SENT WRONG PRODUCT - WONT RETURN CALLS/EMAILS
I ordered a replacement key for my Apple A1843 keyboard. The site clearly states: "NOTE:The default color of the keyboard we show is black". What I received was a white key...I need the black key, just as their site states. I have sent numerous email, made numerous call, but no one from the company will return either. BEWARE OF THIS COMAPNY, as they clearly don't stand behind resolving issues they created by sending the wrong product!

Absolutely a scam. I ordered on the 27th and got tracking right away. I was so happy. I paid for faster shipping as I needed my computer for a meeting. The tracking never moved.. just a lable in the system... I brought it up to the BBB they tried to say the refunded me, but did not! Banks and everything was checked. Another lie. Later, an email came through saying my item had shipped.. Another tracking number given... And yet another lable printed that has not moved. They take your money, and do not actually ship the product. Customer service is scarce. I've left messages, emails.. and barely get replies.. what a damn shame...

The customer was already refunded on the 30th of DEC after notifying us that apple took care of her laptop, and she no longer needed the keyso I don't know why the complaint

I am sorry you feel the need to take your complaint to Revdex.com, but if you want to make a complaint, I only ask you to tell the complete truth! You failed to mention the part you gave us the WRONG addressalso you contacted us during we were away during the holiday on Dec 26, and the next email from you was Jan 14, and we got that email and we stated that we saw your address update and that we would just reship for you again On Jan at 7:18PM we indicated that we got the it and shipping today After getting your email again on 2/indicating you DID not get your part, and that you confirm the address times, you ask for a refund, we refunded you within hours of getting that email Why in the world would I try to respond to EVERYONE of your emails? because I care about my customer and want them to get there product, why would we want to spend all this time on this? you think we want to scam you out of $12!! and when you ask for a refund, without hesitation we refunded you

My personal laptop was missing a key for over a year and it always bothered me, but I didn't know I could order a replacement so easily I found Replacement Laptop Keys through a Google search & had an EXCELLENT experienceI HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Their website made it easy to determine the "key type" using photos for people like me who are not tech savvy I placed my order and had it delivered within days without expedited shipping I received the right key the 1st timeThey also included a hinge clip & rubber cup, which I didn't even know was needed The parts are very small so they packaged them very thoughtfully so when you open the envelope they stay in place The whole process was FAST & the key was SIMPLE to install My laptop keyboard is looking like NEW!

We have done everything to try to satisfy this customer, we have refunded, apologized, we told him its a very very rare part, and its been out of production which is all true, but still from time to time, we still get the item, its just more rare, so what does removing the listing do? so by REMOVING...

the listing, that just means it will HELP ZERO people out, and everyone who wants one will not be able to buy one, some people just want the clips, some just want other keys, 99% of them are in stock and fix peoples problems, its just a couple of keys that are more rare and hard to obtain, if your end goal is to HELP the consumer as you state, then it is BETTER to leave it and not remove the listing, and honestly in my 10+ years in this business, you are the first person to report us to Revdex.com because of something being out of stock, out of stock happens..  But I appreciate you trying to help others, but helping other means keep the listing, it will do more good.

We have fully refunded the customer and he is happy now.  please consider this case resolved, you can see from the email conversation below.
