Revive Skincare Reviews (%countItem)

I haven't received my refund from REVIVE as promised to me. I'm trying to collect.
I purchased a trial offer of $4.95 from REVIVE Skincare for their 'Hydrofirm Cream'. While ordering on the phone, never once was I informed that this order was going to be automatically sent to me each month and my charge card was being used (against my permission) to pay for this monthly subscription. I ordered this product on March 7th, 2018 (Order #XXXXXE3021) I noticed a few weeks later that my Charge Card was charged again by REVIVE for $119.95 this time. Upon calling this companies customer service, I was told that I was receiving a monthly supply of the cream. I HAD NOT USED THE TRIAL SIZE YET!!!!! AND, I did not receive the monthly order yet. I LOST IT ON THE PHONE!!! Being 70 yrs young, I only ordered this cream on a whim... I told the customer rep. that this whole thing sounds like a scam to me.
So, the customer rep I spoke with, Joseph, said I could get a full refund of $119.95 returned to my credit card if I mailed back my 'UNUSED' trial size. He also gave me a 'RMA Code' for free return shipping. AND, he said he would cancel my order and no other shipments would arrive to my home. I returned the goods on March 28th, 2018 and I have never received my refund to this day.
I have called them several times and the phone is constantly busy. If you could possibly reach out to them for me, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you kindly for your help

Desired Outcome

Just a refund of $119.95 that they took from me on my charge card.

I too ordered this anti aging cream for a shipping charge $4.95. This company ended up charging my credit card a charge of $119.00 twice before I could get the thing cancelled. After two months of trying to get this cream shipped back, they ended up refunding $119. but I was still stuck with a $119 charge that was not refunded. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Advertised free trial of facial cream for S&H chg. Was charged on Credit Card for total of $239.87 for products not received or wanted. refund wanted
My 88 year old mom was taken in by and ad for free anti-aging facial cream and eye serum with S&H charge only. She ordered on 4/10/18 and received the sample and paid the S&H on the April credit card statement. Then on the following May statement, listed on 4/24/18 there were charges of $119.95 and $119.92 on her credit card. No additional products were received, nor were any wanted or ordered. when I tried to find a contact number or address for the company there was none to be found. I also, tried the phone number from the Revdex.com site and it was unable to be put through. I feel we were scammed by this company and want to get the charges credited back to us on the credit card. My mom is 88 years old and naively believed this product was free! taking advantage of the elderly is evil, especially since they can not afford this kind of predatory abuse. My mom and dad cannot afford this! Please, let us know what you can do for them. Thank You. *** for *** and

Desired Outcome

we want the money charged on the credit card account refunded in full.

We will accept the response given as long as we do receive the complete refund. As we have not received the next credit card statement, as of today's date, our complete satisfaction will depend on the truth of the total amount being refunded.

I want a refund on the relive product I was over charged for. And an agreement that I won't be charged for any more products on my credit card.
On 4-12-18 I ordered the hydrofirm cream that was free with only a $4.95 shipping fee. Before I could get to the next screen to agree to this, it automatically signed me up for the free eye serum and also charged me $4.95 for shipping. There was no way to cancel the eye serum, it just showed up on the invoice. My order came a few weeks later. A week or so after that I noticed an unauthorized charge on my bank statement. It was for $119.00. I called REVIVE and said I did not authorize this transaction and they said I did, it was stated in the fine print. So after a lot of arguing and tears, they agreed to cancel my subscription and refund me $$59.00. I could have the full refund if I sent back the product along with the number on the mailing strip that I no longer had, but it would take 4-6 wks for a full refund. Well I needed some money back into my account so I agreed that half would be better than nothing. They said since I was so unhappy they would send me 3 "free" jars of cream that was over a $500 value. I never got the cream. What I really want is the rest of my money back, $60.00, and a promise they will NOT take anymore money out of my bank account. I am so sad that these bad and dishonest people now have my credit card number. I am telling everyone about this company and I hope they will NOT take advantage of anymore people! Thanks for your time. Please help me with a refund as I am retired and on a fixed income. And, yes, they do take advantage of seniors! Sad, because we are the ones' with very limited funds. Sincerely

Desired Outcome

I want my $60.00 back and don't want anymore money taken out of my bank account.

I finally received my refund plus shipping fees. Thanks for helping out with this matter.

billed for 2 unordered products
4/9/18:ordered a "free" trial of anti-aging facial creme. It was received w/a "free" trial of anti-aging eye serum. On 4/23/18 while I was updating my checking account, I noticed two charges, one for 119.92 Plus POS fee of 3.35 and one for 119.95 plus POS fee of 3.35. I called the company, ReVive at 833-667-0555 to get my money back, no deal. That's when I found out that if the acct. wasn't cancelled within 12 days you would be billed for these charges, and continue to be billed on a monthly basis every month until the account was cancelled. I cancelled the account right away, today, 4/25/18.

There may be two sets of Terms & Conditions because when I went to the site, before I called them, I read the terms and conditions. I didn't see anything about billing and payments and account cancellation within 12 days.

