Same story and they said nothing about ot being a trial or charging more. Paid the $4.95 for a sample as a gift. Now two days in a row they have tried to pull $108 out of my account. Thankfully, after being scammed over the winter I learned my lesson and now keep my card off until I intend to use it. Still I now have to get the bank to block them which is very hard to do unleas they have already robbed you. Do not purchase from these people.

The product does not work. They claim it was a trial offer but the there were no agreements visible.
I bought the product in April I don't have the date now. They claim the trial was over. Problem date May 13,2020. Product called youth Renew moisturizer and I received the eye cream. They agreed to pay me back only 1/3 of the price. They canceled future orders so I paid 100.00 dollars for the sample. I offered to return the product but because I tried it I couldn't return a trial product.? The product doesn't work and the advertising was fraudulent. I paid about 5.00 dollars to try the product. I also spoke to a supervisor.

Desired Outcome

Please have them pay me the total amount they changed me . Can this be done soon?

To whom it may concern,
After reviewing Ms. ***'s complaint, we want to apologize for any confusion she may have had when she placed her order. We offer a trial period for our products, where we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply for only the cost of shipping and handling for a trial period. Once the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product you received. Upon reviewing Ms. account, it looks like she purchased her Youth Renew product trial on 4/20/2020 - and once the trial period ended, Ms. card was billed the retail price of the products she received. Ms. called in on 5/12/2020 to inquire about the charges on her credit card. She was advised she was outside her trial period. Ms. told our representative she would file a Revdex.com complaint. She was offered a one -time discount of 35% and the customer accepted that refund of $109.26. Customer service is very important to us and we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. We are committed to providing our customers with the best service and apologize for any inconvenience. We hope this resolves Ms. concern.
Sincerely,
Customer support

Supposed to be charge of shipping only. $108.00 charge on my account. Tried 7 different phone #s, was either cut off or told it is not them.
I ordered what was advertised as a free sample of this item #YRN-1 (Youth Renew face cream) on 4-10-20 with a
shipping only charge. Order *** shipped 4- 11- 20. I now have a $108.00 charge pending on my bank account. I have called 7 different phone numbers for this company & have either been cut off every time before connection to customer service or told that it is not this company or not a good number.

Desired Outcome

Stop this and any further charges to my draft account.

I contacted them and after trying to get a full refund, they finally offered a 30% refund. This was after I said I had filed a complaint. They kept arguing that I did not cancel within the 30 days since purchase, but I argued that this was supposed to be a trial size, with a cost of shipping only. Told them I thought this was false advertising & a scam.

Unauthorized charges to bank account after ordering a sample with no notice that it must be returned.
I was sold two trial products and no where was there information that I needed to return the products if I did not want to be charged an additional fee. I ordered trial sizes of products called Revitalizing Anti-Aging Serum and Revitalizing Eye Serum and was charged $4.95 and $5.95 separately for them on 1/28/20. There was no information on returning it or continuing to receive it. On 2/9/20 there were two additional charges for $87.95 and $89.95 made to my bank account. I only received the first trial sample. When I called customer service they told me that I had agreed to the payments and that I had missed the cancellation deadline. This is not what I had agreed to nor was this in any information I received nor is it on their website. I have not received any additional product and the lady I spoke with on the phone laughed in response to my questioning about the charges. Their business practices are very deceptive and unprofessional.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking to be refunded the additional, unauthorized charges of $87.95 and $89.95 amounting to a total of $177.90.

To whom it may concern,
Unfortunately, we have searched through our records extensively using the information provided and were unable to locate any information of Ms. in our system. We have no record for a ***; she is not our customer and we unfortunately cannot refund her. We hope that the Revdex.com can direct this consumer complaint to the appropriate company so that Ms. can end this apparent subscription she has with that company. Ms. financial institution may be able to provide her with further information on the charges in order to find the company which charged her. We hope that this problem is quickly resolved for her.

