I contracted them in 2016 to remove and replace roof and gutters.They made a mess in attic.(I cleaned)took beam out had to fix that mess.never fixed gutters upon constant request and scheduling and excuses.When they did come to fix they had excuse why they couldn't and left each time only for me to fight again for them to come fix. Still not done,now they won't answer me or schedule. Attic freezes in winter bakes in summer was told by sales person the insulation that was supposed to be put on would prevent this. They did not put it on my roof.they were supposed to only put over existing roof but stripped the whole thing completely off. They changed it to *** stuff said it was an upgrade don't worry. Asked several roofers now and they say never heard of such a thing and I paid for the other stuff.I told them and they have repeatively blew me off. Gutters have leaked Soo much now it's rotted wood everywhere and water has been seaping in my basement causing wall damage and wood damage to my decking from one of the other gutters constant water spraying. These were guaranteed by them to fix if ever anything went wrong and they keep ignoring me or making excuses this has been constant and ongoing and I was told by my Representative to report this.plus the roof is peeling now which I told them. Made many phone calls weekly which I could get bills for if need be and texts.
Thank you for the feedback. The attic has no existing insulation between the 1st floor and the attic space. We informed the client that we recommend insulating the attic. It was not in our scope of work for the contract to insulate and we don't currently offer any insulation services. The roof was 2 layers of existing shingles. Our metal manufacturer did not recommend putting a third layer on this roof for warranty purposes thus we had to remove 2 layers of shingles before we installed the new metal roof. This was also not in the original proposal and is listed as an add on. The customer was aware of this and instead of adding the double layer tear off to the final bill we put down a Titanium synthetic roofing underlayment in place of the double bubble underlayment. We did not use *** (which is a house wrap). This helped but did not totally offset the additional costs of removing 2 layers of asphalt shingles. The metal roof includes a 40 year paint warranty. We inspected the roof and determined that the paint is not peeling, and instead in certain areas the trees are shedding debris on the roof. We have not heard from this client in 6-7 weeks so we determined everything was in order. The existing structure has wood siding with many areas of rotted wood and peeling paint. We did not see any damage caused by leaking gutters during the last time our technicians went to the property. We will be sending our crews out to repitch/reseal the gutters as needed and this is in que for a service call.
This is in our service queue and we will reach out to the customer again to schedule.

I had a solar array installed on my roof and I couldn't be happier. They made the process easy. My electric payment is gone and I was able to save money right off the bat. I was a bit concerned with how the panels would look on the roof but they look great and I am doing my part to save the environment while saving money.

After having Home Renu put a new roof on the main part of my house at the worst time of my life they did a great job, my husband passed at that time, and the roof was leaking into my bedroom,I thought they were amazing, even allowing me time to pay when I received my life insurance check, so I thought this was the best company ever. I had them come out to give an estimate for the roof over part of my kitchen, which they did, and I thought I would get the same great service I did the first time, not so..Jim, the person that looked, and gave the estimate assured me I would no longer have the leaking in my kitchen, so I had them do what I was told was necessary, charging me 1000.00 for a small area over the kitchen, I have called numerous times,they came out a couple times, with no resolve, I not only still have leaking, but, also mold. I was told by the owner, Adam, that it was under warranty, I have called many many times, left messages, no one calls back, extremely poor customer service, they went from A-1 to a 0 in my book.My son put up new dry wall after they put the new part on, and it's totally ruined, along with the mold. I have gotten no resolve from this company, only grief...now I have to pay someone else to fix what they didn't do right the first time...waste of money...dont ever use this sorry company...never again.
We are very sorry to hear about this. We have sent out our service tech's multiple times to address this. We have not heard back from you and assumed we addressed the issue. The roof that you opted to go with is a rolled roof and is the cheapest option that we offer for flat roofs. Any workmanship that is not correct is covered under our warranties. If your roof is sloped incorrectly due to the house settling or other reasons, that could cause standing water or the water to run the wrong way. Resloping the roof is not usually needed and is above and beyond the scope of work provided in your contract. We have tried to call you multiple times regarding this and are not able to reach you. We are willing to install a new *** roof on the problem area at our cost. This option is a better option than the rolled roofing. This should remedy any leaking. We value your business and it is our goal to keep every client happy. Please call us at the office at your earliest convenience and we will continue to attempt to reach you to get this scheduled asap.
