Richard Catena Auto Wholesalers, Inc. Reviews (51)

Review: I was in the market for a new vehicle and found Richard Catena Auto Wholesalers on line. I fully explained a credit issue due to a divorce and was assured they could obtain financing for me. I live 2 hours from the dealership and explained that I needed to make sure I could obtain financing before I drove 2 hrs to complete the deal. I went back and forth with the sales woman for 2 days straight providing everything they wanted along with a healthy down payment of more than half of the financed vehicle. After all was said and done, the dealership assured me they secured financing and wanted to know when I was coming up. I told the sales lady I would be there on Saturday.

I went to make the purchase and drove 2 hrs to Tederboro, met with the sales woman and made the deal. In good faith I signed the contract, provided my down payment of $10,000 and financed the remaining balance. After changing my insurance to the vehicle, I drove away a new car owner. I drove the vehicle all week and received a call from the dealership. They advised I needed additional paperwork and I proceeded to get the papers as requested. The dealership was aware it could take a bit due to the papers coming from the court system and it was out of my control. I was told they understood it was out of my control and it would be no problem. I didn't think it would be an issue considering I even spoke to the finance company. They also advised they understood and I had till the 22nd of that month and it was only Oct 1. The dealer then began to harass me via phone calls and e mails to return the car when we had a contract, blaming the finance company. They then threatened to repo the vehicle when we had a contract and I had done everything asked. I then drove 2 hrs and paid the remaining balance 9 days before the temp registration expired on 10/19. I was promised the new registration before the expiration. Today is 10/30 and I have no registration or title for a vehicle I own???Desired Settlement: I want my tags, the NJ registration and license plates. I want the title to the vehicle I own out right. I want all materials owed sent to my home address via Fed Ex as promised by the manager [redacted] at the dealership. I want this kept as a permanent record to show the business practices of this establishment. Having a customer sign a contract which includes a secured loan when the loan was not secured is extremely bad business. I want the dealership to agree to pay any and all motorvehicle summons I receive while driving the vehicle without the proper tags and documentation I'm owed. I want a status phone call on when the tags and paperwork will be sent as I was promised a return phone call that was never received. I want a refund in the amount of $144.00 which I paid for a Document Delivery Fee since the documents are as of today 11 days late and I'm driving with expired temporary tags.

Response:

Mr. [redacted] was aware of what paperwork he needed when he picked up the vehicle. We waited three weeks for him to send the proper documentation with no success. Mr. [redacted] decided to pay for the vehicle with a certified bank check. Upon receipt of payment we began processing his motor vehicle paperwork. He has the plates and the registration in his possession. The title is currently at NJ Car and we should receive it on Thursday November 6th. As soon as we receive the title we will overnight it to him. Please notify us when you have received this paperwork. If you have any questions, you can contact [redacted] at ###-###-####.