Customer support

I requested a sample of skin cream, not knowing that the company would continue
to send more. I refused an order at the post office and am now billed
I ordered a sample of skin cream at a very nominal price. I was sent a second
order, in the amount of $98.97 and in addition, some lash serum which, if I agreed
to, was unaware of, in the amount of $93.79. I paid for these 2 items, and tried to contact the company at their 800 number, but waited on the line for over half an
hour 3 or 4 times. When the orders in question came, I refused them at the post
office and they were returned; reference #*** and #*** on account #***.
According to my credit card bill, these were sent on 11/24/19 and 11/30/19. My
credit card company said that I had to resolve the problem with the company and would not remove the charges from my bill. I called the company and they said
that I would have to pay for the items because I had not contacted them. I tried to
explain to them that I had tried to but they would not accept this as a reason.
I am 79 years old and paying for the order that I did keep meant that I went without things that I really needed. I am on an annuity and cannot afford to pay such large amounts for something that I do not want. I returned the order in
question, and would just like the company to credit my card.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to credit the card they charged these items to.

Dear Ms.,

We regret to see this complaint and would like to first apologize for your experience. We were able to locate an account for you. Our records indicate that you purchased our trial subscription on September 3, 2019 for the cost of shipping and handling. We do not offer a sample size, so after your trial period concluded, you were then charged for the products which were sent to you and added to our monthly subscription program per the terms and conditions that were agreed to when placing the order.
Upon reading of your discontentment, we have refunded your account for November 30 and November 24 charges. One refund was issued on January 16, 2020 in the amount of $93.79. The second refund has been issued as of March 10, 2020 in the amount of $98.87. We have done this as a courtesy despite a dispute being posted to your account, which in most cases prevents us from issuing refunds in order to protect the consumer from accidentally committing fraud when they receive a refund from both our company and their financial institution. Your total reimbursement is $192.66 and this will reflect back into the account which was debited in roughly 3 to 7 business days. We can affirm that her subscription with us has been cancelled. We sincerely apologize for your experience and hope this will resolve your complaint.

Regards,
Rush Remedy

Yes, I have received an email from them stating that they have sent a refund to my credit card.
I am more than happy with this outcome. Thank you again.

Revive SkincarePro aka Kuni refuses to accept a return in order to receive a refund. There is no policy stating that they do not accept returns.
I contacted Skin RevivePro (SRP) to try to resolve a bank charge they levied to my account that I disputed. My bank determined that the charge was legitimate and closed the case. I decided to call customer service today, at which time they told me that I ordered samples of Kuni serums ($4.95 shipping) and was charged for $89.95 after the 16 day trial period. I was very ill at the time and for the next two months, so the deadline slipped past me. They refused to work with me on this point. The agent informed me that my account had been "frozen" and I would not be receiving any more products, which was fine. The number I called was on www.skinrevivepro.com, the website address on the paperwork sent to me by the bank. I was confused because when I disputed the charge, there was zero evidence that it was for the Kuni products I received. I had no reason to call a company that I'd never heard of or dealt with. The evidence of the charge sent to me by my bank also made no mention of Kuni or its serums. The agent insisted that because I disputed the charge, I would not be able to return the merchandise. Because I continued to question this policy, she hung up on me. I decided to call the number for Kuni instead of SRP. I spoke to a second customer service agent and explained how I came to dispute the charge, that I would not have disputed it had I known it was for the Kuni products. I once again asked about returning the products because I don't care for them, but she categorically insisted that they do not take returns AT ALL. I asked her who the parent company is and she said, "Kuni". I explained again that the company referred to in all of the paperwork I had was from SRP, not Kuni. Then I asked her for a website I could go to in order to verify their return policy. She sent me to www.kunieyeserum.com. I could find no statements indicating that they do not accept returns. In fact, under Terms & Conditions, there is an address to send returns to: Kuni Eye Serum, Attn: Fulfillment Center, RMA # (initial Order #), 6200 NW 7th St #269038, Miami, FL, 33126. However, this information is not readily available on the website. You have to read through the Terms & Conditions to find it. Both agents deceived me and refused to discuss a remedy. For your information, there are two addresses provided for SRP on the website listed in my bank's evidence: KNDC Health Inc., 427 E 17th St Ste F-1011, Costa Mesa, CA, 92627; 844-581-0796. The other is Return Address: Skin Revive Pro, 14520 Delta Lane #105, Huntington Beach, CA 92647.

