LGI issued a refund of my deposit and I feel satisfied that the promise that was made to me is not a promise they normally make and that they honored this promise anyhow.

and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  People have reached out, but have yet to resolve it and it's been a week and a half since they first contacted me. I was told the glass would be in last Thursday and now they are claiming it will be in this Thursday. I'm being promised it's going to be here but when it's not here no one is conacting me on what's going on. I feel like I'm getting pushed aside again as a customer.

sensitive nature of the information captured on this PreQualification form and
for the protection of Mrs. M[redacted] personal information we have not
uploaded it to this response because we know the information disclosed can be

Dear Revdex.com,
Thank you forwarding us Mrs. [redacted]’s concerns.  We had an opportunity to meet with Mr. and
Mrs. [redacted] at their residence with our plumbing vendor present to review the
concerns with their drainage and pipes. 
Upon review, we found a leak under their private walk...

from the driveway
to house.  The source of the leak was
from a pvc fitting.  The leak was not
caused by vibrations from the current development in Section 2 of the community
but rather a split in the pvc connection. 
Since we were already on site, the plumber went ahead and replaced the fitting
as a courtesy.