Desired Outcome

I doubt that I will receive a refund, but others should be able to look this company up on the Revdex.com site and be warned before doing business with them

Company uses confusing auto-enroll shipment process. Company refuses refunds on returned, unused product.
I signed up for a free trial size of skin product on 1/27/2018 for the cost of $9.90 in shipping only. I was then charged $240 on 2/9/2018 for the free trial. I wasn't aware of these charges until the next shipment of products REV001 and REVXXXXX were received on 3/17/2018 and additional charges equaling $240 were applied to my credit card on 3/10/2018. I called Revive Skincare on 3/19/2018 to get instructions on returning this shipment. I agreed to keep the first set because I had been using the product but the second shipment was unopened. The order ID was *** with shipment ID XXXXXXXX. Customer Service stated I could return the product for a refund but providing a return code. The return code provided to me was: EF04BXXXXXXX. This was returned to Revive through USPS with tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I had received a text confirmation from the United States Postal Service that the shipment was received at your Denver, CO facility on 3/27/2018. I called Customer Service again on 4/23/2018 because it seemed the refund should have been received by then. The agent referred me to the email address [email protected], which she stated processes refunds. I received a response from that email address today (4/26/2018) at 9:00am stating the following:
"Unfortunately, our payment processor is currently not allowing us to refund the transaction. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and are pleased to offer you 3 additional jars of revive skin, valued at over $300 dollars absolutely free".

Desired Outcome

I want a refund to be issued to myself and all of the other customers who share the same claim as per the website skinproductsreviews.com. I also want the company to make their auto-enrollment process be advertised more clearly. I want the company to cease operating this scam.

No upfront information about the true terms of the offer
I seen an advertisement for this face cream called revive. The webpage that I was looking at offered a free trial of the cream. There was no indication on the web page that stated I would be charged anything else after I received by trial offer. Especially no indication of being charged $120 every month per product that I got. They would offer you a facial cream trial offer and then once you're almost completed with paying for shipping of that product they offered you a eye serum product as well. After contacting them after I noticed the two $119 charges, does CSR stated that that information was not on the first web page. That you had to go all the way down to the bottom and click on a separate link to get to see that information. I feel as if they are just taking advantage of people. There should have been more detail about the true facts of the offer.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of the $119 that they charged my account twice and the refund for a $0.96 charge that they charge my account twice.

I ordered a Free Trail skin cream with them asking only for shipping charges of $4.95. They have since charged my credit card two more times 119.95 @
on 2-20-18 I ordered a Free Sample of Facial Cream promising exceptional results for the low cost of $4.95 shipping only. They charged my credit card a Foreign Transaction Fee for that purchase of .14 cents. I have since been charged two more times in the amount of $119.95 each with each posting another Foreign Transaction Fee of $3.59. I never authorized anything except the Free Trial offer. My credit card was charged on 3/5 and 4/5 so it looks like they are posting each month under two separate transactions totaling $246.90 to date. I would like all transactions with this company halted and would request a refund to date of $246.90 from them.

Desired Outcome

I would like any future transactions halted and would request a refund to date of $246.90 plus the first Foreign Transaction Fee of .14 cents. Obviously this company operated outside of the US although the Fulfillment Center address on the package is 11551 East 46th Ave Suite C Denver CO 80239

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
There is false information in their response. I was instructed to return all of the product and to use the RMA number on the box before a refund would be considered. While a refund was posted to my credit card I was not sent a $100 gift of any kind.

Overcharged for product
Product was advertised as costing $4.95. I received confirmation email upon ordering, stating that I would be charged $4.95. I was then charged $119.95 on my credit card. I emailed the company about the discrepancy and got no response.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have $115.00 credited back to my credit card in the form of a refund.

Thank you for all your help! I finally got my refund today. Much appreciated!!

Company leads you to believe you're paying a small fee for a product only to then charge you full price later by signing you up for future shipments.
They tell you you are getting free samples for only the shipping of $4.95 for the facial cream and $4.95 for the Eye serum (2/1/18). They send you the products and then on (2/17/18) they charged my credit card for $119.95 for the facial cream and $119.92 for the eye serum additional. This company is dishonest to say the least. Worst of all they pray on seniors because who else needs or buys wrinkle cream.

Desired Outcome

Refund. If they want their product back they can have it.

Feb. 12, 2018, I called Revive Skincare and suppose to be speaking to an alleged supervisor. I told him about the product breaking me out and I did not want the product also that my trial period does not start until the product reaches the consumer, not when it leaves your warehouse. He told me because I open the product and they do not take open products back, he could give me 50% of the $119.95 they had already taken out of my account before the expiration of the trial period. I told him that was not acceptable and I demand my full purchase price of $119.95 since the product broke out my skin.
Product_Or_Service: Hydrofirm Cream
Order_Number: XXXXX

Desired Outcome

Refund I desire a full refund of $119.95 and where to since back their product or discard it.
