HelloWe have confirmed that the return credit was issued back on 8/29/in the amount of $(the full amount of the order placed on 5/31)
The order for the bed and membership was placed online on 5/27/where all terms of the Membership are listed and must be approved to moved forward

just what I paid) of 4600, which could be applied to a new bed My complaint and request was not read carefully by the business representative At this time, they have charged me an additional $to replace the bed, which was delivered damaged and incomplete Again, its now August and I have no bed and essentially have given RH a zero coupon loan in the amount of the money I paid in January Sincerely,*** ***

Prior to receipt of this complaint, client was processed for a full refund of the bed in question; as this was one of the resolutions proposed by the client in the complaint, this is considered closed

They did give me
a modest refund which did not cover the cost of repair - they offered a full refund however I could not find the bed at the same price so - moving forward - I will not do business with them again as I found this partial refund insulting, the process harassing the the loss of integrity due to being lied to repeatedly will stop me from making any further purchases from this vendor

Restoration Hardware *** has confirmed the issue with the finish on the sconces I had purchased and advised me not to replace with the same sconces They have instead offered full replacement of sconces with a different outdoor sconce of my choosing at no cost to meThese are on order and will arrive in August, at which time Restoration hardware has promised to pay for the cost of my electrician to switch these out on my house
