Our company strives to provide high quality products and exceptional service. We take complaints very seriously and have reviewed this customer's account in detail. We strive for 100% satisfaction with our customers, therefore we had gone ahead and issued refunds for all the transactions in question to ensure customer satisfaction.

However, the claim that the customer was never made aware of the monthly subscription is completely false. The terms of the trial offer are clearly displayed in several places on the website and must be agreed to in order to place the order. In addition, a link to the terms is included in the confirmation email sent to each customer.

Customer initially emailed in to us to have the account cancelled and requested to return the items for a refund , customer was responded to via email advising that there was no reason to return the items and that he would be assisted with a refund .Customer's account was refunded as requested in email ,Follow-up was also done to the customer to verify that the refund was issued, and to provide the customer with the transaction ID number to provide to the bank however customer then went ahead and filed a Revdex.com complaint .
Customer has since been contacted via telephone and advised of the refunds and the transaction ID# verifying said refunds, customer expressed gratitude for refund and stated that he was satisfied.

We are certainly not "dishonest "as we have thousands of very satisfied customers. We suggest that this customer reads what he is signing up for when a product advertises as a trial. All trial offers must have, and agreed to, a specific trial time period.

We apologize for any inconvenience and hope this matter is now resolved, since the customer has been refunded for the transactions in question. Sincerely, Revyve Customer Support.

Once again, our company has gone above and beyond to resolve the situation by refunding the customer for all the authorized transactions even though they were not due a refund per the terms and conditions.

And once again, we must defend our business practices when false statements are made. Firstly, signatures from both parties are absolutely not required to authorize an online transaction. We provide all the required disclosures and even send out an additional reminder of the terms and conditions in the email.

Secondly, any transaction from our company would have no affect whatsoever on the customer's credit score or any Mastercard fees. If the customer chose not to pay their credit card bill due to these charges which affected their credit score, that has nothing to do with our company.

Lastly, the claim that it has taken "months trying to unravel this mess" is ***. The customer sent an email to customer support which she was immediately replied to informing her the monthly subscription was cancelled and to call customer service to help handle any refund requests. The customer never contacted us again and instead went to file the Revdex.com complaint. At that point, we proactively refunded the customer and called the customer to inform them of the resolution. So we're not sure how months of time were spent on this since the customer literally reached out to us one time through an email.

We pride ourselves on ensuring full customer satisfaction and have done everything within our power to remedy this situation. At this point, we consider the consumer complaint resolved and closed.

I was one of the *** that didn't read the fine print about signing up for a free sample not realizing it automatically opted you in for a recurring shipment at full price. There is no phone number on the companies website to cancel this. And I have received NO responses from anyone at the company regarding emails I have sent asking to have this recurring shipment canceled. I have emailed numerous times and have received ANOTHER charge and shipment despite my emails asking to cancel my subscription and indicating that they do NOT have authorization to charge my credit card. I would like a refund for the latest shipment and would like them to discontinue charging me as I am not interested in their product. The latest Order # is XXXXXXXX, Order Date 4/17/18, Ref. Number XXXXXX, Customer # , CustPO# XXXXXX. I am happy to return the shipment I just received.

Desired Outcome

I would at the very least like to get a response from the company confirming cancelation of my monthly order and I would like a refund for the latest shipment as they failed to respond to my multiple inquiries to cancel this order. I will happily send their crappy product back.

However, there were a few inaccuracies in the complaint that we'd like to address.

Customer contacted us via email in regards to cancelling her account. This was cancelled as requested, cancellation email sent as well as refund issued. Several call backs were made to the customer by the supervisor to advise of this, however each call goes unanswered as customer refuses to answer. Therefore the customer was advised via email that this was cancelled and refunded.

Also the claim that the customer was never made aware of the monthly subscription is completely false. The terms of the trial offer are clearly displayed in several places on the website and must be agreed to in order to place the order. In addition, a link to the terms is included in the confirmation emails sent to each customer.

Got a trial item for 6.95 and then they sent me an order for 96.90 which I had not ordered. I returned the order unopened.I do not
want any more product sent to me. I do want a refund of 96.90 returned on my credit card.

Customer states that she returned her unopened package to us, however the customer did not call in to us here at Customer Support to be provided the correct return method nor the Return Merchandise Authorization number that is required when returning products. Had the customer called in to Customer Support she would have been instructed on the proper procedure to send back the unused packages as per our Terms and Conditions. Customer's account has however been refunded as requested. Follow-up was also done to the customer to verify that the refund was issued, and to provide the customer with the transaction ID number to verify the refund , however since having been refunded , customer has also filed a charge back with her bank as well.

I ordered a trial bottle of Creme Moisturizer. It was advertised as a trial for which I was to be charged $6.95, but wait, add on the eye creme for $4.95. I received a confirmation email that the $4.95 one shipped 2017-03-07, then on 2017-04-16 I received this email:

Nowhere did I agree to pay this (or for the other "free trial" sent to me. I have collected screen shots from around the web indicating that the there are no obvious conditions. I did look for them before ordering. TERMS are hidden in the same link that normal terms and conditions for website use are placed. This is a deliberate and misleading attempt to conceal their business model and practices.

No indication anywhere that there are additional charges ANYWHERE, nor in the follow up emails.
I called to cancel my subscription after receiving an emailing indicating a charge. I wanted to make sure they hadn't shipped anything else. They were *** refused to listen and did hang up on me. I had requested to speak with a supervisor, which they initially refused to do. Then I was put through to "***" (refused to give me his last name) who simply parroted the same response - in essence "it's your problem". Except it should not be. I have since found numerous reports indicating that others have experienced the same thing - including customer service hanging up on them. But in not case was the TERMS clear. I also have noticed that they simply rebrand the product, make a new website and continue to *** people.
After running a search of Greater Health Pus Limited, I get the runaround to determine ownership, or even who shipped the product to me, making it difficult to make a case of false advertising and to get my money back.
I am hoping for assistance in getting my money back, but also in stopping them for continuing to do this in the future to others. Those terms should be made clear. They are obviously running a scam and should not be allowed to continue.

I purchased this product through an ad in a magazine,it said the first purchase was free if I ordered right away, that was Jan 04/18. I ordered the Hydroboost Cream & put it on my ***. I received the Parcel on Jan 24/18. I received the Hydroboost & Eyecream -I did not order the eye cream. After checking my Credit Card Statement I noticed they charged $7.95 & $7.95 for these & another $1.99 for Skin Repair which I never received. I called them March 13/18 when I got another box from them with the same thing & a charge of $135.53 for HydroBoost Cream & $124.98 for Eye Cream.I have now put out $278.20 on my *** for things I did not order & should not have been charged for. The person I spoke with said they do not do refunds *** I told them to cancel this account & that ***.

Customer contacted us on 03/13/2018, in regards to cancelling her account, this was done as requested and the customer was issued her refund, however the customer went ahead after being refunded and filed a Revdex.com complaint.

I wanted a refund & they have issued that

I ordered this product as a trial and the add didn't not state that a time frame that the product was to be cancelled . I was reviewing my credit card statement and saw charge of 89.95 and contact the company immediately. They stated that the trail was for 14 days or there would be a recurring charged for the product monthly. I asked for a refund and to ship the unused product back and they stated the was not an option . This company's advertisement is *** misleading .

There has not and will never be any further charges to this customer's account.

There have been several attempts to contact the customer in regards to advising that she was refunded, however with each call we are unable to speak to customer, as she has never answered.
