resolved.Kia satisfied their obligation to us. However, I resent their opinion that I am very happy about it. They never answered my original questions of how the sales price was calculated. They originally offered a settlement that was almost half the agreed upon recourse. If this happened to us, how many others has it happened to, and did not realize that it happened.
Financially, this has been settled. From an ethical standpoint, it leaves a lot to be desired.

This case has not been successfully resolved due to the fact that there are several aspects to this case that are not forth right and honest.  Before entering any agreement with revolution Kia I was enphatic about the point that I would not pay any type of overage on the 2012 Optima , I brought a witness with me[redacted], to ensure there would be no problem. I n dealing with the company and mielage issue, upon entering Kia and meeting our sales rep. we informed him that we have several offers from other companies, precluding any type of overage on the 2012 optima. Inphaticaly we informed him that under no circumstance we would signa contract that included the mielage overage. Throught our negotiations we consistantly informed them that we would not agree to pay for the mielage, the sales rep consistantly reaasured us that we would not have to pay the overage from the old contract.During the negotiations the sales rep informed the [redacted] of our stipulation concerning obtaining a new lease with there company. The sales rep assured a\us that the mangaer agreed to this stipulation. A contract was then devised. I and [redacted] both read the contract, the contract did not state that we had to pay the overage. [redacted] pointed out to the sales rep that there was no written assesment regarding the mielage. The sales rep answered that this was a new contract and therefore I was exonerated from the Old conract and thereby not being necsessary to put a clause in the new contract. Therfore we signed the contract and beleived the information the sales rep told us regarding the mielage and the contract. Further we also beleived that they were a reputable company and they would stand by the new contract they made with us.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Several weeks went by where I was unaware of there still being an issue of any type regarding Kia accept for the car payments I agreed to make. However, customer service contacted me in regards to the mielage and I informed them that Kia had agreed to forgo the issue with the mielage. At that point in time customer service requested that I call Kia to send them the payoff check.  I went down in person to Revolution Kia and informed them of what was requested by customer service. They told me taht by monday this would be all taken care of and that there would be no issue, hence I assumed that all was well.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Never the less, customer service called us stating that Kia was not going to pay the overage, I again called Kia and was told by the [redacted], [redacted] to ignore the call, and my father was told the same thing by [redacted]. At this juncture [redacted] called [redacted] and informed him of all the above information. and [redacted] informed her that he had it in writing that I stated that I would pay for the overage. [redacted] stated that she read the new contract and there was no such statement on there. [redacted] stated to [redacted] that some kind of fraudulant behavior was being done to me. [redacted] advised [redacted] that a statement had to be put in after we read and signed the contract or they had misinformed us regarding the sale of this new lease. And that [redacted] would attest to this fact. He continuously replied that he had my signature and that I would pay. [redacted] informed him that this was fraudulant by omission and misrepresentation of which him and the sales rep were a party too.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               After that [redacted] called the [redacted], restated the above and was told to give him until Monday to resolve this issue with his [redacted]. [redacted] waited a week or more to recall [redacted] the [redacted] to find out the resolution regarding this problem. [redacted] was informed that he was told by the ** that nothing would be done for me. [redacted] informed [redacted] that I would try to fight this in court.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        There are several witnesses that can attest to the fact that Kia was involved in this information, omission and mis representation.        Respectfully,        [redacted]

I explained that I am a repeat customer, having just purchased an auto-starter from this business despite the current and ongoing issue, and that their offer was not adequate to eliminate the over $4,000 bill I incurred due to their previous unscrupulous practices. Sid expressed his sympathy and concerned and assured me he would continue to inquire within his business for a solution to this erroneous charge. To date, I have not heard back from Sid with a new resolution.

Tried to contact [redacted]. left a message. He has not returned our call.

This issue has been settled with Mr. Stallone.

We spoke to [redacted] and offered him $1000 to help with his over mileage issue. We have attached to documents that he signed stating that we did not make any promises and we do not owe him anything. We do apologize for any communication on our part that may have been misinterpreted by [redacted]. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and if [redacted] changes his mind our offer is still on the table. The dealership is never responsible for over mileage on an off lease vehicle. This is always the responsibility of the consumer. Again we do apologies and will try to help in any way we can. This is the second vehicle [redacted] purchased from us and we always do whatever we can to keep our customers happy.

We have contacted [redacted] and have addressed all of her questions and concerns. She is currently scheduled to come back into the dealership and next week for her remote start and one of our Kia trained Advisors will do a full walk around of her vehicle to show her all of the features and their...

operations. We have also agreed to provide her a loaner vehicle while her car is here.
