RevyveSkin Advanced Ageless Cream Reviews (%countItem)

In Feb 2019 I signed up for a free trial offer. I though the information did not get processed as there was a glitch in the computer while I was doing it. Four days later a guy in customers service called me and said there was an issue processing the order. It was a very long and confusing conversation with the company. I looked on my credit card statement and informed the guy the I was charged twice for $7.85 on Feb 22/19. I told him that all this confusion has made me question the company and I do want anything. I did receive the order but concluded that I canceled so was under the impression I was done dealing with the company and do to the long confusing conversation I last had with customer service, I did not want to deal with them again.
Three months passed and I was reviewing my credit card statements to find the company has now billed the following Mar 12 $135.53+ $ 124.98; Apr 14 & 16 $143.39+$132.83; May 16&23 $143.39 + $132.83. I called the company's website customer service number on May 23 to find out why. The guy I talked to could not find my account and he said for some reason they have these issues within different divisions. He said I need to call the number on the bottle that I received. So I called the customer service on the bottle, they claim there is no records of me ever contacting the company nor canceling my account. They claim it was in the Terms and conditions that I was going to be billed for the original product and automatically signed up to get this every month. When I was doing the promo it much have been very hidden in the terms but now the promo shows the details even the cost. I find it very *** that originally promo hidden this information in the details as If it would it would have looked as it does now I would never have even tried it as this is to much money for me to spend on skin product. I also would have not purchased any more product as I did not feel it works as they claimed it did in the ad. I also am upset that the company is claiming they never contacted me as I have no idea how there process worked by human error is valid-ed. The phone conversation I had with them today was very upsetting, every person I talked to claims they cannot give a full refund but every time the amount they were giving would increase. They also are claiming I have received more product from them, which I have not. If I did receive more product then I would have been dealing with this sooner. The final amount was just over half of the $812.95 they had charged. When I said that I want that refund but was still going to report them as they were not doing as I wished, they hung up the phone on me. ***. *** I also feel it was clear the original ad was deceitful which is why they would more open with the terms on the ads to follow.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of all charges make to my credit card by this company. I will also return the product which I received on the trial order.

Our company strives to provide high quality products and exceptional service. We take complaints very seriously and have reviewed this customer's account in detail. We strive for 100% satisfaction with our customers; therefore we have gone ahead and issued refunds for the transactions in question to ensure customer satisfaction.

However, there were a few inaccuracies in the complaint that we'd like to address.

Customer contacted us on 05/24/2019 in regards to cancelling her account, which customer was assisted with, she also requested to be refunded in full , to which she was advised that as per the Terms and Conditions that she agreed to when purchasing the product she can be assisted with a partial refund , to which customer stated that she would only accept this offer from a supervisor, the supervisor was unable to take the call at that time , but the customer was advised that she would receive a call back ASAP by the supervisor, when the call- back was made there was no answer from the customer, several other call backs were made to date the customer has not answered.

Also the claim that the customer was never made aware of the monthly subscription is completely false. The terms of the trial offer are clearly displayed in several places on the website and must be agreed to in order to place the order. In addition, a link to the terms is included in the confirmation email sent to each customer.

***. We suggest that this customer reads what she is signing up for when a product advertises as a trial. All trial offers must have, and agreed to, a specific trial time period.

We apologize for any inconvenience and hope this matter is now resolved, since we were sensitive to the customers needs and the customer has been refunded for the transactions in question. Sincerely, Revyve Customer Support.

I have been trying up 6 times to contact this said company to get the correct return address and postal code. When I tried to return package the post office did not recognize the postal code on package.
Product_Or_Service: Revyve Resiience Skin Care

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I want to return package for a complete credit to my credit card and no further charges made to my account.

