REPUBLIC FIREARMS - STAY AWAY!!!!!! I am a licensed firearms dealer that purchase ARs from Republic in fall Three were returned by customers claiming they would not feedI requested a warranty return from Republic on several occasions over several months with no response, and finally (July 18) I was issued return labelsI called to inquire in Sept of the status and was informed there was nothing wrong except being dirty, and they had cleaned and test-fired them and would return ASAPThey were not returned, so Dec I sent the 4th email request to have them returnedOn Dec I received a reply that they were being stripped and rebuilt and would be returned ASAPI have obviously been lied to regarding the status, and am very unhappy that firearms in my inventory have been out of use for a year, and being "cleaned" - "test fired" - "stripped " - "rebuilt" for monthsI can build a complete AR in minutes, including cleaning and test-fireI contacted the polic

on june the 30 th I ordered some parts online from republic firearms after I paid for it then they tell you it will be up to 21 days before it could ship it has been 26 days I have tried to call them several times they will not answer there phone they tell you to email them I have emailed them several time all they will say is they are behind and that they are working on it ps they told me it should have been done a week ago I still cant find out anything about my order all they will say is working on it

Took a chance and could not be happierNot sure what all the issues were with these other guys but I ordered a FDE Upper, Lower, and some black parts and it shipped in less than daysCould not be happier and the quality is way above what I expected

This company is not even dignified to receive one star I rate it as a "0" The customer service was horrible; one of the "owners" told me to take my business elsewhere due to the fact that I was guaranteed to receive my product in three weeks and it too seven weeks and three days The color of the item I purchased was olive green and it was supposed to be camouflage I was rudely told to "research my colors" prior to purchase, which I did The site they order from depicted the product as camo, not olive green This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the owner, Christian, lied about the timeline of when I should have received my item, and he lied about the color I will never order from here again, which is a shame I will also be recommending my friends, family, and co-workers to take their gun-building business elsewhere

I placed my order for a cerakoted lower receiver on April 2018, supplied them with my local FFL info at the time of purchase in the notes A week later I also had my FFL email their info to Republic Firearms in case the notes at the time of transaction were over lookedDespite their website saying the turn around time for cerakote lowers was 2-3, I waited days, between & weeks before I decided to contact Republic Firearms for a refund since the time I needed it had expired as I needed it for a birthday gift on May 8th (1/weeks from order) I understand business can be busy but nearly weeks without an attempt to inform me of the delay is bad business practice The service rep I spoke with apologized and said the order was somehow overlooked and I would receive a full refundApproximately weeks went by without receiving my refund I spoke with the service rep again and he claimed that he missed his notes on the refund and forgot to send it to billingAfter th