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: The business very dishonest when they told me that I was approved for a loan. I specifically asked because I live 2 hours away. I drove 2 hrs, signed the binding contract that gave terms, put insurance on the vehicle and drove off the lot thinking I had asecured loan. The business didn't have an issue accepting my $10,000 bank check due to the contract stating there was to be no refunds. I was then told I needed additional paperwork about 5 days after having the vehicle already. In good faith I immediately requested the paperwork needed from the court system. I contact the finance company, CPS, and the dealership were notified. Both knew I had no control over the situation. Unfortunately, Ihad a bankruptcy due to divorce which was fully explained the entire step of the way during this process in attempt to avoid a situation like this. I was harassed constantly by the dealership, receiving numerous phone calls and e-mails about, “where is the paperwork?" At first It was just bothersome then it was aggressive on the part of the dealership. They,[redacted], called me and ordered me to return the vehicle and even threatened to repossess it from my residence with a tow truck. This is very upsetting when I have done everything I could have and it was just a waiting game. The paperwork was promised by the courts and I was waiting just like the dealership. If they could not wait then why accept my $10,000 dollars and sign a binding contract with terms. The business had an obligation to obtain the paperwork in a timely manner. The vehicle was paid in full on 10/11/14 and the temporary tagswere good till 10/19/14. I was promised by the manager, [redacted], over the phone,“The tags were not a problem, because there was still a whole week. I will get them before expiration and the title about a week afterward!” I didn't receive the tags and registration until Monday 11/3/14, (15) days late. As of Today, 11/14/14, I still do not have a title for a vehicle I own. As of the last Revdex.com response the dealership stated it was suppose to get the title on or about 11/6/14 and ship it to my house. That has not happen and no one fromthe dealership has attempted to contact me. We are now around 8 days past the second timeline to get the title. I paid a document delivery fee $144 and would like an explanationof this exorbitant fee? I also would like to know exactly how much it cost to ship the registration to my residence. I have priced out over night shipping for the(15 day) late registration and it is not $144. I didn’t get what I paid for when I got the registration 15 days late. $144 is a large blanket to cover shipping when you pay taxes, tags and Clerical fees separate. I am requesting the following:1. Title of the vehicle I own 2. Refund of the Document Delivery Fee due to not getting what I paid for. I didn't pay for late registration. We have a contract that is binding and as of this date the dealership has broken the contract and it.s promises on delivery dates. I paid for over night delivery, not late delivery with excuses. The dealership didn't want to hear my excuses even thought they were valid with waiting on paperwork from the court system. I was threatened with repossession of the vehicle. I paid the vehicle off....FULL, to avoid problems and have nothing but problems since. This is bad business and at this point the business needs to make good with its fully paid customer. I am owed my title and a refund of a delivery fee that didn't deliver. This is not unreasonable.

Response:

We spoke with Mr. [redacted] earlier today and this issue has been resolved with the customer. We are sending the title and a check for $150.00 (fedex tracking number: 7[redacted]54). We request that this complaint be closed. If you have any other questions you can contact [redacted] at ###-###-####.

Absolutely the worst place when it comes to paperwork or customer service. The temporary plates on the car we bought expired and we're still trying to chase someone down to get our plates. You're gonna get the " oh he's in the other building" or " I don't handle that, you have to speak to someone else ( who isn't available and never calls you back). They might know how to sell, but don't rely on them to get your paperwork straight or on time.

Review: I PURCHASED THE CAR ON OCTOBER 2, 2015 WE SAW THE SAME DAY THAT THE WINDSHIELD WAS CHIPPED AND WE NOTIFIED THE SALES PERSON HE TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE OK. THEN 2 DAYS LATER THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. I WENT TO THE DEALER TO NOTIFY THE INCONVENIENCE AND SEE IF I CAN RETURN OR EXCHANGE. [redacted] BOSS CAME ON AND HE WAS SO RESPECTFULNESS WITH ME AND MY DAUGHTHER. HE EVEN SAID THAT I HAVE TO EAT THE CAR BECAUSE IS NOTHING THAT HE CAN DO FOR ME THAT I SHOULD CHECK BEFORE I PURCHASE THEN I SAY LET ME CHECK WITH [redacted] HE SAID HE CAN COME KISS MY [redacted] THAT WAS TERRIBLE. THEN [redacted] CAME HE SAID THAT HE WILL TAKE CARE THE ISSUE AND HE WILL SEND HIS SON TO PICK UP THE CAR. I KEEP CALLING [redacted] BECAUSE HE NEVER DID. I KEEP TEX TING AND CALLING, [redacted] AVOIDED MY PHONE CALLS AND MY TEXT MESSAGES. I HAD TO USE A DIFFERENT PHONE TO CALL AND GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM. I WENT MY SELF TO THE DEALER AND SAY THAT I AM DROPPING THE CAR FOR THE REPAIRS THEY TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE A WEEK TO HAVE ALL THE REPAIRS DONE. I CALL HIM ONE WEEK LATER HE SAID IT IS NOT READY IT WILL BE READY THE NEXT DAY. HE FINALLY DROPPED THE CAR AT MY HOUSE. THEY NEVER DID THE REPAIRS THEY ONLY REPLACE THE VENTS INSIDE THE REST STILLS THE SAME. I HAVE A CAR WITH A BROKEN WINDSHIELD, SCRATCHES ALL OVER AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON AND OFF ALL THE TIME.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE FOR A BETTER VEHICLE WITH THE SAME PRICE IF THEY DON'T HAVE THEN I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN FOR A REFUND.

