I am attaching for the Revdex.com, the forged document which caused my loans with Nelnet to go into forbearance against my willThis dated days after I had requested for the service to be cancelledI think that they should do more than counsel one employee about his complete disappearing actThey are a predatory sales companyThey were fast talking and shoved their product down my throatThen when I tried to cancel, it was very difficult to do soThey made longstanding changes to my student loansI'm not sure how that makes for a reputable companyI can't understand why they would defend their fraudulent behaviorThey owe me an apology for their behavior and frankly, they need to be exposed

I am sorry you don't remember the conversations with our compliance manager, where he specifically asked if you understood there would be two payments (one for your student loan and a different one to pay our fee). Our clients are again reminded of this in the approval e-mail after acceptance into their designated new student loan payment program. As you were told when you called us after waiting for your application acceptance.your FSA account was locked until 10/**. We were then able to submit your application on 10/**. Your application was being processed by DoE when your servicer said we had done nothingIn the meantime, we had consolidated some of your small loans (11/*/17), but needed to wait for the program change application to be approved before consolidating the remaining loansThe specialist was making sure you preserved credit for the two years of IBR payments already made, so they would apply towards your PSLF program. This is why he said you would only have years of payments to make (instead of years) if continued to work in the public sector. the specialist took all the right steps to reduce your monthly payments and protect your ability to get loan forgiveness as soon as possible. Your account has been cancelled.

*** ***:Client called customer service and was explained on the service, etcCustomer STILL ACTIVE and not cancelledCustomer says she was not going to cancel because she cannot afford the cancellation fee.

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Student Loan Care regarding complaint ID ***They stopped communicating with me after I let them know that what they did was fraudulentThey successfully put my student loans into forbearance using a forged signature and I
am working with Nelnet to get my account back to normal. Sincerely,*** ***

After reviewing the audio tapes of *** ***'s calls and months later, those of his spouse, the specialist did a good job of explaining Student Loan Care's services, helped him find a DoE program that reduced his Federal Student Loan monthly payment over $200/month and helped him enter the Public
Service Loan Forgiveness program which could lead to full loan forgiveness after monthly payments. For our services, Student Loan Care does charge a fee. ** *** didn't call or complain about our services. These DoE programs require annual re-certification for which Student Loan Care helps the client to complete and submit at no additional cost. Failure to re-certify correctly has severe consequences, as the loan holder is not allowed to participate in the DoE programs (back to old higher payment, out of loan forgiveness program) now or in the futureWe sent *** *** an email to remind him to send us the appropriate docs. We received a call from *** ***'s spouse that was taken by the customer service manager. She acknowledged they were paying the lower monthly payment bur did not want to be in the program any longer. The manager explained the consequences, but to no avail. Student Loan Care provided the services required by our contract with *** ***, for that we are owed the contract fee or a cancellation fee clearly outlined in the Student Loan Care contract.

We have again checked our records and found client was sent emails between 3/*/and 10/**/17. We are using the same email address that the client responded to while submitting her applicationPerhaps, they are in her spam file. In addition, we have notes on a conversation with the client on 7/**/17, where she was again advised to forward her proof of income so the REPAYE application could be submitted to further lower her monthly payment and put her on a path for possible loan forgiveness in the future. We can not comment on the advice she received from her loan servicer

Tell us why hereRef: #*** *** *** Client contract was cancelled 10/**/2017. No services were rendered and no fees were charged

*** ***: Cancelled, services not renderedNo billing or work was doneEverything was cancelledSupervisor explained the Victor did not lie or mislead and that it was just a simple mistypeCustomer did not want to listen

Client not found in CRM, until we noticed her email address was ***. Client is in CRM under *** ***Upon review of client file, client’s loans were consolidated and application for REPAYE was completed and was/is awaiting receipt of client Proof of Income.
The consolidation put her into a standard repayment plan (a necessary first step to REPAYE) and the REPAYE application will put the client into a pay-as-you-earn payment schedule and a path to loan forgivenessCompany has continued to reach out to client to complete REPAYE. Client has not responded, nor has she cancelled her contract with Company. Client received the consolidation services and the Company continues to wait for the proof of income documents to complete REPAYE, and further reduce her monthly payments.

After reviewing the audio recording of *** ***'s call to Student Loan Care, the student loan specialist made a mistake in not explaining the DoE programs that *** *** was eligible for and would benefit from. Instead, upon seeing *** *** was in the less beneficial programs, he
immediately went to evaluating the cost savings in REPAYE (DoE's 'pay as you earn' program) without explaining to *** *** why her current program was not the best for her. In addition, the IBR program that *** *** was in, offers loan forgiveness after years. By enrolling in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program, ** *** will be eligible for loan forgiveness after years and the time in the IBR program counts toward that years of payments. There would be no reason to make extra interest payments (as she is currently doing) since all loan principle and interest is forgiven by DoE after payments (for Public Sector and non-profit employees). So is Student Loan Care a scam for finding *** *** was in the less beneficial program and then attempting to find the best program for her or was it the advisor (her Loan Servicer?) who put her into the IBR program?

*** ***: Client signed a Power of Attorney and sales rep clearly states at minutes into the call that we would be preparing and filing the paperwork on her behalfSales call was perfectClient tried email sales person times and didn’t get a responseEnded up cancelling before the end of the next day after signing up