I viewed their offer online via *** which stated a trial offer to TRY two of their products. The skin cream showing for $6.95 and the eye cream for $4.95 in February of 2019. I received my credit card statement for March and Revyce charged me $137.93 for the skin cream and $127.19 for the eye cream. I called my credit card company (***) whim called the Revyve telephone number provided with me in the line. We spoke with *** whom was very *** and rude, and well versed to handle the complaint of my card being charged- as if it's something she does all day, *** She informed me that the initial charges were for shipping which was $7.99 to my credit card- which isn't the amount given right from the beginning. She then informed me that if I hadn't called them to cancel within 14 days, I was automatically enrolled in a monthly shipment program so my card was charged AGAIN in April. She did however provide me with a RMA number for the product shipped in April which I have yet to receive.
The terms and conditions were very unclear and hidden because in no way was I under the impression I was signing up for anything. My understanding was that I could try their products for a low cost. Unfortunately there is no log in site to control any account I have with them or account number. *** found my account by asking my name and postal code . When I asked to speak to a manager, she said they weren't available and I also asked for a return call from a manager, which I was told wasn't an option. I then asked when I could call back to speak to a manger and she said she didn't know.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund for charges made to my credit card on March 13 and 14 of $137.93 and $127.19

Thank you SO MUCH for your help.
The company paid back my credit card. I am just amazed how they managed to get away with those *** practices!!

Thanks again!

Good evening dear Revyve supervisor,

My mother's bank account was debited for products she never requested from you. She is a 85 years old lady and she hasn't purposely ordered any product from you except for one free face cream sample. She provided her bank debit card number to pay for the sample delivery but never agreed to monthly debits from that account nor requested monthly beauty products deliveries. She received about 3 or 4 of those packages in all.

She however was debited a total of 1018.64$ (see details below).

As I started to request refunds, I realised that the four companies that appeared on her bank account as debitors (***/***/ ***) were in fact all the same company. As a matter of fact, the standard replies I received from two of them were sent by *** from the revyve.***.com and both invited me to contact customer services by phone:

I am insisting today on requesting a complete refund for my mother that needs her hardly earned money saved as a security for old age. We just cancelled her bank card for obvious reasons but your refund should go through as her account is still active.

I was told she would get a 120$ refund after I *** to *** on February 16 about the *** 288.70$ total expense (ticket #XXXXXXXX). No refund was found in her account as we speak, 9 days after I spoke to ***. My only other attempt was February 23 about the *** 540.64$ total debit. *** kept repeating that since I had gotten a 120$ refund she could do nothing about all further claims. She finally recommended I get in touch with a supervisor.

Since the debits appeared as though there were 4 different companies, I do not consider that 120$ as a final settlement for a total of 1018.64$. Please consider that my 85 years old mother, already awkward with internet and on-line banking, never consented to order monthly deliveries. As she did absolutely no monitoring of that bank account whatsoever, she only discovered those monthly payments when I offered to have a look into her banking affairs.

Could you please keep her and also me updated on our refund request

For reference, her email address is ***@***.ca
I can't find traces of any transaction with you in her email box.

Customer Response • Apr 07, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
It was my fault for not reading the terms. I thought if I tried it. That was the end of it but not so I heard. However the name advertised was Aura Revive not what I have been receiving and yesterday I received Aura Revive again. Other two times it was called Revyve skin. I thought it was a Canadian company and everything is coming from the US with shipping & conversion costs. I heard from the company and they are supposed to send me $60 X 2 and 21 March $49.68 Canadian to my ***. I said I was satisfied and they are to cancel any more orders. I will put this experience behind me and forget about it. I learned my lession not to answer any free products.

This company utilizes *** to produce false advertising and to re-direct customer to an order site that has nothing to do with their website. I was given this website and no information pops up except for their phone number and email https://www.***.com. The order was conducted through some third party link on *** with no information regarding product pricing or terms and conditions listed. They are using some form of redirection that is not their actual website. I was fooled by the $7 trial offer not because I failed to read the disclosure but because there was none. I order online all of the time and I have ordered subscriptions before. Nowhere did it state any of this information when ordering through the *** link. I thought that this was a one time trial offer to try these products. I ordered the revive eye cream and the face cream. Two week s later I was charged $128 and $135 for each product. There was no trial pricing and regular pricing listed when I ordered. If this is a subscription (and this information was not stated by the company either), then why are customers not notified of the regular price of the product...at least that much. ***! ***! The charges were conducted by two separate and different companies under the names of ***XXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXX, QC and ***XXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXX, QC . The second number was the only one that could be reached. *** displayed a number that is not in existence. I wanted to make sure that these charges would be cancelled. ***. The advertisements, the *** link and the billing. ***! I will no longer buy into any promotional offers online because of this. It is a shame because there are some honest companies out there that I have purchased from in the past. This type of trickery and dishonesty has now deterred me from buying online.

