Revenue Reporting Services Reviews (53)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. They still do not say who the original debtor is. Also my husband and I have not received any paperwork from them. Further more I googled both address and phone numbers attached to their business. The one address is a strip mall with several businesses in it but they are not one of them. The second address is an empty business building for lease. As for their phone numbers, the one they call us at comes up as Directv customer service on google and the two listed here in the response to my complaint come back belonging to an individual who all the reports say he is a scammer. I have stated previously I would like the 30.00 to refunded and the time and stress compensated to my husband and myself.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

This was a loan deposited directly into Ms. [redacted] bank account at [redacted] ending in [redacted]. In our first conversation she verified the loan was done by herself. She originally put a stop payment on the lender when the funds came due. She then set up arrangements with our office to repay the funds and again defaulted on the payment arrangements. Despite her claims to the contrary Ms. [redacted] has no intention and never had any intention of paying this debt. As explained to her in our phone conversations, all her loan documents can be accesses on the lenders website using her email address of [redacted] The original address from the lender is the address she provided when taking out the loan. If she provided an incorrect mailing address on the loan documents this does not make the funds any less due and owing. The bottom line is Ms. [redacted] took out the loan and refuses to repay the loan on a voluntary basis. If at point, prior to the client pulling the file from our office, Ms. [redacted] would like to make good on her debt our office can be reached at ###-###-####. Sincerely,Jessie G[redacted]

The only acceptable response is that this third party debt collector does not contact myself or my place of business at any time.In my State, it is not legal for these type of callers to contact a consumer's place of business and accuse or discuss an alleged debt of an employee. In my State, it is not illegal to use words that best describe the party on the opposite end of the conversation. This alleged business is using illegal tactics without validating or confirming whom they are contacting. This alleged business is the type that is widely known as a third party collection scam and they will be treated as such by myself. The whole basis for their contact with me is false. Not only did they waste my time but also that of more than one employee at my place of business. The Revdex.com is not the only Agency that has been contacted about this incident.
Regards,
[redacted]

I contacted the Idaho General Attorney's office who did let me know that they have never dealt with or heard of this business in the 7 years that they have dealt with debt collectors. The office also let me know that the debt collector must be licensed with the Department of Finance to collect in Idaho.

Attached please find the original 30 day demand letter sent to the debtor [redacted]. In our previous response I also explained [redacted] was the debtor and [redacted] was his wife. This attached letter was mailed to [redacted] at the address when the case entered our office. After the 30 days expired without response we contact [redacted] via telephone. As for her concerns with our mailing address, we have used this same address for numerous years all mail sent to us is received and responded to. As for our phone number we are not DirectTV or have any affiliation to DirectTV, our phone number has been [redacted] since 2008 and never changed. I am assuming the "reports calling him a scammer" are based on an internet search in which anyone can write a review on a phone number. These reviews are written by people unhappy with the outcome of their situation and are never positive. I like to compare these reviews to online reviews of apartment complexes, every place state the place has cockroaches and mold, these reviews are posted courtesy of evicted tenants. We are not in a service industry, people get upset with the outcome of their decisions from time to time. Looking further into this matter it appears Ms. [redacted] has been involved in this matter from the beginning as the email address used to obtain the loan was [redacted]@yahoo.com. As for the proposed outcome, we will not be refunding anything to Ms. [redacted] Should you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact our office at [redacted]. Sincerely,Jessie

