When the part arrived (an iPhone 5C screen assembly) it was wrapped up snug as a bug...no problem AND no cracks! I ordered a phone replacement screen from repairs universe received it fairly fast, opened the box right after postal drop off and boom the screen was already brokentried to contact them they do not work on the weekends, was able to start an email chain asking for all sorts of pictures in which I was fine with showing that the shipping box wasn't damaged( meaning it was broken when they shipped it)was told that nothing could get past there quality control measures so I must have broken the screenafter speaking with a women on the phone who completely understood my view of the phones till in it wrapper and no glue and tampering anywhere on the screen except where it was already broke that it couldn't have been installed and removed to try and scam themtransferred to a manager Thomas who was very rude insisting that this is my fault and he refuses to do anything about it and didn't even want to be reasonable about the fact its still in a wrapper with no wear marks

Well, this website, RepairsUniverse.com called me up as part of their "fraud protection" and asked me questions regarding an I Phone part I had ordered I panicked! I don't use the internet! today they tried to steal $43.85 from my Chase Bank account. This transaction is related to repairsuniverse.com they are criminals that try to steal peoples money. Your bank statement will have the following:

"I ordered a replacement screen. What I received was a "new" screen that had one of the mounting tabs broken off. They didn't want to even give me an RA, saying I should pursue the shipper for damaged parts. After numerous phone calls I was finally able to communicate to someone that there was no evidence the item was damaged in shipping. The tab was broken off (it's super tiny) but the packaging was fine (which means it was placed in the packaging broken). Sent it back. They claim they never received it. My bad for losing the tracking info. Their bad for sending a bad part and not replacing it. Bottom line is they have the screen I purchased and paid to send back to them. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN! They are terrible to work with.
