Good Afternoon, We are in receipt of the Revdex.com complaint from Mr[redacted] in regards to a reimbursementAt Repair Defense Network, we are the marketer of the policyAll claims are underwritten and adjudicated by his administrator Interstate National DealerUntil we received this complaint, we were unaware of any claims issuesWe did contact the administrator on his behalf and we were able to get the claim reimbursedWe have spoken with Mr [redacted] and he seems pleased with the results In the future, if there is anything we can assist with, we ask you to please contact us directly Thank you

Good Afternoon, In response to the case number listed above, we understand that Ms [redacted] expressed concern with an offer that she may have received from us Prior to our addressing Ms [redacted] concerns we would like to make known that often times consumers receive multiple offers from companies that provide similar services to Repair Defense Network As such we are uncertain as to whether Ms [redacted] may have received multiple offers from multiple providersAdditionally, the fact that Ms [redacted] indicated that she received multiple inbound phone calls to [enter his or her] telephone number leads us to believe that Ms [redacted] has directed [enter his or her] complaint to the wrong company We say this because Repair Defense Network does not make any outbound sales calls Rather the only sales calls Repair Defense Network handles are those in which individuals call into our company expressing an interest in the services we provide That said our company wishes to address Ms***‘s concerns Repair Defense Network provides vehicle service contracts for consumers who have either had their factory warranty expire or are about toMs***, via the offer she may have received from us, would have been given the option to purchase a vehicle protection plan prior to their becoming ineligible and as such being forced to pay costly auto repairs out of pocketRepair Defense Network’s offers make it clear that their offers are not from the recipients’ motor vehicle manufacturers and our offers also clearly disclose all material terms However we are concerned with any dissatisfaction Ms [redacted] may have experienced Because of this we have placed Ms***’s contact information on our internal “Do Not Mail” list This will make it so Ms [redacted] will not receive any further mail from our company We at Repair Defense Network strive at providing the highest level of customer service to our customersIf there are any additional questions, please do not hesitate to call our support line at [redacted]

I reject this offer due to no services or claims was ever use and it only fair that I have all of the money that was taken out of my accountand it was fraud and far as i'm concern they would only return dollar if the Better Business had not step In to resolve this matter I would like to know how much of my money they will be refunding? Before I would accept this offer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] ***I totally reject the company’s response and feel that I should receive my full refund due to their information and did not sign an agreement for long-term protection of our vehicleThis company was very slick in convincing customers the advantage of signing up for this warranty dealHowever, I did a lot of research on line on what these companies do and have seen hundreds of complaintsIt made me skeptical and insisted to their sales folks that I wanted to have my policy effective the month after my dealer warranty was to expireThey try to be convincing that you are getting a good deal and will work with you in making paymentsTheir collection company Pay Link is also not trustworthy, for they deposited my check twiceWith this said, I was highly upset and requested to terminate my policyThey said I had to put it in writing as to my requestI informed them, why should I put it in writing if they never received a signed agreement in the first placeThey said that we agree to the policy on the phone and that was their acknowledgementI then said well use this conversation as an acknowledgement that I wanted to terminate the policyI feel this company is not legitimate and very misleading

In response to the case number listed above, we understand that Mrs [redacted] and Mr [redacted] received an offer from us to purchase long term protection for their vehicleOn May 29, Mrand Mrs [redacted] responded to our advertisement and called our office to purchase the protection planThey did mention that they believe they had some factory warranty remaining, but wanted to purchase the additional five year coverageThe level of coverage offered to consumers is purely based on the year, make, and mileage at the time they contact usWith their vehicle being years old, we were still able to offer them a Diamond coverage, similar to what the dealership offered when they purchased the car newIn December of 2015, the customer contacted us again stating they wanted to cancel the coverage due to the remaining coverage they had left with the manufacturerWe did not want to see Mrand Mrs [redacted] lose the Diamond coverage so we applied a savings program and deferred a payment to help themThey stated at the time, they wanted to keep the coverageIn March of 2015, out customer support department reached out to Mrs [redacted] because they had a payment that had gone past dueShe requested we move her payment to the end of March, which we didShe called us again at the end of March stating she didn’t get her paperwork and wanted to cancelWe explained the cancellation procedures and stopped the consumer’s coverageAs of April 5th, the customer was mailed her pro-rated refund as outlined in the policy We at Repair Defense Network strive at providing the highest level of customer service to our customersIf there are any additional questions, please do not hesitate to call our support line at

Worst business ever, they are out to screw the customer After paying them for & months almost $they will not cover a claim Stating have not met there grace period because the car has only been driven miles So I go to cancel the policy and they only want to refund $stating my car has been covered Uh no it hasn't if I haven"t made the grace period how was I covered DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company

In response to the above complaint, please note that we take customers complaints very seriously. Upon receiving the complaint we reviewed the call and found that there was a breakdown in communication towards the end of the call and that is not the level of customer service that we strive to
provide here at Repair Defense Network. We always attempt to address any questions or concerns that our customers may have and highlight the benefits of the coverage however we have high standards as to how this should be done. Since receiving the complaint appropriate actions were taken with the employee involved to insure this type of behavior does not happen in the future. In addition per the customer’s request the policy was cancelled on the day that we were contacted and the prorated refund will be sent in a timely matter. Once we receive a customer’s cancellation request the refund amount is configured and in most cases the refund check is issued within a week. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and apologize for any in convenience this may have caused you

Good Afternoon, In response to the complaint filed by Ms***, we did further investigation on her behalfAs the marketer of vehicle service contracts, we do not have the ability to approve or deny claimsAll claims are handled by the administratorThat being said, Ms*** policy
was to go into affect days and miles from the purchase dateMs*** filed a claim at day after purchase, which still put her within her probationary periodHer claim was denied only because she was still within her grace period and her claim was deemed a pre-existing condition. All policies sold have a minimum waiting period to ensure customers are not purchasing coverage with issues already in placePer the dealership, the issue she was having was in place prior to purchasing coverage and would automatically be deemed a pre-existing conditionIf Ms*** decides she would like to stop her coverage, her cancellation procedures are printed in the contractShe can send the cancellation request in and her refund will be processed as outlined in the agreementIf Ms*** should have questions, she is welcome to contact our customer support center. This company keeps on sending me unsolicited mail to sign up for their extended warranty This has been going on for years, I don't even own this car I called them twice (and blocked the number), but that doesn't help when it is toll free Then they gave out my phone number to all different companies, which they denied They obviously don't know how to conduct business, if you are told I don't have this car why are they continually sending this mail I am going to have to complain to a higher authority for them to leave me alone I kept all of the proof of the calls and mail

First time to use "Powertrain Gold" warranty for an engine malfunction on my BMW to find out it is NOT covered by the warranty. I'm out $4400 for repair plus cost of warranty. VERY disappointed in their coverage.