...                                                      ...                                         ...                                         ... March 23, 2016 [redacted] 100 Bryant Woods South Amherst, NY 14228   Re: ID [redacted]        ** [redacted]                                              ... Dear Mr. [redacted]   I have received the complaint from your office regarding the above debtor. Let me explain to you what our office does. We are a pre-litigation office; we contact debtors prior to a case going to court. When a successful settlement is not able to be reached we get local attorneys involved in the matter. As it states on our website we sue debtors who have not resolved matter voluntarily. Our clients have exhausted collection efforts on their accounts when they forward them to us. We are here to move the matter into the courtroom, prior to doing so we believe everyone is entitled to a last chance and warning that the case is heading in that direction. On February 19, 2016 we received Ms. [redacted]’s case in our office and a letter was sent to her. On March 21, 2016 at 4:47 pm  EST our office contact the debtor on [redacted] and a message was left.  The phone number [redacted] immediately called our office back and hung up.  At 5:00 pm EST phone number [redacted] called in asking what our office did, the above was explained to her. She requested documentation it was explained documentation had been sent to the above address on February 19. She was also advised she can log onto the lenders website and view the loan documents. She was then offered to hold for supervisor, she refused and hung up. At 5:12pm EST debtor again called our office stating she was low income and we couldn’t do anything to her. We explained small balance of $190 and we would be willing to work with her. She said these people are loan sharks and she isn’t paying anything. Our representative explained she was loaned the money and needed to pay it back, debtor replied “ha ha caught you in a lie” and hung up.    On March 22, 2016 at 11:32am we spoke to Ms. [redacted] she began the call complaining about more calls to her work and that she never gave permission to call work when she took out the loan. She said we called everyone in the world and we didn’t have her permission to call them. It was explained only called her and she has been calling into us only contact on the file. She hung up again on representative. Then called back in to repeat same stuff again. She was advised we couldn’t help her without payments on the account and she terminated call again. At 11:52am debtor called in asking for supervisor, she was given to Ms. Q[redacted]. She complained to Ms Q[redacted] about previous representatives and then stated she worked part time has no money and could resolve the $190 debt. Ms Q[redacted] explained nothing we could do for her and call back if things change. On March 22, 2016 at 2:31pm debtor called in again requesting documents, again was explained it was sent out and she could log onto lenders site to see all the documents. She stated she wanted it faxed to her immediately. It was explained that we could pull them and fax to her but wouldn’t be right this minute it would take the receptionist a little while to do. This was not acceptable and she asked for a manager. She was transferred to Ms. Q[redacted] who was on another call, no voicemail was left.   In response to her specific complaint, our office contacted Ms. [redacted] once at her employment on March 21, 2016. All other phone calls were incoming calls Ms. [redacted] made to our office. Our office does not need Ms. [redacted] permission to contact the phone numbers given when she acquired the loan. She supplied these phone numbers as contact points in reference to the loan. Ms. [redacted] admitted on a recorded line she took out the loan and even went as far as stating they lender was a loan shark and she should have never done business with them. Our office has no Ms. J[redacted] working for us and we did not contact her other than on March 21, 2016. It is my assumption that Ms. [redacted] has numerous outstanding debts and other offices maybe calling her in reference to those other debts.   If you have any questions relative to the above referenced ID, please do not hesitate to contact our office toll free at 1-[redacted], Monday through Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm EST and Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm EST.   Sincerely,  Jessie G[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I  reviewed appear below. I am requesting a full refund of the $284.00. The company is providing false and misleading information in regards to the way the call was handled. My rights were violated under the FDCPA. I explained that is was an inconvenient time to talk repeatedly and that I needed to get back to work.  The representative used bullying behavior to manipulate me to make a payment by threatening further litigation. Please ask to hear the calls. And Ms. Q[redacted] threatened to contact my human resources department since I requested to cancel the payments.  The proof are in the recording. They also told my father's ex-wife that I used her as a reference which is complete lie.  Accurint database search engine site was utilized by this company to search for my in-laws.  The truth lies on their call recordings.

The notes on Mr. [redacted]'s file from April 1, 2016 at 9:29am EST state.....DO NOT CALL BACK[redacted]
[redacted]Thanks,Jessie

On April 20, 2017 at 11:46 am EST we spoke to Ms. R[redacted] regarding her delinquent account with [redacted] Solutions. She set payment arrangements using her MasterCard ending [redacted]. Ms R[redacted] was advised since she was not making a down payment we would run a $1 payment to verify...

the account was open and active. Upon running the $1 payment she became irate over the $1 payment and asked to speak to a manager. She was forwarded to Ms. Q[redacted] our office manager, she explained the need to verify the account as the debtor had defaulted with payment arrangements in the past and this is why she was currently dealing with our office. The call ended with a payment plan and matter being resolved in our office. After receiving the Revdex.com complaint our office removed all payments on file and advised the Ms. R[redacted] to handle the matter directly with the client. She has been dealing with the creditor directly ever since. This account is closed in our office. Sincerely,Jessie G[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,We have confirmed with CHECKADVANCEUSA.NET that Ms [redacted]'s delinquent balance has not been satisified.  Her claims that we called her a liar are baseless. We did advise her some of her statement made to our office were not fact. Again the reason for our call on April 17 was Ms [redacted] defaulted her arrangement to handle her debt. These arrangements were made with our office on April 16, 2015 at 12:47pm. We have not made any calls to Ms. [redacted] or anyone on the case since the April 17, 2015 conversations. Below are the incoming call log from Ms [redacted]'s cell number ###-###-####. 1.