Response:

Though our goal is to have a completely satisfied customer, it

not always possible. All our vehicles

are sold both cosmetically and mechanically as is. We have several documents

that clearly state the vehicle is sold as is and have the customer sign several

documents acknowledging that the vehicle is sold as is. The only issue the

customer had at the time of purchase was the air conditioning vents and a

molding. Both items were repaired and an oil change was completed for the

customer. We invested approximately $600

in order to address some of the customer’s issue. The customer’s complaint of

the scratches is something that was never addressed during the process. The customer needs to understand that the

vehicle is a pre-owned vehicle that might have some cosmetic

imperfections. In order to accommodate

the customer we even dropped off the vehicle to the customer’s house which is

approximately 1 ½ hours away from our dealership. The customer was abusive during the entire

process, stating that the vehicle was junk and used multiple profanities during

the purchase of vehicle.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] assume all the imperfections of the car he told me to texted what was wrong with the car. He knew they was trying to scam they don't like to take responsibility of the repairs. I went to that place because my son was [redacted]s son's friend I never read the reviews for this place I sent [redacted] a link from an articule online that they are under investigation for scamming. The bank just called asking if I only gave 1,000 deposit. I gave 2,500 cash. Everything is suspicios with this place. [redacted] try to take the cash at first with out writing on the sales receipt. I told him I am giving you $2500 he said I took the price off so you don't have to pay that much in taxes. I was surprise the way he was doing the contract. Then he went back to speak with his boss. They changed because I notice what they were doing. I u know they don't like to take care customers and of course they have covered with all their paper work. Please assume what you sold me and be fair and finish doing the repAirs at list repair the windshield.

Response:

As we stated before we have done our best to accommodate you

in regards to some of the cosmetic issues with the vehicle. Any issues you addressed with our sales

representative [redacted] have been addressed. In regards to the windshield we are unaware of the repairs you are

requesting. If there are any

imperfections in the windshield the customer needs to understand that the

vehicle is pre-owned and some imperfections will exist. At the time of purchase

we stress to the customer to carefully inspect the vehicle as the vehicle is

being sold as is. Any new issues the customer might have encountered is their responsibility.

The only thing we can offer you at this time is recommending you to one of our

repair facilities to address the new issues you may have encountered. The new claim of the unethical contract practices is

completely unfounded and false. Upon review of your sales and finance contract

we have clearly stated that $2500 was the down payment on transaction. Never

during the sales process was the customer ever coerced to enter into the

transaction. We always advise customer not to enter into any sales agreement

with our dealership if there is any uncertainty.

Review: On November 9, 2013 I purchased a 2009 mazda miata from Richard Catena Auto Wholesale located in Teteboro, NJ. I placed a down payment in the form of a cashiers check from my Bank of America account in the amount of $5,000. I drove away with the car after signing contract on 11/9/13. Soon after I started experiencing problems with the car to which I contacted the dealer in hope that's repairs would be made under the 3 month warranty period. On 11/22/13 I dropped off my car for repairs at a repair shop associated with the dealer which is located in Garfield NJ. On 11/25/13 I picked up the car and was informed repairs were made. On 11/26/13 I received a call from the repair shop that the breaks that he replaced had a recall and that I needed to bring back the car to have the breaks repairs. This issue appeared to be shady because the repair person at the garage did not inform me that the breaks were repaired when the car was returned to me on 11/26/13, additionally I did not receive an invoice or even some sort of paperwork that repairs were done. On 11/27/13 I returned to the garage for the purchase of repairing the so called recalled breaks. While I was waiting for the repairs to be done I was informed that a tow truck was there to pick up the car because of some issues with the transaction. Until this day, 12/2/13 I have yet to know what happened to the car, my down payment of 5k and whether or not this was posted to my credit report as a repossession. On many attempts I have tried to contact the finance department, sales persons and also chase bank in regards to The loan but everyone refuses to return my calls or text. Finance personnel named [redacted] informed me that I needed to speak to the sales person, yet when I make an attempt to contact him and her no one answers my call or text. No one is being helpful and I am kindly needing some assistance.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my $5,000 down payment and to have nothing posted to my credit report. I would also like