Clearly, these two entities are operating under some company umbrella, but this is not disclosed to the consumer. They advertise different products. Interestingly, when I clicked on "Cancel Order" on the Kuni site above, the page shuts down. I no longer think that the product I ordered (or the ones shown on the paperwork or the SRP website provided) are trustworthy or of the quality advertised. On one of the pages from my bank that is attached, you will see a completely different look and product than on the SRP website above. Numi is mentioned nowhere. And SRP is mentioned nowhere on the Numi site.

I also asked the second agent to verify the Order ID. She gave me a number that was different from that on the SRP paperwork. After a short discussion, she revealed that the Order ID on the paper was their code indicating that the account had been frozen. She, too, indicated that there was nothing they could do to help me because of that status. This is when I asked about returning the product, as explained above.

Bottom line is that I don't care for the products, have only used them twice. The serums are sticky and they aggravate my rosacea. They're useless to me.

Desired Outcome

Full refund in the amount of $94.90, which includes the cost of the samples and subsequent $89.95 charge.

I was sold a trial product and no where was there information that I needed to return the product if I did not want it.
I ordered a trial size of a product on line called Goddess Revive for $4.83 on 10/7/19. There was no information on returning it or continuing to receive it. On 12/2/19 there were 2 charges of $93.83 on my credit card bill. I only received the first trial sample. When I called they told me that I had agreed to pay for the first sample and additional product. This is not what I had agreed to nor was this in any information I received. On this same day I received another jar of there product which had been shipped to my previous address. I called and told them their business practice was deceptive.

Desired Outcome

I wish to have my money refunded except for the original $4.83

From a FB AD bought2 items $8 -recived- then billed $98 automatic-not received-Bank notified to remove.
I don't have the number of the transaction- its on the bank statement I can't get to while on this site-EAST-West Bank Houston- I was automatically billed $98+ on unordered items- Bank was notified- new card to be sent. The billing is under another name-Bank is contesting it for me.

Desired Outcome

REPORTING THIS AS UNORDERED ITEM - THIS COMPANY IS AUTOMATICALLY BILLING ME FOR. yOU NEED TO KNOW THIS- NO CONTRACT WAS SIGNED.

ORDERED FROM THIS SITE https://www.facebook.com/goddessallure/ Don't know if you have connection -or this person set-up their own account- YES MY BANK REFUNED THE FULL AMOUNT.

I was under the impression that I had placed an order for a "TRIAL"product only. NOT aware of ongoing charges until bank stmt rcvd. Can't get refund
An online beauty product advertisement stating Dr. Phil's wife as the developer of this facial moisturizer caught my attention. The offer was *free trial-pay shipping onlyNO mention of ongoing subscription and monthly charges and nothing noting
ongoing monthly charges on the page. I had NO knowledge until I received my bank statement. I did not recognize the charge so I thought my account was hacked. I closed my bank card and the bank gave me a temporary credit, but then my bank researched my complaint and found that I did make the charge and removed the credit from my account. When I called the company for my refund they told me I didn't handle this situation "right" so they won't be able to give me a refund. I admit I got very upset as the customer service agent accused me of trying to get a double refund (one from them and one from the bank) I told her I could fax her the letter I received from my bank stating they removed the temporary credit from my account-then she hung up on me.
I called back and talked with a different customer service person. But she told me they cannot give me a refund- I had to do a three way call to my bank - but she didn't want to stay on the phone while I tried to call the bank to ask them to dial into this three way call because I don't have the ability to do this. Before she hung up I did tell her I felt this whole setup is a shady scam. I am out $98.71 I have the shipment detail paper but it does not have any company name or address just a single phone number of which the customer service won't refund my money.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund - no further contact from this company and absolutely NO future shipment- a complete cancellation

I have received a full refund thanks to the efforts of Revdex.com. On October 9, 2019 a credit of $98.71 had been created back to my bank account.

