We have spoken to the customer they told us:"This item was not as described and is much cheaper looking than expected and didn't even include JellyfishPlease process this as FULL refund asap." The full transcript is attachedThe refund policy is stated on our website and is: "Jellyfish Art will accept returns and exchanges within days of purchaseOnly unused tanks can be returned for a refundA 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned items.Return shipping is not included.Live jellyfish are final sale."We provided all return instructions to customerI wish we could priovide a return shipping label, but since there was no damage to the item, we have to follow our partners return policyThe customer has to send back at their cost, and there is a 15% restocking feeI am very sorry the customer doesn't like the item, but it is as describedHere is the description:"It comes equipped with remote-controlled, color-changing LEDsYou’ll also receive an essential starter kit with everything you need to maintain the aquarium, along with a six-month supply of jellyfish foodThe tank measures by by inches and has a capacity of gallons." The jellyfish were not in the original shipment as they are live animalsOur website indicated, "Live jellyfish will ship once your dry tank is set upPlease see the instructions in your dry tank box to redeem your jellyfish."The customer has sent back the tank and we will refund them, less the restocking fee, once the item has been confirmed as received by our partnerHere is the return tracking number, [redacted] ( [redacted] )

The customers claim is unfortunately not substantiated by the third party authentication Organization was not in possession of the bag and not able to provide through analysis with given documentation Our supplier verified that all their merchandise is authentic and will not be
authorizing a return since it is outside of the return time frame They have sold many bags and this has never been an issue with usAdditionally, they have gone on to explain that customers who bring about "authenticity" issues after having the bag for so long, are often trying to scam the system by filing charge backsSince the charge back was denied with the credit card company, the case should have been resolved there.We have made attempts to advocate for our customer despite the aforementioned circumstances Unfortunately a return cannot be authorized and refund cannot be issued at this time

Thank you for the feedbackWe appreciate feedback as it helps us continually improve our Perks Partnerships and product offerings. We spoke to *** *** ***, our partner for this trip, and they confirmed each winery visited was for the allotted timeFrom their website
they state, ***"Tours include several tastings at each vineyard and live music for a duration of four hours." They stopped at the first winery for an hour, the second for an hour, and the thirdfor hoursThey mentioned Saturdays are crowded, but the wineries have enough staff for everyone to taste wines in the allotted time*** *** *** did say the buses left minutes late, however they sate in their confirmation email and website."Bus will return at approximately 6:pm.""**While *** *** *** makes every endeavor to adhere to a schedule, *** *** *** is not responsible for delays or cancellations. No refunds or credits will be made for schedule delays or cancellationsAll carluggage must be stowed safely in the overhead or under carriage compartments." - Confirmation Email AttachedWhile the buses did leave late, customer still got hours at the winery, and the return time is approximate Lastly, *** *** *** said there was live music at of the 3 wineriesThey said the live music is the wineries responsiblyHowever since we did say there would be live music at all three wineries, we have issued a $refundThe refund confirmation is attached. Again we are very sorry for any inconvenienceWe do our best to work with partners who can fulfill the experience they promiseWhile we understand the bus left late, and there wasn’t music, the member still attended the event in full, and *** *** *** required full payment for all attendeesThe $refund is completely given by UrbanDaddy and the most we can offer at this timeCheers, UrbanDaddy