Desired Outcome

The honourable solution would be for this company to give me a refund due to false advertisement, no disclaimer via *** and a webpage that gave no information https://www.***.com ***. They have acted in a dishonest manner from the beginning and I don't think that I would be getting a refund given their conduct. ***. I hope that I can get my money back ***?! Such a shame and as a consumer I am now discouraged to shop online.

I signed up for a free trial on January 23, 2019. I agreed to only pay shipping of $7.30. I received two products and was charged shipping twice. Next I was charged $125.94 on Feb 6 and $116.13 on Feb 8 and and this all for a free trial! Extremely customer deceiving practises and I would like to receive a refund for the two products in the amount of $242.07.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $242.07

I ordered a free trail and all I had to pay was shipping . Next thing you know I am billed for almost 90.00 . There was no fine print whereas I had to call and cancel some trial time period or I will be charged . So at the moment I'm trying to get my money back .

Desired Outcome

A refund

Product ordered with reference of being free, only to pay shipping and handling of $6.95 which was taken from my acct twice. Later in the month my acct showed $82.95 deducted from my checking. I attempted to get a refund and to no avail the sales person kept repeating himself and refused to have me talk to a manager. ***. I am very upset to know that false advertisement can do this and I can't get my money back.

Desired Outcome

Refund my money back

I had ordered a sample of the ageless eye serum and the advanced ageless cream using a friends credit card for the shipping and handling, that was all handled fine. The next month or so I received a box with more cream & serum that I did not order and it was billed to my friend's credit card for $89.95 & $82.95, without approval from the card holder or myself. I have not been able to find a phone number for Revyve skin to call then myself, so I am contacting you for help. Thank you

Desired Outcome

A refund of unauthorized charges

On 10-27-2018 I responded to an advertisement I received on my phone regarding a free trial of Revyve Skin Advanced Ageless Cream for shipping cost only. Two weeks later my bank called regarding fraudulent charges. I immediately called Revyve Skin to cancel my account, of which they did. I am now getting calls that I owe 89.90 for my trial. This is false advertising as far as I am concerned. I was also sent two trial products instead of one. This company should not be able to use people's cell phones to be taken advantage of. Please help me with this situation. I take pride in my credit and do not believe that these kinds of companies should be able to pray upon consumers. I look forward to hearing from you and want to thank you in advance.

Desired Outcome

I want them to drop the charges

My mother, ***, a senior citizen, believed she was only ordering a single product, but ended up receiving monthly shipments. Her vision is very bad. She has 24-hour care. Her home health care workers are overextended and were unable to handle this. We cancelled her service in July of 2018. However, she still has three shipments which we wanted to return and for which we'd like to be refunded. However, customer service unequivocally denied all such claims and *** said she must have very good vision and must have read all the information at the bottom of the form. My mother denies doing this via the internet (she's not very adept at working on-line). These products are expensive and she doesn't want them. When I said that I would report them to the Revdex.com for elder abuse she hung up on me.

Desired Outcome

We would like a full refund on the three shipments we have that are unopened.

In August (2018) I ordered 2 products from revyve. Revyve skin trial Canada and revyve eye trial Canada. They were free sample products from what I could discern butI had to pay $7.78 each for shipping. My order number was confirmed #XXXXXXX and the product arrived. And then I received 2 more of the same product some time in Sept or Oct (not sure exactly as I was out of the country) and I was billed $131.66 by a company called *** (not Revyve) on Oct 2. The products came separately with a packing slip in each envelope describing the product, eye cream and skin cream, but there is no bill/or invoice accompanying the product showing how much each product costs. Incidentally, I also have a charge for $142.12 Canadian on Sept 30, from an entity called ***, which I discovered is out of Italy. I don't know what they are charging me for as I have not received anything from them. I have lodged a complaint against them also. I am frustrated with the automatic "subscription" that I am now obliged to attempt to cancel. The website does not make it very clear, or the disclaimer is in writing so small, that it is virtually impossible to read. This company doesn't feel very integrus.

