Never ordered anything, never received anything... don't even know wtf this is... attempted to charge my account and luckily enough my bank caught it and warned me. Nice try a[censored]...

Exact same problem thought I was receiving samples but billed $183.90 and can't get through to get my money back SCAM

I *** did not order anything from revita pure eye but had $90.00 taking out of my account! I didn't even receive anything!
I don't even have all of that information.

1st Email recd is confirmation of the products. The I tried to find consumer services but I couldn't. Then I get sick and forgot until I get another one. I never even got the product.! I can foward u my emails

I was offered a free gift from a CVS Order. I chose Revita. It came and unknowing to me, they put me on a reorder list and is sending me the product and charging my cc 91.95. There is NO where on the receipt to contact this company to cancel. Foul!

Two days ago I noticed a $91.00 charge on my account. I did not place an order. I sent 4-5 emails with no response.

I have emailed them 4-5 times and have not had one responds. I am disabled so I am on a very fixed income. This has caused more mental stress then a care to admit. Please can you help me with this issue?

This place is decieving customers! You think you won a trial size bottle for free just pay shipping, but what it is, is a trial period. Then they charge your bank account after 14 days. I did cancel within the time period and still have not recieved a refund. I have called numerous times and sent them the Cancellation emails to no avail. They offered me half my money back but I want it all refunded!

Ordered trial size of two items with shipping costs only. I now have been charged 91.45. Told was in ad. It is unopened, want to return & get money
On May 6 I ordered two trial samples for only shipping on 5.45 each. I received on 11th. On 23rd I was charged 91.95. The assumption was made that I had used for 14 days and I liked it so I was charged. In fact, I had not had it for 14 days. Customer service said it was in the information I read. Shipping package is unopened. I was told I could not return. The facility is not set up for returns. A refund of $32.18 was given. I want to return and receive the remainder of the money charged to my account.

I find up to receive a free trial of their products for $4.95. Offered me another free trial of an additional product for another$4.95.Their website state at the free trial without letting you know that they're going to continue send in your products and charging your card monthly without your consent. I contacted my credit card company they wanted me to try to resolve it through this company revita which is not even the name they charged under my credit card. The company representative told me she would be back within touch with me within 24 to 48 hours have not heard back from them and have tried contacting them numerous times would no Avail. They charged my card for another $93.13I told the representative that I did not find up for a monthly subscription I did not want to receive anything else from their company I Had to cancel my credit card. Go have not received any credits or heard anytthing from the company. Tried calling today in with on hold for an hour and a 1/2. This company is a complete scam and I cannot even believe they are allowed to continue selling anything off of any website under any name. They are criminals they charge you money monthly for products they don't even send non to mention the quality of the products are equivalent to water. They know what they are doing and they are making money off of people By scanning them and their bank accounts unacceptable business if you can even call it that!!

Received a bottle "supposedly" free for completing a survey. Now it keeps coming at a charge of 90 bucks a pop CONSTANTLY, and I can find no where to call, or stop it. Oh, and it's a totally *** product

I have contacted the company multiple times their phone# keeps changing and they have no record of me. They have asked for my credit card # on all occasions which I refuse to give and they hang up. When going on the website the product is on the front page but changes when you click on it.

Buyer beware doesn't work tried to buy a sample for under ten dollars then got charged 193.00 to my account had to change all my banking these people are liars want my 193.00 back

I ordered a trial for face and eye cream for 29.00. They charged are charging me 91.95 Amon the X 2.
I made the mistake of ordering a face cream and eye cream from simplyrevita, for one time offerof 298.00. I did not see anything that said it would automatically send me the product ever 30 days and charge me 91.95, twice a month. I did not catch the first charge because I never received the product.. I just looked and they charged me again today. I have tried to call them several times but I am on hold for 30-40 minutes and then I am disconnected. One time I entered my phone number for a call back but never received a call. I also emailed them, but no reposnse. I filed a dispute with my credit card company today.

a total scam! they make it sound that you are receiving a trial, the offer is so flashy and distracting, its goal is too confuse you., they also stage it to look like Jessica Alba sponsors or it is part of her collection or something. all a scam., the worst part is you get your"free trial" but its not free, if you dont cancel, they charge you $90 for the free trial! so if you cancel in 14 days you get to keep this *** for free and if you dont cancel they charge you $90! I thought when I called them to cancel the auto ship that I would at least be receiving another jar for the $90 bucks they just scooped out of my bank account. When I never received more cream I called them back, today actually and the representative was very rude. she said the 90 dollars I paid was to cover the cost of the "TRIAL CREAM! " what...makes no sense! I could keep going but please DONT FALL FOR THIS thankfully I used my Discover card and they recognize this as a scam and our hopefully refunding my money back to my card. the woman I spoke with today told me that they had tt to my discover card and that Discover would not be refunding my money, again all lies!
