I purchased their product that came with a day trial+days for shipping and handling, bringing the total to days before billingThis is stated on their website and I took a screen shot of it for proofI made the purchase on May and was subsequently billed on June I was billed on day 15, and they refused to give me my money back per the trial agreementI have been offered 30% refund, a 50% refund, and multiple call escalations with no return responseI am in the middle of disputing these charges with my bank for purposes of fraud based upon their fraudulent advertising

Purchased what was supposed to be a "trial sample" of products from this business to which I received "a full monthly supply" of said product and was billed $I DID NOT order a full monthly supply as what I ordered was to be a "TRIAL SAMPLE" and I would like my money back in full
