Restoration King has helped me personally and several other friends and clients who have had water and mold issues. Every experience has been positive and professional. Each employee we have worked with has exhibited competency and integrity in handling the assessment of any issues and the work completed has been done in an expeditious and professional manner. I would call upon them again AND recommend them to anyone who is concerned about mold or is facing an emergency situation with their home. We have had the opportunity to work with other similar companies and Restoration King is bar none the very best at what they do!

I am rejecting this response because my husband and I believe we have given the owner ample opportunities to correct this problem. We feel that further attempts at removing the water stains created by this company will only damage the couch further. There is no reason for us to believe that what was  not fixed the first two times Will be magically fixed with a third attempt.  The owner has not given us any reason to believe or have faith in his reputation or word.  From the very beginning, we did not get the feeling that he took our loss seriously. Not once did he honor his promises. Lastly, our couch was only two months old when they came to remove the stain from it. Instead they damaged it beyond repair. The only way this couch  Will leave our house is if a couch exactly like the one we originally bought, is given in exchange for the damaged one.

We own a rental and had to have some mold remediated in the utility room. I spoke with Jason about the issue. He was very professional and answered all my questions. We had a raw sewage backup and within a couple of hours of my call to [redacted] the company was right on the problem and took care of us immediately. In the midst of the storms and all the other flooding and problems going on in the city, I felt that we were given first class coverage for our concern. They took care of the estimate, all the materials, work needed and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Restoration did a wonderful, quick and efficient job on our restoration project in our basement. Their employees also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves at the end of each visit. We had no piles of debris left laying around outside for the duration of the clean up.

We got back from Christmas vacation to find a burst pipe that had been running into the ceiling of our basement for 4 days. What a mess.

We called Restoration King and they were there in an hour and had things in order and drying out that afternoon.

Once the adjuster came out, they oversaw all the work... all new drywall and ceilings, texturing, paint and carpeting. The quality of the work was excellent and [redacted] (our project manager) did a great job communicating and ensuring we knew what was going on.

I can't say enough about how happy we are that they did the job. I would refer them to anyone and will always use them in the future.

Restoration King did a marvelous job treating our basement from mold. The actual cost and the estimate were the same. It was affordable, which was surprising to us. The workers were professional, courteous and efficient. Jason was extremely professional and his and his employees help was truly appreciated! Thank you!

We had to have mold remediation done for the sale of our home. They were fantastic! The process from beginning to end was extremely efficient. They were out to look at the mold very quickly and came back the next day to take care of it. The man who was did the remediation was very quick, only took about an hour, and he cleaned up after himself. Everyone I dealt with at Restoration King was very kind and informative. The sewer line broke in our crawl space and Restoration King came and made the space accessible for the plumber. When the plumbing was resolved Restoration King came back to dry out and clean up the space . I was given constant updates as to what was going on. The staff was very friendly and courteous.
