I mistakenly ordered not one, but 2, screens that I thought were for my iPhone 5S, but what I really bought were screens for the regular iPhone 5. They are totally different and it was my mistake. Well, now I am not sure what to do...figured it was a total loss. WRONG!
I used their Live Chat feature and spoke to a nice young guy who was knowledgeable and he told me not to worry, that he would take care of it. He sent me a form, I went to the post office. Soon after I received the correct parts and fixed my phone like a pro with their help and advice. I cannot say enough about the service and the quality that this business has. I would recommend them to every person who owns a handheld device. They have iPad, iPod, Kindle Fire and many, many other parts. Do yourself a favor and go to their website. I received Saturday 14th and installed that evening. Product installed per instructions but did not include selfie flash. This left a hole in front with exposure to inside. I sent an inquiry to repaiuniverse 3 day ago but have not heard from them as yet. If it weren't for the front flash issue my rating would be excellent.
I felt compelled to write to you about RepairsUniiverse.com. It is a website that supplies iPhone parts and other such items. I cracked my iPhone screen and (as I found out) damaged the LCD as well. Who knew? The technicians are great and everyone seems to know their stuff when it comes to everything parts and service related. I usually do not buy from the internet but RepairsUniverse.com gave me confidence that they were on the level and I felt very relieved. Anyway, I received my part and used the online videos to put my own phone back like new! I feel very proud of myself! I have not had such great customer service in a very long time and I just wanted you to know that it still exists at RepairsUniverse..com. They have it all and take the hassle out of online buying. I would certainly recommend them to everyone.

I called and got a human on the line, which is unheard of these days, and the person continued to inform me on things I did not know about my iPhone 5. Anyway, I decided to do the repair myself and see if I could complete the task. Whew....without RU and their videos and live chat I do not think I could have made it through. That is what I am talking about-service from beginning to end. The technician even called me back later to see if the repair went smoothly! Imagine that. While I received my order in a timely fashion, the part wasn't compatible with my phone. I emailed the company asking for a refund. Nothing has been done yet.
I am not a technical person and the people at Repairs Universe took the time to explain to me in real words, not technospeak, on how my device worked and why and what I should purchase to remedy the situation. Ordering online is easy, website user friendly and you can call or do live chat, there are many ways to reach them, which is really nice. Parts are not used and work well, shipping is fast and easy as are returns, if needed. I feel like they really cared about me and my particular situation and took the time to really address my issues. In my opinion, they are the only place I will do business with regarding iPhone and other hand held devices parts and service. Hey, they will even fix your device for you if you want.