I very much appreciate your help

This company engages in deceptive practices.
I ordered a trial size of Reviv Ultime product. It was NOT made clear that the trial I paid for would automatically opt me in to a monthly delivery of the product. When the product arrives, there are no return instructions and no pricing is listed on the packing slip. The company says it has a 14-day cancellation period, but that is in no way made clear to the consumer through the process. When you try to call and cancel the orders, they try several times to sell you more product instead of cancelling as per your request. This company is very deceptive to consumers.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of money taken from my account without my permission or knowledge.

Received refund. Thank you.

Company offered free trial for $4.95 shipping, then out of the blue charged $98.87 two weeks later.
Scam company. Company offer free trial for product with just $4.95 shipping. Was sent small 1 oz and charged $4.95 on 9/4/2019. All ok.
Then exactly 2 weeks later on 9/18/2019, I was charged $98.87 from the same company. When I called and stated I had an unauthorized charge, the first assoc hung up on me after she took my name and zip code. (Tina - agt 093) When I called back (Shanna agt 999) told me that was their terms and conditions which I explained that these terms were never disclosed, anywhere. Then first offered me a 30% refund, then a 50%, then a 75%. I said no, I did not agree to any terms like these and would never pay $98 for 1oz of any product and would report to Revdex.com, FTC, and to Amazon to protect others.

Desired Outcome

Looking for a refund. It would also be nice if this company was forced to at least give full disclosure before processing this very expensive free product sample.

Not paid as specified. On phone conversation on 9/18/19 with agt 999 - Shanna, I was to have a full refund. Although the Revdex.com response states Mr ***' total refund from us was the $98.87, there was only a refund for $74.15, or 75%. There is still a $24.72 balance.
As a last note, I would suggest the company disclose and have the customer sign off on these terms, conditions, subscription, etc. because I had none. The 30 day supply was billed on the 15th day, not even 30. Nor was there any new product.

Revive Skincare Response • Oct 08, 2019

We appreciate the feedback Mr.. Our records indicate that you accepted a partial refund which is why this has already been deposited back into your account. As previously stated, the remainder of your refund was issued on September 26th. This will debit to your account shortly if it has not already done so.

Sincerely,

I have never heard of this company nor do I ever remember even signing up for anything from these people. They took 98.87 from my checking acct
I was scanning my bank statement one afternoon and noticed a debit for 98.87. I looked to see what is was, this company and this product I have never even heard of. I read a lot of the complaints here and they all sound familiar except I don't recall even ordering a small amount or sample or anything. I fully intend to get on the horn and get this matter taken care of. This amount could not have come out of my checking at a worse time, I got screwed! This *** needs to stop, the people are banking on fraudulent orders and unauthorized debit into accounts.

Desired Outcome

They need to deposit back into my account what they took out without my authorization. If I was to do something remotely close to this to someone's checking account, they would throw my *** in jail. These people are banking on this fraudulent practice and getting away with it! By the time something is done, I'm sure they will have taken enough of everyone's money to be satisfied.

0On May 6,2019 I used my debit card and purchased Reviv moisturizer and advanced lifting cream. The order form never stated to cancel after 14 days. This is what customer service told me on the phone. When I called to ask why they charged my credit card. I asked for a refund. They told me to return the unused product! My question to them. How do to return a trial item w/o trying it first?I'm seeking a REFUND for an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE! The supervisor states I don't cancel w/I 14days. This information was misleading and not upfront..