This deAlership to change their way of handling business in such an unethical and unprofessional manner and change their way of communication to their customers.

Response:

This letter is in response to the complaint dated 12/2/2013 filed by [redacted]

This customer was approved for financing for a vehicle; however, upon the bank's further review, they denied funding because the customer provided expired/misleading financial information.

We contacted this customer numerous times to return this vehicle to our facility. Eventually, this customer did, in fact, return to our facility to have service work performed on the vehicle. When the repairs were complete, we notified the customer that the bank had denied funding and that we were not releasing the vehicle to the customer.

We returned this customers deposit in the amount of $5000.00 on December 11, 2013. Check #[redacted]. Furthermore, in reviewing the customer's complaint, we have NOT notified the reporting agencies as she has expressed as a concern.

If you would kindly remove this complaint from our records, as there is no basis for complaint. We have resolved this issue and obliged to this customer's desired resolution.

Please provide us with a confirmation of this request that this case has been resolved and closed. If you have any additional questions, please contact Richard Catena, President, at

Rip off Report !!!! This dealership should be shut down they sold me a lemon and I have had nothing g but problems also 1st problem still not resolved n has been to dealership over 6 times. Called rcatena to try to work out a trade for new vehicle but manager very rude n told me it's my problem so now it's my lawyers turn

I live in [redacted] and this *sarcasm on* wonderful *sarcasm off* state does not allow temp plates. The guys worked with me and I was able to get the car home although I could not drive it until all the paper work had gone to the RMV then back to the dealer then to me. To add to the confusion my insurance company had never encountered this situation before so there were delays on that end as well. Tony and Vinny managed to work through the delays, "thanks my inexperienced insurance company" and were patient with my daily inquiries as to the progress of the paperwork. Start to finish it took two weeks, "not there fault" having to move paper work from one location to another. I'm happy with my purchase and have no complaints.
So MA people heads up! Any other state lucky you,,you can drive your new vehicle while you wait for the paperwork.

Review: The first issue is the fake online advertising they have a price listed online for 16,000 however when you go in they are asking for 18,000 for 2008 BMW 528 series. On September 23, 2015 I bought a 2009 Nissan Altima from the dealer that was a missing a cover over the engine that took over two weeks to get after making multiple trips back and forth to the dealership. They ordered the wrong part they weren't responsive and it was a terrible purchasing experience that I never want to go through again. A tire light came on and the sales person stated the tire just needed air hitch was untrue I had to take it to a shop within three days of purchasing the vehicle for almost 14,000 and spend another $100 plus time at a auto shop. After 27 days from purchase date I have been trying to get an estimated date of when my permanent plates will arrive. Joe the salesman has no definitive answer after speaking to him he has told me for two days he would get back to me and that has been to no avail. October 20th my 18 year old daughter went into the dealership to try and pick up the plates for me she was told Joe is unavailable to come back. I have called the dealer 4 times on October 20th and no one can help me. I was told by Amadu that he doesn't know anything either no one can help me. I have paid them for a DMV fee and they cannot tell me when my permanent plates are coming in. Now I am in jeopardy of getting tickets for having my vehicle with expired plates and no one cared or even was willing to help there is no manager available and has been the absolute worst buying experience for me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my DMV fees, processing fees and tire repair.