Desired Outcome

I would like my subscription cancelled which I will attempt to do when they open for business in the morning, but more importantly, the company needs to have full disclosure To inform the consumer that by ordering the trial creams, we are consenting to a subscription. Also I'm not sure which website I ordered the trial creams off of, as I did not receive any email confirmation about my order. And finally, they are not forthcoming at all with a telephone number, and I cannot find any website with the name *** for contact info.

Our company strives to provide high quality products and exceptional service. We take complaints very seriously and have reviewed this customer's account in detail. We strive for 100% satisfaction with our customers; therefore we have gone ahead and issued the refunds in question to ensure customer satisfaction.

However, there were a few inaccuracies in the complaint that we'd like to address.

Customer contacted us on 10/26/2018, in regards to advise that she did not want to receive any further shipment and to cancel the account, The account was cancelled as requested. Customer was again advised of the Terms and Conditions, customer stated that she was aware of this and understood. However after having the account cancelled , the customer filed a Revdex.com complaint.

The terms of the trial offer are clearly displayed in several places on the website and must be agreed to in order to place the order. In addition, a link to the terms is included in the confirmation emails sent to each customer.

*** We suggest that this customer reads what she is signing up for when a product advertises as a trial. All trial offers must have, and agreed to, a specific trial time period.

There have been several attempts to contact the customer in regards to advising that she was refunded, however with each call we are unable to speak to customer, as she has never answered, and her mailbox is full.Customer was subsequently sent a email advising of the refund.

We apologize for any inconvenience and hope this matter is now resolved, since we were sensitive to the customers' needs and the customer has been refunded for the transactions in question. Sincerely, Revyve Customer Support.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
First I would like to acknowledge that the company in question has shown some integrity in that they responded to my complaint (thank you), and I will await the refunds in question that the company says it has issued. If in two credit card statements I do not see the stated refunds, I will once again pursue a complaint, both to the company directly via phone, and to the Revdex.com as a follow up.

I still maintain that the company continues to be elusive and not transparent ~ from the initial lure of a "trial offer" and its tiny caveate writing, to shipping their product (with no other contact information except a slip with my name and address on it), to the amounts they charge for their product. The charges that I received on my VISA statement were from two different companies (not Revyve), one for the eye cream which incidentally begs the question, how is a small tube of eye cream worth $133.66? And another separate charge from a different entity (again, not Revyve), for the face cream for $142.12.

The most frustrating part is that there was no easy way to find a phone number to cancel the automatic subscription that was obviously in the very small print which I missed. It was the credit card agent who assisted me in finding the company phone number ***

They also never sent me an email confirming or cancelling my subscription like they say they did, because I have to assume that they copied my email down incorrectly. It happens from time to time, so I will give them the benefit on this matter, but will ask that someone go back to my initial subscription sign up, and carefully look at the email I have submitted. I would appreciate an email confirming my subscription cancellation, although I do see that my email seems correct in their response to the Revdex.com regarding my complaint.

Thank you Revdex.com for acting in such a timely manner and thank you Revyve customer support for also responding in a timely manner. I now see your phone number clearly on the response document, which is a positive sign.

On or about August 19, 2018, I saw online internet an advertisement indicating that celebrity TV host *** was endorsing a skin care product and company. I ordered the offered product to pay only shipping charges. I did not see any indication of a 14 day trial period and requirement to call in or cancel within that time. I have since been charged on my credit card $402.53. I have been offered only $193.83 refund if I return any unused product at my expense. I have cancelled my credit card with my bank. I fear what this organization will do with other personal information they have on file.

Desired Outcome

A full refund of all charges upon return of the product. Destruction of all personal information that I have provided to them. Written acknowledgement that they have not provided this personal information to any other organization. Acknowleging that there advertising on the internet is false.

We strive for 100% satisfaction with our customers; therefore we have gone ahead and issued the refunds for the transactions in question to ensure customer satisfaction.

However, there were a few inaccuracies in the complaint that we'd like to address.
Customer contacted us on 09/10/2018 in regards to cancelling her account and sending back her One (1) time purchase items, so that she could receive a full refund, therefore the customer was issued Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA Number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) and partial refunds issued , she was advised that the remainder of the refunds would be issued when the products were delivered.

