to the pandemic. The rentals that were emailed to us were predominantly rental companies not private landlords background checks were included the rental listings stated no evictions. The private landlords that did have listings still required a background check with no eviction. The landlords we tried to contact in large part did not return calls ever. The 2 that did 1 requested to see our current home we were in an airbnb as we just relocated to the area and specifically wanted to see our bathroom and backyard super creepy and yes I called them after that conversation and made a complaint the other landlord was super nice we viewed his property but us a mess smelled like mold the our was slopoed down ward it was not maintained well and honestly was not habitable I had an asthma attack after the viewing. I recieved listings way outside of the areas we told them we were looking for. I told them all of this and have proof of all of this We did find a rental on our own I called them to request my refund was told to send a letter to their corporate office I did and never received a response from ant one reached out to the office in greensboro was told mailed was sent out in April never received anything called again was told they did not have a way to contact their own corporate office sent over 20 emails only to be lied to about my refund. I will not stop until my refund is sent I filed a complaint with the bbb with whom they already multiple complaints filed against them with. I have sent emails to local she representatives requesting they be put out of businees and it's not that I desperately need the 98.00 dollars at this point urs principle and I will continue write reviews on every web site I can unt I get my money back. I will even hire an attorney companies like this are morally void and should be put out of business and I feel happy to be the person that does it! Do not use thys company Shari us a liar and con artist they are all just taking advantage of people in a vulnerable state and they should be ashamed of themselves they fet 1 star because I have to rate them but they really get no stars

I am a current client of theirs and wish I wasn't! I should have trusted my gut and tried [redacted] again insteadWhen I pulled up, my first sign should have been of the employees outside cursing on her cell phone, in front of the officeI still went in and the guy was nice; however, I told them my limit was $and he entered $so I'm getting listings that are too high and I said I only wanted Greensboro or High Point yet I'm getting other cities as wellPlus, today is the 12th and I have not had any new listings since the 2nd! The listings I have gotten are in bad areas, look horrible, or don't meet the needs I told themWhen I used a different company before, I had no problem getting enough decent places within that budget but this company can't seem to do itI wouldn't recommend them and I will definitely never use them again!

I am rejecting this response because: In the conversations that I have had with each and every representative of The Rental Professionals never was there a moment that I was ever told I needed to come into the office everyday which is ridiculous The listing given to me had nothing that was vacantWhen I called back I was SIMPLY told to mail a letter to the refund office for my money back because of the non vacant listingsOn top of that after having done so I was told I had mail that was "sent out" on several different occasions that I have YET to seeSo no I do not accept thisI did was I was asked of and I'm short $98.00, already found a new place I will be moving into in about a month and I'm supposed to just accept that after having being lied toNoThis needs to be handled PROFESSIONALLY and I want my money back

After reading the other reviews about this company; I see that I am not the only person who has issues with their refund policy and how they constantly put you off and respond with rude comments or monotone comments seeming as though I have a learning disabilityThe woman in the office refused to give me her name and she also refused to give me the name of her supervisor or managerHer response was she did not have a supervisorI asked again; it was then she said they are not in the officeShe proceeded to hang up on meI returned the call due to my dissatisfaction with her customer service; a man answered and placed me on hold for a very long timeIt appeared the Rental Professionals are not professional at allI followed their process for the refund and still I have not received my refundI initially contacted the agency June 28, I secured a place to live on my own the 1st week of July 2016- I wrote and sent the refund request to the Michigan address as advised the 2nd week of July I followed up on the refund and was told it was put in the system August 18, and I will still have to wait daysI advised her days has passed today, September 8, It was then she changed the story to business daysALL I WANT IS MY REFUND RETURNED TO MEI gave the money as they requested for them to located me a place of residence, and I followed procedure to receive my refund and all I am getting is the runaround a and bad attitude from the woman is the office which is not warrantiedI will not recommend NO ONE to utilize this companies serviceThe places they sent me to look at was deplorableThe pictures on the website is ADVERTISEMENTThis is the worse experience I have ever had with any agencyNothing compares to the stress and lack of professionalism from this placeThey should be closed

I don't understand how your office has something different with what you have but, I am not going to continue to go back and forth since clearly you are stating that I (the customer) is wrongI will never use or recommend your service to anyoneI hope everyone that is using you now is aware that you do t keep good call records and find another company to do business with

It is now December, I've been looking for a house with the "Rental Professionals" since September and 9/times I call they have nothing new for me, so I requested my money back and the manager told me to look on a paper I was given the day I signed up and file a complaint/request my money back from the head office bc she doesn't handle refundsSeriously? That is just ridiculous, I walked in and paid cash, why must I jump through hoops to get MY own money back! Also, they put all these "New listings" on Craigslist that are not new at allThey even post some already rented properties on Craigslist to draw people inThey want you to think they can help you find whatever it is you are looking for but it is a lieI was also told they get updates and new listings every Monday around 2pm, this is falseEvery time I called I had no new listingsSo now I guess I'll "request" my money back and wait to hear from the "head office"These guys are a scamThey are the same SCAMMERS as the *** peopleI'm very upset that I just threw away $80, bc I honestly don't think they will honor my refund request

The Rental Professionals as I have stated before have NEVER informed me that I had to come up there EVERY BUSINESS DAY for a refundThat within itself sounds ridiculous What company out there in their right mind that is truly customer service oriented would want a complaining customer to physically show up to their place of business EVERY DAY??? As many times that I have called which was almost EVERY DAY I was NEVER told I had to physically come up thereI was informed ONLY of the day subscription along with the address to which I needed to send my refund letter and why I was requesting itAfter talking to Melissa in the Greensboro office and a few other people in the Michigan office I was NEVER TOLD I HAD TO SHOW UP TO A PLACE OF BUSINESS FOR A REFUND EVERY DAY WHICH I'M ASSUMING IS WHY THEY HAVE THE REFUND POLICY IN PLACE TO SEND THE LETTER IN THE FIRST PLACEWhat was me showing up every day gonna do? Who has time for that and as a place of BUISNESS, WHY...WHY WOULD YOU PUT A CUSTOMER THROUGH THAT? Melissa at the Greensboro office told me on several different occasions after initially telling me a "check", which were HER WORDS VERBATIM would be sent out to me and turned around to saying it would be sent out a few more times without her having knowledge as to what I would be recieveingThen after me contacting the Revdex.com pulls this mess from somewhere saying I should have come in everydayTo the person reading this, that can't make sense to youMelissa informed me that her only way of contacting corporate, someone who SHE works for is only through fax and I'm sure she is just as frustrated as I amBut I did EXACTLY what I was told to and have been MORE than patientI don't want any other services from the Rental Professionals because that mail STILL hasn't been recievedAs much mail and packages I get for my cake business, my cake topper vendor through Etsy is IRONICALLY placed in Michigan, I have NO TROUBLE getting mail All the listing that were shown on my subscription weren't available listings anymoreSo my dollars that I worked hard for went to no use and I have found another place to live already because of that which I will be moving into at the end of AugustThis has been going on since April and is ridiculousI want my money back so I can be done with this scam of a company.Melissa herself if she want to be honest about it should be able to tell you that she told me initially a check should be sent out and then mail when put again on different occasionsSo how does it go from that, to ME not doing what I was supposed to do when I did every part of the protocol told to me? I sent in my refund letterI waited toll my subscription went outI was called BY MELISSA when it was received and acknowledged and told by HER that a check would be sent out in the next few daysAs many times as I have called last COULD have come up there, but didn't mean it necessary from what I thought I could be assured from after initially talking to her and now thisI want my money back...or I will be coming up there everyday