On March 16, 2017 at 2:39pm EST we spoke to Mr. [redacted] on his primary contact number of ###-###-####. This number along with ###-###-#### was provided by him to [redacted] when he took out a loan with the company on October 19, 2016. Upon explaining the loan and the balance due Mr. [redacted]...

proceeded to curse at our representative and stated he would "sue the crap outta us" for calling him and terminated the call. On March 16, 2017 at 2:47pm EST Mr. [redacted] called into our office from ###-###-#### and wanted to speak to a manager about us calling his work. He spoke to our office manager Ms. [redacted] and stated he did not want his work number contacted. He was informed the work number was a number he supplied when taking out the loan. He was also given his bank account information were the loan was deposited into. He began cursing excessively again at our office manager. He was advised he should not be conducting himself in such a manor and we did nothing wrong. Then nature of the call was to see if this was something he wanted to clear up as his balance was only $280. He proceeded cursing until he hung up on our office manager. This is clearly a case of a debtor who is not willing to handle his obligations. Should Mr. [redacted] like to contact our office in a civil manner and handle the obligation with respect and kindness to our representatives we can been reached at ###-###-####. Sincerely,Jessie G[redacted]

[redacted] 100 Bryant Woods South Amherst, NY 14228   Re: ID [redacted]        [redacted]...

... Dear Mr. [redacted]   On April 4, 2017 at 3:47pm Ms. [redacted] was contact by our office regarding a delinquent account with Clear Loan Soultions. She agreed to make 2 payments to close the account and when asked for her payment information she terminated the call. On April 5 at 10:30am a message was left for the debtor to call in for the arrangements discussed the previous day. On April 10 at 11:01am again we left messaged for Ms. [redacted]. On April 28 at 12:35pm we spoke to the debtor and set up payment arrangements on her Mastercard ending [redacted]. She paid $1 to verify the account was open and agreed to $227 on May 5, May 19 and June 2. On May 5, her payment cleared without a problem. The payment on May 19 her payment defaulted and a message was left on her on [redacted] her primary number. On May 25 at 10:20am we contact Ms. [redacted] on her work number she began screaming at our representative and hung up on us. On May 26, 2017 we received the Revdex.com complaint and no further calls were made on this account. I have received the complaint from your office regarding the above debtor. I apologize for the delay in this response. There has been some confusion with communications from your office. Thank you for your follow up email. As per our conversation with your office today we again request that...

you please continue to forward any future complaints directly to my email. On February 8, 2018 our office spoke to Ms. [redacted] at around 4:40pm. She was upset we called her husband’s phone and said she was in a bankruptcy. Our representative was able to locate a Chapter 13 bankruptcy from June 12, 2015. We advised Ms. [redacted] that per federal bankruptcy law she was not able to accrue any more debtors until her bankruptcy payments were completed. Since this debt was taken out on May 23, 2017 she would most likely have a problem with the bankruptcy court she stated we would need to speak with her bankruptcy attorney. We asked for the information for the attorney she would not give us the information and terminated the call. At 5:18pm she called back for our address and gave us the bankruptcy attorney information. On February 8, 2018 at 4:55pm the debtors husband called in and stated he was unaware of any outstanding debts and that if the debtor was in the wrong she would lie and deny it and ignore it. Asked for 24 hours to discuss it with his wife and have her call back to resolve. After receiving the bankruptcy attorney information the file was documented and we are awaiting how the client would like us to proceed on this matter. Ms. [redacted] is full aware she owes the debt to Clear loan solution as she stated in this letter as well as our phone call. If she would like to resolve this matter she has our contact information and our representative will be more than happy to work with her for a payment arrangement. If you have any questions relative to the above referenced ID, please do not hesitate to contact our office toll free at [redacted], Monday through Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm EST and Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm EST.  Sincerely,  Jessie G[redacted]