Customer called in again on 09/12/2018 advising that she wished to send back the products received on the trial so that she could be refunded in full for those as well, Customer was issued with a second RMA number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and advised that the full refund would be issued once the products were returned. There has been no further contact to us by the customer.

Also, the claim that the customer was never made aware of the monthly subscription is completely false. The terms of the trial offer are clearly displayed in several places on the website and must be agreed to in order to place the order. In addition, a link to the terms is included in the confirmation emails sent to each customer.

The customer stated that she needs confirmation that we have destroyed all her personal information, all personal information for the customer was destroyed and deleted from the system once the full refunds were issued to the customer, we have never , nor would we ever provide the customers personal information to another organisation. Email confirmation sent to the customer as well advising of this.

We have thousands of very satisfied customers. We suggest that this customer reads what she is signing up for when a product advertises as a trial. All trial offers must have, and agreed to, a specific trial time period.

We apologize for any inconvenience and hope this matter is now resolved, since we were sensitive to the customers' needs and the customer has been refunded for the transactions in question, without her having to return any of the products. Sincerely, Revyve Customer Support.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not agree with the response from the this company. I do acknowledge that three telephone conversations were made. I do agree that partial refunds were offered on return of some products. I challenge the statement that the web site involved in the original order "clearly" states the terms. It does not "clearly" state any such thing. If it exists, it is well hidden in fine print. The original advertising for these products indicated that celebrity television host *** was endorsing the products and that she was also a part of the Company. This has since been shown to be an outright ***. Miss *** has publicly refuted their statements and has instituted an investigation to stop the use of her name in relation to this organization. I have received, since the involvement of The Revdex.com, been given a full refund of the charges made to my Credit Card. It should be noted that the only way a consumer can ensure a stoppage of charges is to cancel the Credit Card involved. The Credit Card issuer will not dispute the charges made once you have given the number. Thank you to The Revdex.com for your instigation of a refund. Please use my case to publicly warn others of this company's *** advertising and deceptive practises.

We strive to provide high quality products and exceptional service to all our customers. This customer has already been refunded in full to ensure satisfaction despite the fact that she was not due any refund based on the terms and conditions agreed to when placing the order.

Most of the claims in this complaint are entirely false and other facts were left out of it which explains our actions taken. Firstly, there are several places on our website where the terms of the trial offer are clearly listed and must be agreed to in order to place an order. In addition, a confirmation email is sent to all our customers. In the terms, we show the monthly subscription and all charges associated with the trial offer.

We refute the claim that we have EVER used celebrity television host *** in any of our advertisements to say that she was endorsing Our products and that she was also a part of Our Company. We are unclear as to where the customer got this information.

Since this customer has been refunded in full, we consider this complaint resolved and closed.

I, like a lot of people it appears, ordered the Revyve Skin Advanced Ageless Cream Trial product from this company for $7.95 on May 12, 2018. At the time of ordering the invoice showed an additional charge of $85.75 which was shown on the confirmation email received. I immediately called the company, told them I did not want the product and asked them to cancel everything immediately. They confirmed cancellation on the phone and said a confirmation email would be sent. Unfortunately, I did not receive written confirmation of the cancellation until June 21, 2018.

On May 31st there was a charge processed on my credit card for $135.53. I called the company and was told I had not cancelled within the 14 day time period. I said I had called the day I had placed the order but they said the date on the confirmation email was June 21, 2108 and well past the 14 days. It did not matter that I called them by phone on the same date and cancelled everything. They offered me a refund of $50.00 which I refused at the time because it was less than half of the amount charged. I then had my credit card company follow up to see if they could get a full refund. They did but with no success and told me that there are so many complaints against this company and the best thing for me to do was to accept the $50.00 refund offered. It would do me no good to pursue this any further but it really irks me that companies can get away with this. I have advised the company I will accept the offered refund of $50.00. As of yet have had no response and do not know what to expect. Needless to say I will not be ordering any products at all on line,
Even though I checked pretty closely I missed the 14 day trial statement that was hidden in the small print but the fact remains that I did contact them personally and asked that everything be cancelled. Their out was that the cancellation email was dated long after the expiry of the 14 day trial period. Live and learn I guess...cannot trust anyone these days.

Desired Outcome

Did not want to but will accept the $50.00 refund if they proffer it. Time will see if they even do this.

