Bought trial sample of revita face cream want to stop receiving it. Keeps charging my credit card which I have NOT authorized.
Keep being charged and did not sign any contract.
No more being sent to me and no more charges.
Ordered a sample. Double checked terms. Two weeks later charged about $95. They said their website clearly states I will be charged. It doesn't
Ordered on Jan. 24. On Feb. 9 they charged by credit card $91.95 under name fitastresults. Contacted them. They refuse to acknowledge deceit or issue refund. Did not receive any items for additional charge.
I want a full refund. Additionally what I am not asking for is punitive damages caused by this. Had to shut down bank card and problems with other transactions
I had a bad experience with this co. They are sneaky and nasty when you call customer service. I wanted to try the free trial and just pay for shipping. I was on their site and clicked on a product to read more about it and it AUTOMATICALLY ORDERED IT AS AUTO SHIP AND IMMEDIATELY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. I was not given the opportunity to approve the purchase, it did not go into a shopping cart. I was shocked. When I received the products I called and they would not give me a refund. I felt I was tricked into buying the 3 products they shipped. Would never recommend dealing with this company.
Returns were never refunded. No contact info in packaging.
*** and *** one package each month from each purchase ID for approximately 1 year. Payments of approximately $100.00 for each purchase ID were auto deducted. No contact information was included in the packages so the company could be notified of desire to cancel. No refunds were ever credited to account.
I would like at least the most recent debit for both accounts fully refunded and all further shipments cancelled.
unauthorized use of my credit card!
I ordered what I was led to believe was a free sample from Bella Youth (face cream) and was charged for the cream.
I called the company and insisted that they never send me any of their products again and never use my credit card without my permission. They agreed on the phone!!
I just received a second delivery from this company and I need your help to get them to stop unauthorized use of my credit card and for a refund of my money!

Stop this company from sending me their products and stop charging credit card without my authorization. Never have this company contact me or send products to me. Refund for unauthorized charges to my credit card!
We do not sell Bella Youth. I think you have us confused with another company.
After my first trail I tried to cancel my order & get a refund. I have written to them & sent every package back with a note to stop sending them & refund my money. They stopped for a while but have started up again. I am now going to see if my bank cancel the automatic with drawal.
