All were done as POS. Last year I did order a free trial of a weight loss tablet. I cancelled immediately but continued to be billed. Then I started getting the other debits on my account with different company names.

Poor product, services, sales, and misleading practices. NO contact information to cancel or return unwanted and ordered products.
I ordered a "trial product" on July 5. There was absolutely NO order, contact, or return information in the package. I also never received any type of communication such as an email about the order. When I finally located a number and called them, I was told it was to bad and would be charged $99.98 because I contacted them 16 days after my original purchase rather than 15 days after purchase! I asked about returning the product and once again I was told to bad. I believe that they make it difficult to locate them to basically steal money from customers. In order to make it difficult to locate them they ship the product under one name and bill under another name.

Authorized payment-S&H-2 products, requested copy of receipt and info from Phoenix, AZ address. Billed for "subscription"-$200.77-CA/address
Authorized S&H-Youth Renew 2 products (Phoenix, AZ address, tele# 1-875-0144) Mastercard debited 5/14 for $200.77 (Oceanmist Shoppe, CA address) for "subscription". Did not receive any additional info regarding any additional Terms&Conditions when requested receipt sent-just receipt. Reported fraudulent activity to Mastercard-they said not actually "fraudulent" because I authorized the S&H-suggested I contact the merchant. Contacted merchant-billed under Oceanmist shoppe 833-732-0403-requested refund. I contacted both tele#'s-2nd tele# (Oceanmist)-I told them I wanted a refund, received no notification of "subscription" and they said they would refund me 75%(because I had kept the samples)-within 7-10 days. When I authorized the S&H charges, I only received a receipt for those charges, no other information-I would like a FULL refund as I did not authorize any further charges. Thank you

I was charged $98 and then one week later $107 for protone youth skin cream I did not ask for this and I did not receive a product

This is a fraud. Don't buy. You don't get what your paying for. I was fool thinking I would receive a mask for my face. I'm about to call my bank and cancel my credit card. I hear they will bill me $91.00 next for this fraud product.

This bogus company repeatedly charged my credit card without my authorization. There is no real person at any I did not order this or authorize charge
HUndreds of dollars have been charged for subscriptions I supposedly signed up for. I tried to contact the company for credit, but there is no real person. I sent an email that said "
I did not order this, I never ordered this, I've never received this, and you are charging my card over and over. I don't know if I need to file a police report, but I need these charges reversed immediately. You have no real contact information, I cancelled my bogus subscription, who do I talk to about reversing the charges before I contact the attorney general?" I may have to file a fraud complaint after this, no one is making any effort to correct it. Who ARE these people?

MAGNUM PUMP HAD A FREE TRIAL OF THEIR PRODUCT FOR 4.95 .
I PAID THE 4.95 FOR THE FREE TRIAL.THEY SENT TWO BOTTLES WITH NO GIMMIKS.AFTER ABOUT A WEEK THEY DEBITED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT (ILLEGALLY) FOR TWO AMOUNTS.ONE FOR 98.79 AND AGAIN FOR 94.79.WHEN I CALLED THEM TO TELL THEM,THAT I DID NOT AGREE TO THAT AND I WANTED REIMBURSED,THEY HUNG UP ON ME THE FIRST CALL AND SIMPLY REFUSED ON THE SECOND CALL.THEY SAID I HAD AGREED TO THAT,BUT I DID NOT.I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY,TRANSFERRED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.I DID NOT CHECK ANY BOX.I SIMPLY GAVE MY ADDRESS AND DEBIT CARD NUMBER TO THEM.

I did not order any of their products and was billed closed close to $200! I am not sure how they got my information but I did not even know I had gotten billed by them until my credit card notified me. I am blind and do not order things via online so again not sure how they got my information. It is really sad they they take advantage of so many people.

This company advertised a product for 6.99 for a sample trial, then tried to bill me 44.99 for the product. When I called they said I paid shipping

overcharges for a junk product and also slams you with charges for

Derme skin cream. I have had to change my debit card twice now for them trying to take money that I did not agree for them to take.

They charged unauthorized amounts ($94.99)to my USAA credit card for products that were not ordered.
On 7/17/18 they charged $94.99 to my USAA credit card. It shows: Pro Tone Youth Skin Cream on my statement. I have also disputed this charge and one other charge of $98.79 from www.allradiantpro.com to USAA. I called their phone number: 877-223-8783 CA and they offered to refund me for 1/3 of the charge. They also show a phone number: 800-470-7497 CA.