This company offered me an order of face cream, no strings attached (or so I was led to believe) for $4.95 on April 25, 2019.
Order number:***. The email said it would show up as "Miracle HX-S" on my statement. No further communcication and then they billed me $98.87 on May 13. The only reason I knew it was them was because the name matched the 4/25 name PROSUPSONDRELIFS (Fullerton, CA). I called the number on the 4/25 email 877-238-1580 and they told me I signed up for a 14 day trial which I did not. Then tried to offer me a 60% discount. I told them I had ordered nothing but the $4.95 cream. They proceeded to try to get me to "stay on" for a 30% discount, then a 60%. I told them I wanted this cancelled and a full refund issued. That they illegally charged me because nothing had stated this was an introductory trial of anything. Today, I see that I have a cancellation email and another stating that they are refunding me $34.60. This is absurd!

Desired Outcome

The full refund of $98.87 that they charged my debit card for a product I DID NOT ORDER.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Although I do not like that they lied and said I was satisfied with the partial refund, because if the call was indeed recorded, you will find I was livid and not at all happy after partial refund but that is all they would do. I am glad they did what they should and refunded everything because nothing I accepted stated it was a trial of anything and that is their scam. It's sad that it took me contacting the Revdex.com for a resolution and even more irritating that it took 4 months for this resolution.

I ordered what I thought was a sample of the moisturizer and eye cream. I paid $4.95 shipping and handling for each. Today I noticed two charges on my account for over $90 each. I immediately called the company. They said the terms and conditions outline this is a 14 day trial and if not cancelled you are charged the full price of the products. I personally never saw anything that said trial or that you would have to call and cancel to avoid any future charges. I have cancelled anything future with them. I was very persistent and spoke to a supervisor. Thirty minutes of being on the phone and I have a full refund confirmation for the eye cream and a 35% refund for the moisturizer. I can't complain but so much about that; the moisturizer has worked well for me. I like the product, but I would never pay such a high price for it. The company does not handle their "sales" well, but with persistence you can get a refund. Also an expensive reminder to always read the terms and conditions carefully, research before you buy, and if it seems too good to be true it probably is.

I am being hounded by this company. They are literally ghosts online. They are demanding money from me that I believed to be resolved months ago.
I do not have a ton of information because I handled this issue through my amazing credit card company. I'm kicking myself for being sucked into purchasing a trial product...I guess that's what happens when you get sucked into a Facebook ad late at night when you're tired from a long day of raising children and just want to feel pretty.

As soon as I received it I went to cancel it. But, there's no website. I didn't even receive a confirmation email. Nothing. I googled the company name and I couldn't find anything. Since I know how easy it is to set up a website...It confirmed for me what a scam company this is with their substandard product.
The following is the only information I have. I know they have my phone number because they have started incessantly calling me. I didn't pick up because I don't know anyone in Cincinnati...and they never left a message so I figured it was telemarking. Finally tonight I picked up to tell them to stop!

I canceled the product through my credit card company.
It showed up on my credit card statement as VIVOEYEDERM $6.95 Monday Nov 12, 2018, purchased on Sat Nov 10, 2018
Another one showed up as RETROAGETODAY8774 Sat Nov 10, 2018, purchased on Friday Nov 9th 2018

Then I get slammed with an $89.95 from RETROAGETODAY Made on Dec 12 and posted Dec 13th, 2018. I call my credit card company. They call this company and I confirm I'm canceling my subscription. My $89.95 is refunded. Everything is buttoned up and I move on with my life. I count the original $14 that I've lost as a lesson learned.

Then I receive a call that they've decided I'm in breech of contract and I owe them $89ish. They haven't sent a statement in the mail. No emails. Just annoying calls to get me to give them my credit card number again. I never received an additional product shipment from this company other than the original trial product. Which as soon as I opened it and touched it I realized was complete garbage and a waste of money....even at $14....let alone $89.

Desired Outcome

It would be great if you left me alone, deleted all my information from you database and we can go our own separate ways.

I was charged $89.97 for a product I did not order and the customer service said that I ordered a sample and then they charged me after I got the sample for a new one, and I never received anything. They refuse to help me and refuse to give me a refund for a product I never received or ordered. Very rude people.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) $89.97