Customer contacted us on 06/20/2018 in regards to querying the charges where the Terms and Conditions was explained to her again in full which she understood and agreed to again and requested that the account be cancelled. The customer did not request any refund from the agreed to charge whilst speaking to the Customer Service Representative.
The customer called in again on 08/16/2018 this time requesting a refund, the customer was offered a partial refund which was accepted by the customer , refund was then issued.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I have received a full refund on my credit card from the company. As to the inaccuracies, that could be argued but what would be the point My comment would be that on May 12th when I called the company the very first time, I told them to cancel EVERYTHING. In my interpretation that includes the free trial terms, any further products or any further charges to me.

I'm just glad the matter is settled.

I responded to an online free trial for two products (only shipping and handling fee of $6.95/item). I entered my Credit Card information and placed my order for the free products. When I received my order, 3 other items were included. I checked my Credit Card and saw that I had been billed and additional $130+. I called the phone # on the website and was told that I had ordered it by the service person - it definitely sounded like a telemarketer with all the call centre background noise. When I insisted that I hadn't ordered additional products he backed down and gave me a return authorization Ref #, and the return address. I mailed back the product, at my cost of $18, through Canada Post. That was on June 22/18. It is now July 24/18, and the package is still sitting in Missasauga, and has never been picked up/delivered. What kind of service is that, not to pick up your mail?? I cancelled my account on July 13, via email. I called the company again, after that, but was told they didn't know anything more about my return than what is available on Canada Post tracking - ***!! So quick to charge my Credit Card with fraudulent orders, but not to refund returns. This is definitely a buyer beware company - I will never order anything from them again, or recommend them to anyone!!

Desired Outcome

I want to be refunded the full $131.99, for product I didn't order, and $18.02 for the return shipping. I also want to be refunded for the two charges of $39.95, from July 13/18.

On May 17/18 I authorized 2 shipping charges of $7.85 each for 2 free samples of skin cream to be sent to me. On May 31 my card was charged $135.53 and I received another 2 products without my authorization. On June 2 I was charged $124.98 ad on June 30 I was charged $132.83 and $143.39 but did not received further product. These transactions were not authorized by me. I will contact my bank and have them re-issue my credit card. There is no contact number given by this company.

Desired Outcome

Refund for a total amount of $536.73 which is the total of the 4 unauthorized charges on my card ($135.53, $124.98, $132.83, $143.39)

The customer called in to us at Customer Support on 07/09/2018 stating that she was using the product as intended, she was seeing results but not as swiftly as she would like.

The customer was again instructed on the proper usage of the product , and was advised that she should continue using the product as advised as the damage to her skin did not occur overnight , so therefore the results would not be instantaneous as expected. The customer stated that she understood and would continue as instructed, The customer at no time during the call stated that she was requesting a refund, however the customer filed a Revdex.com complaint 2 days later in regards to a refund.

In March I ordered, on line, from the above company for a wrinkle reducing product and a product which promised to eradicate the under eye bags. They were offered "Free", and I believed that it must be a time proven product to make that offer.

It made an offer to offer a follow up order, but I thought I made it clear that I would reorder the product if it was satisfactory. I found it difficult to get out of that phase in ordering?

I received the original order and found it was not beneficial and decided not to reorder it. However, a follow up order was sent and I believe my wife opened the package as well as the next one. Last week I noticed a new one and I called my credit card Co.
to enquire if the charges were shown on my account. They reported that I had a total of $531. plus postage fees for that company. When I called them I asked for an immediate cancellation and confirmation.

Over the last few days I have called Revyve and asked them for their warehouse address. They asked me why I was calling and refused to give me the address nor would they allow me to talk to anyone else. I was very civil with them and did not raise my voice as their recording will attest.

VISA has notified me that it would be virtually impossible to collect from a company like this and would take approx. 3 months to go through all of the steps.

They are in North York, Ont. and their various "customer service" numbers are X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and use various names, Revyve, *** and ***.......... something! One of their email addresses was revyve.mojohelpdesk.com.

Desired Outcome

I am officially putting a complaint against this Company for unfair business practices and I question their product. When I looked at the small print ingredients, I noticed that the prime ingredient was water.