SuavPele Ageless Face Moisturizer is billed as BRIGHTR*OxcinaTimeles on credit card statement. It offers a trial then generates future charges without approval from the consumer. Specifically, I agreed to pay the shipping charge of $5.95 on Jun 9, 2018 to try the SuavPel product. Then noticed an addtional $89.99 charge on my credit card that posted on Jun 23, 2018 that was not authorized. When I tried calling the business, they refused to issue a refund and I never even received any additional product; nor authorized this charge. The representative hung up the phone on me. When I called back and asked to speak with a manager, the person refused. I explained the situation on how I did not approve any future purchases as I just started using the product. Then I was told that I agreed to these terms when I paid the $5.95. That is not true, I was only interested in trying a new product and thought this was repetable company doing business. My hope is to get my money back and warn others who may fall victim to this so called "trial" product.

on 06/25.2019 I was charged for a sample face cream after receiving the free sample for which I paid the postage. No where does it say that this will happen and what the products cost. I offered to return for credit and was told no as it was open. So how can a product be tested if not opened.

This company is not trustworthy. I ordered one product and they sent me three, charging for all. I did not know that because I was ordering just one time they would ship and CHARGE me for monthly products, otherwise I would not have made the initial purchase. I canceled the product one month then received another product the next month. When calling again to complain that I had received the next month shipment I was asked again if I wanted the product at a 50% discount and again told them I did not and that I should not need to pay for the current months product I was told that I did not cancel this particular product that I probably canceled another and that I would not receive a refund. Please do not buy from this company as I feel it is a scam!

Purchase online and signed up for a massive occurring charges without my knowledge. Total scam.
Refund for facial products

Radiant Revive/New Age Skin was obviously structured from the onset to practice fraudulent procedures. They are ABSOLUTELY A SCAM COMPANY.
I ordered the eye cream and to their convenience included the skin cream. They obviously start the 14 day trial the minute you place the order because they deduct the costs from your account on the fourteenth day when you might not have had the product no more than 7/8 days. It comes in a box with no pertinent info on it or in it except for a bogus shipping slip. 1 item was $88.47 and the other $89.95 along with s/h. When I called in to complain that I didn't authorize the skin cream they told me that it was a duo order. Their cust. svc. dept. is rude. When I asked to speak with a supvr., I was left oh hold for over 20 min.
After they realized that I obviously had more time than I have money, the supervisor came on the line and after we went back and forth for a while, he finally offered me a 35% refund even though I stressed that I had only ordered the eye cream.
I called my credit card folks to assist me in the matter only to find out that they (Radiant Re) had setup future "automatic withdrawals" from my account totaling $178.42 a month. I had to close that account to prevent any more bogus deductions. I should have known that they were a fraudulent company when I initially tried to make my s/h payment with a "pay pal" card and they informed me that they only took credit and debit cards which gives them the leeway to go back into your account w/o your permission.
When these people sat this company up I am sure that part of their "business plan" was to open under several business names, out of different cities but peddling the same product. So please take this warning, if you value your money --- stay away from this slimmy, grimmy company. They are intentionally HORRIBLE.

This is a SCAM. DO NOT deal with this company. They are not transparent in the way they do business. Customer Service no helpful at all and when trying to cancel, they were pushing me, offering me rebates and sales to grand them my authorization to charge my CC in a monthly basis....They are out to get you and your hard earned money.

I also gave them my credit card for a sample DUMB DUMB they kept taking it out and took me abt 6 months to get it stopped had to finally close down my acct and get new one they put in a credit and just turned around and took dif admout out BIG SCAM

I returned the products. But was told I only had 15 days to return, I did not return within the 15 days allowed.
I paid almost $400.00 for the products on my Discover card prior to receiving the products. The advertisement said this is the product by Kelly Rippa on the TV show. I thought it must be a good product & a valid company if it is her facial & eye cream. I tried the moisturizing cream & it irritated my skin. I called & canceled but was told the 2second set of products was already mailed out. So, I returned all 4 (2 eye creams & 2 facial creams) products. One of the boxes I did not even open. I returned the products to Lux Allure, P.O. Box 35530, St. Petersburg, FL. 33705 which was the address on the boxes. The receipt in the box I opened did not have the charges, any reference number, nothing to refer to. (I had no idea how much they were charging me until I looked it up on my Discover card.) I called my post office in Cn Rapids, MN. and they said the packages would have gone to post office Midtown Post Office at XXXX - XXth *** St. Petersburg, FL. 33705, phone# XXX-XXX-XXXX.I emailed Lux Allure a letter, copy of the receipt for the postage I purchased to return the products. Then after my Discover card Dispute Dept. got involved, they are saying they never received the returned products. Now they are not responding, will not return my money to my Discover card and will not return the products I returned so at least I could give them to my sisters to try. I am now out almost $400.00, and I do not make a lot of money so I would have canceled after receiving the first set but there was no charges on the receipt. I have now learned not to trust so much and be more proactive when ordering anything. Lesson learned. Can you please help me to either get my money back or the products? They are being deceitful, they had to have received at least one box as I put 'Return to Sender'. This is a lot of money to me. Please help me and make it so they cannot do this to anyone else. This company is the biggest scam since FLYING PIGS.I GAVE them 1mo.to close my account, guess what !! they continue to take my hard earned money. I was given a part ial refund. I will contact the Ohio Attorney General. Please do not fall for this SCAM.
