We got back from Christmas vacation to find a burst pipe that had been running into the ceiling of our basement for days What a mess We called Restoration King and they were there in an hour and had things in order and drying out that afternoon Once the adjuster came out, they oversaw all the work all new drywall and ceilings, texturing, paint and carpeting The quality of the work was excellent and [redacted] (our project manager) did a great job communicating and ensuring we knew what was going on I can't say enough about how happy we are that they did the job I would refer them to anyone and will always use them in the future Thanks guys! ***

Jason and his team (Jake & Grace) did an awesome job installing new insulation and a vapor barrier in our crawlspace...very professional! I highly recommend Restoration King and would gladly use their services in the future

We contacted Jason a while back and finally had time to setup a garage tear down and mold inspection for a leak in our garageHis guys were in and out within a day to gut the garage and treat for moldOnce our roof was repaired we had them replace all the sheet rock in or garage that they removed This process took days but the work is greatOverall, Jason and his team did excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company

Unfortunately this is not the first time we have set an appointment without receiving a call or notification that did not showWe set an appointment for February 26, at 2:pm which is the time most work, so my wife rushes home and I follow behind and Restoration King no shows and does not even call?

I contacted Restoration King to inspect my home for mold When minutes elapsed from our agreed upon appointment, and they were still a no show; I contacted them They apologized and wanted to rescheduleI explained that I was unable and really needed someone to inspect my home The inspector finally arrived and said I needed a lot of work done and that he would email the estimate So far, it has been days and I have not received an estimateI contacted the company after a few days and they took a message and said someone will get back to meThat was a few days ago, nobody has called me back Also, there was a $inspection fee The check has since cleared my bank and I have yet to hear from anyone

We are extremely happy with the work Restoration King provided - both the mitigation and restoration aspects of the work. The crews that worked on our home (after water flooding from a leaking water hose) were professional, prompt, courteous and attentive to detail. The mitigation crew worked quickly and thoroughly to make sure everything was dry to prevent the onset of mold and further damage by the moisture. The rebuild crew also provided excellent work on the flooring and placing everything back the way it was in our master bathroom (Thanks David and Anthony!). The General Contractor (Project Manager) Boris was a real pleasure to work with - a true professional, sincere, genuine and accommodating to our schedule. It was a breath of fresh air to work with a great local business during a time of high stress because of water damage - Thanks Restoration King!
