Awful landlord serviceThe property was never maintained while I lived thereMowing happened once in the summer and once in the winter, so the lawn was always an eyesoreI had snakes invade my apartment one time and they sent an exterminator days laterI was without heat in the winter for daysMy kitchen sink wouldn't drain and they told me they would send a plumberThey never sent a plumber but tried to bill me for oneUpon moving out, they sent me a bill for $saying that I had done damage to the apartmentI took photos, spoke with my lawyer and had it taken care ofThe apartment was filthy when I moved in originally - there were hairs of the previous tenant stuck to the walls even though they told me they had painted, and beer caps all over the apartmtney that they claimed to have cleaned before I moved in When I would call to get something fixed, my calls would go to an answering machineThey never called back I would never recommend Revid to my friends, family or even my enemies

Charged me $dollars to cut my grass - excessively high for the workNo way to argue charges or remediateCustomer service unbelievably rude I was out of town for monthHad been trying to get different people to cut my grass while I was goneAll options fell throughCame back and Revid took it upon themselves to cut my grass - then charged me $No warning or advanced noticeThis is an excessively high cost for my area - neighbors pay ~$I called Revid to ask why the price was so high"Because that's what we charge." We talked about how that is an excessive charge and that I tried to get someone to cut the grass while I was out of townThey still refused to talk about the costThey claimed there was a city citation but refused to provide me evidence of that being true (I never received a citation and other yards are definitely in worse shape than mine)Revid offers no opportunity to argue excessive charges, no way to remediate disputes, and they fine tenants with

Sent letter in November that I had days to leave and was charged rent for the month of December At the beginning of November, I unexpectedly received notice that my lease with Revid was not going to renew and I had days to vacate the propertyThis was surprising to me since I have always paid my rent on timeI tried to end the automatic drafts on the online portal, but there was no way to do it to my knowledge(I looked as thoroughly as I could), so I just assumed that it would be taken care of automaticallyOn Friday December 2, I checked my bank account and noticed I was charged rent for the month of DecemberI went ahead and called my bank to stop this payment to Revid, ( I would have waited to contact Revid and ask for refund, but since I have struggled getting them to respond and help me before, I decided to do what I knew worked)My bank was able to stop payment on this transaction, but charges a fee of $for this serviceI went by Revid on December to see if

No mailbox key I moved into the apartment on September 30th and was only given a house keyWhen I noticed I was missing a mailbox key I went back to the office and requested oneI was told I would get one the week afterIt is today October 12th and I still do not have a mailbox keyMy insurance open enrollment period (of weeks) ends this week and I the information I need for it has been mailed to me and I cannot access it

What awful peopleThey only care to answer your calls or emails when you tell them you're not renewing your lease so they can find someone to fill the vacancy and keep getting overpaidIt was amazing how promptly they contacted me when THEY needed something, but when I send an email about something I need it could take weeks if I get an answer at allWhat unresponsive greedy people with no regard for their tenantsI would never recommend renting from Revid EVER

Over the winter my heater wasn't properly heating my studio apartment and I requested maintenanceThis was during the weeks when weather here was approximately 20-degrees and usually on the colder end of the spectrumThey eventually came to my apartment to look things over after many attempts on my part to get someone out thereThey said nothing was wrong and gave me a space heaterThe space heater really helped, until one of the maintenance guys took it away out of my apartment while I was out of townMind you I have two cats that depended on the heater to keep them warm while I wasn't thereNeedless to say I was furious because they had shown several times by this point that they truly didn't care if my cats or I froze to deathAt this point I was running my wall heater and space heater on full blast 24/just to maintain an approximate temperature of degrees within the apartmentOne day during this freezing weather I noticed my blinds were moving back and forth on several of my windows because of wind from outside coming through my windowsWell guess what folks, Revid Realty once again overlooked a request I had put in back in October to fix my windows that would not properly close or lock all of the wayI put in another request to have them fix my windows, which took someone two weeks to get out to doThey never tried to hurry any of this along, especially in freezing temperaturesThey finally fixed the windows and really made no apologies or felt any remorse for my situationThe following week I went into the office to speak with Jessica about receiving help with my MLGW because for my studio apartment I was charged roughly $for the heating costJessica wasn't very happy that I asked, but told me to email copies of my bills and the reason why I was asking for a reimbursementJessica NEVER contacted me again after that initial meetingI had to call her a total of times after that day before I could even get ahold of herShe let me know that the owners were refusing the give me any form of reimbursement even though I had put in multiple requests and no one ever fixed my windows resulting in the coldness of my apartmentI was furious and truly heartbroken that a realty company treats their tenants like thisI promise, if you rent from them it won't be fun and it won't be easyOh and another thing, when Gus showed me the apartment that I ended up renting, he explained that there would be a washer and dryer available for all the tenants in the buildingHe made no attempt to let me know that these machines would be COIN OPERATED and that they would be charging $per loadNow if that isn't bad enough, my MLGW bill included laundry and water heating cost that I also have to pay forAll Revid cares about is moneyThey don't treat anyone with respect and they truly don't care about how your housing isFunny enough, in the house I live in there are squirrels in the attic and wallsEven after several requests to fix this issue, they have yet to complete the requestI will not be renewing my lease agreement in the fall

I have contacted revid about a severe leak on 3 floors of my apartment starting October 2015. They have not fixed the problem and note it's worse. I moved into this apartment in August 2015 after singing a contract with revid reality that states that they will make repairs. Starting in October 2015 I began to have a leak in my apartment on all 3 levels. I contacted revid about the leak and sent them pictures of water damage and possible mold stains. A representative came to look at it and took pictures. That was the only attempt revid made at fixing anything. I have since called them multiple times a month about this problem. The leaking has now gotten worse. The master bedroom floor has been completely soaked through on multiple occasions. There is now a constant smell of mold and mildew in the apartment.

Revid Realty has failed to make repairs on my apartment that were suppose to be made before the modate

The property we rented has a hazardous mess that they did not clean up before we moved inThey have ignored numerous requests to clean it
There is a shed that was torn down (presumably before they took over the property) that has left shingles, broken glass, and exposed carpet tack strip all over our back yardSince we've moved in, we've requested many times for it to be taken care ofIt has cut our pets' feet on many occasions, and has left our backyard un-maintainable, considering it is too dangerous to take a lawn mower or weed-eater back thereRecently, our back yard had become so overgrown that the city cut itMy girlfriend e-mailed the property manager, Gus P*** with pictures and proof of complaints dating back to when we moved inShe received an absolutely unprofessional and unnecessarily rude e-mail in response to this final requestI went to the office and requested not to be charged, and for the mess to be cleaned upThe front desk clerk, Jessica D***, had assist
