I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
The company is not addressing the core issueI NEVER met with an Adam P*** nor was at LGI homes Center located at Trails of Seabourne Parke ever let alone on the April 18th - I would like the company to send me the form they have on file as someone must be saying they are me. I'm sad to learn that LGI homes would run someones credit by form only -Or did they checked against photo id ? Their reply actually didn't say. I think I may now have to call the police as it appears strongly someone is saying they are me and are using my SS number trying to buy a house. I never authorized credit to be pulled by LGI homes nor did I meet with an Adam P***. Please request the company to send me copies of the file so I can get a police report started for credit fraud.

This letter is to inform you that LGI Homes has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 10/16/2017 and assigned ID [redacted]It's a shame this complaint had to go this far....the original complaint was submitted in March of this (2017) year followed by 3 other complaints, all were ignored completely until the Revdex.com was contacted. This is not the first time I have had to contact the Revdex.com regarding LGI concerning problems with my home and property and as much as LGI boasts about quality workmanship and service after the sale, they should be willing to remedy complaints more willingly but they don't which is not good for their reputation. I am staying in my home because I do like it but as for the community and HOA, they are not worth the fees at all. [redacted]

Steve came by and gave me his word that soil and sod would be brought to my house and my yard issues resolved.
