First order is months old

Made an order from companyOver a month ago and have not received my order tried contacting them to find out the status of my order and have not yet gotten an answer or reply

I purchased parts from Republic Firearms online on 3/12/for a total of $and received a confirmationI did see where they stated that Cerekoted orders will ship up to daysI have since contacted the company via email times and times by phoneEach time receiving an email stated the " a member of our staff will contact you shortly." I have never been contacted They did however take my money in a timely manner! I now see where the business is closed permanently???? Please Help!

I made a purchase on sept 2017, to day is october and atill item has not been shipp yetAt the time of purchase the item was in stock, the website advertised that the items in stock are ship to business days, its been over a monthI jave send the company multiple emails, I did receive an email back say the item would be ahip that week that was over weeks agoI cant cancel the order because I dont want to pay 20% restock fee when the company has misleading information on the websiteUnder no circumstances would I jave place the order if I knew a month later I dont have the product or an expectation on the time frame item will be ship

Have not received order place 3/10/days far exceeds their lead time Worst part is you can not get a hold of anyone, anyway I tried email, call left messages They dont careItem was paid for I cant say anything positive at this point ?????

I bought a product, and after personally seeing my FFL dealer send it out, I have not received anything from my FFL, or the dealer in regards to my productCustomer service is not working with me one bit in regards to helping me communicate to solve the issue

I placed two orders with Republic Firearms on June 10, and my credit card was charged for the respective amounts which posted on June 12, There was to be an expected delay for Cerakoted parts up to days On July 19, I had still not received my orders and emailed the company July 23, I received an email reply that my orders should be complete that week July 26, I received one order that had to go through an FFL for a single lower receiver done in the same Desert Sand Cerakote finish August 15, I still had not received my second order and emailed the company a second time I received no reply September 16, still no order and emailed the company a third time with no reply September 26, called numerous times but could only leave a voicemail with order number and phone number No reply September 27, phoned numerous times and still received no live person With the day limit by Visa to dispute charges running out, I cancelled the order on September via e

I made two large orders from Republic Firearms in April of I paid in fullI have yet to receive either order and my numerous attempts to contact the company via email and phone have been unsuccessfulCurrently it has been months since my orders and no word on the status of them

It has taken them way over their specified lead time it’s been very hard to even contact them they won’t respond to email they won’t answer their phone ever been calling for weeks and never have talked to anyone on the phone even left a voicemail never got anything back I did talk to them a few times on Facebook messenger but now can’t get a hold of anyone again my order has said shipped since 8-27-but there is no update with the tracking info and Usps still says they haven’t even received the package to shipMy order number is ***

Buy item with 3-day shipping promise, and sent a email stating lead time of weeksWill not respond to emails or phone calls requesting cancelation (but they will change the status of your order so you can’t get a refund)They tried to charge a 20% restock fee after days waiting, but I already made a claim through my bank and had the money backBuyer bewarethey won’t be around much longer

Company responded via phone: The order was placed by his wife.  The company was in contact with her yesterday.  She was advised of the order status.  We have a notice on our website that their is a lead time for orders and was advised  Her order should be shipping today.

We do have Mr [redacted]'s order in the next batch of O/D Green to be coated. When we give our lead times, they are approximate. There is no way that we can accurately determine a ship date as there are too many variables is custom coating. The reason we collect in advance is that all of the products...

receive a coating specific to the customer's request. I dont think taking an order, custom coating it, then contacting the customer for payment would work too well. What would prevent the customer from simply not taking the order? Now we have custom coated parts and a waste of both materials and production time. I'm not aware of many companies that require payment in advance for their products. We deal with a number of companies that have 4-6 MONTH lead times, and full payment is required in advance. Yes, we are a few days outside of our ESTIMATED lead time, but as I mentioned, this order will be completed this week.As for the 3 emails Mr [redacted] says he sent, I show no record of receiving any email (s) from him other than the computer generated email that is forwarded to us when he placed his order. As we keep all customer related emails, and I'm not showing anything, I cannot respond to the lack of response as I cannot even say with any certainty that a valid email address was being used. As for the phone contact, we did have some issues regarding the timely answering of incoming phone calls, but that was resolved several weeks ago. If Mr [redacted] did a google search on us, it shows what our hours are and what times the phone will be answered. I'm sorry if he has to leave a message, but we do have other customers that call. Leaving a message simply means customer service was tied up assisting other customers. As for where he found that we were permanently closed, I have no idea where he found that. I know when we moved our facility to larger quarters, Google had the old location permanently closed for awhile, but that has been at least 2 years now.As mentioned, we are very much in business and plan on staying that way. Im sorry that he has been unable to reach us, but I cannot offer an explanation as I dont know what email or phone number he has been using. His order will ship out this week Priorirt Mail and tracking information will be forwarded to him the night before it actually ships.He is welcome to contact me directly if he would like at [redacted] or [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The initial issue was that the company was WAY PAST DUE on the lead time of the item, and was of no help when a few issues arised.

Company responded via phone:The consumer did leave a phone message and the company did reach out to the consumer regarding their order. A message was left for them since they were not available. The lead time on the website is an estimate.  We have pulled the order and will be painted...