Response:

Review: We are writing to you to beg you for help because we believe that our passenger vehicle is a “lemon” and dealer misrepresented the quality and condition of the car in order to pursue us to buy it so we are also now victims of consumer fraud being none of the pictures on their website nor did they ever mention in our conversations all the problems the vehicle had. We purchased a BMW, X5 4.8I vehicle identification number [redacted] with 81,543 miles on it (please note no box was checked off on the odometer disclosure statement) on 06/21/14 from Richard Catena Auto Wholesaler, Inc. Even though I signed the documents on 06/21/14 we did not accept the vehicle for over 2 weeks after that because as you can see we noted on bottom of the “warranty refusal” form it had several issues which the salesperson [redacted] stated where just “sensor” issues such as the navigation and CD and rear view camera not working and most importantly the “check engine” light was on. Now that less than 6 months after the purchase we have a car with a non-working engine it makes sense why they took so long to fix the “sensors” they were probably trying to cover up whatever was wrong with the engine and ensure that light never turned on again. [redacted] and several others there assured me that there were no that it was just the sensor. We received the bill from the financing company, [redacted] Bank before we even had the car and we called them and explained the situation, basically they said we were already liable for the $22,034.19. A few weeks after that we finally accepted the vehicle we almost had an accident because the brakes were not working and when we took it back to them they said it was a BMW recall for the pump brake. Then on 08/16/14 we had to get an expansion tank for it because it exploded $175 (we called the [redacted] they gave us after we had to ask for it and they said it was not covered and we did not take the extended warranty from this dealer because the whole deal was shady and they were trying to add $600 to the sale price luckily we caught it before signing the documents) then on 11/13/14 we had to take it to a mechanic for rear end suspension and spend $375. Then on Tuesday, December 9th an oil message came up and the next thing we know while [redacted] was going to go into a gas station to put oil the entire car just stopped and her life was in danger going down a mountain and no control of the car. Get car towed and we find out new one would cost over $30K and a used one $7K plus over $2,000 in labor. And guess what engine dies and no “check engine” light comes on??? [redacted] called the dealer and spoke to [redacted] in tears because obviously we did not have that kind of money and told him exactly what he already knew that he sold me a lemon car basically I was told that it’s not their problem that I bought the car as is and no extended warranty.Desired Settlement: Honestly this vehicle has been more in shops then in use and when it is in use we have been a nervous wreck driving it. Since these problems substantially impair the use, value or safety of this vehicle, or the defect is one that is likely to cause death or serious bodily injury if the vehicle is driven, we would like to be entitled to a refund or at least all my expenses reimbursed by the dealer.

Business

Response:

[redacted] purchased this vehicle on 6/21/14. Before shetook delivery of the vehicle we went above and beyond to do some minor repairson the vehicle that have no relation to the current problem they are having. Werepaired a rear parking sensor for the rear parking aid, we replaced the navigationunit, and we also replaced a coolant thermostat all at our cost, not thecustomers. The delay with delivery waswaiting for the navigation unit to come in. This was a special order part andtook some time to get in. The customer was offered the option to purchase an extendedwarranty for the vehicle that was refused by the client. We did give them, atno cost, a 3 month powertrain warranty. The client did come back a few weeks later with a brakeissue. I looked at the vehicle and then did some research for them and foundthat BMW had a service bulletin on the problem that they were having and thatBMW would fix that for them. I assume that was resolved, because I never heardback from them. The customer calls me almost 6 months later to tell me thatthe engine is no good and wants to know what I’m going to do. I informed thecustomer that the vehicle was sold “AS IS” and they refused the extendedwarranty. I asked them at what point are we no longer responsible for theircar. I also informed them that it is their responsibility to maintain thevehicle and perform maintenance as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. The customer then made accusations that we sold them a “Lemon”. I informed them that we went over thisvehicle before they took possession of it and the vehicle was is in greatrunning condition and had no problems at the time of delivery. Unfortunately Ican’t see into the future and tell you what potential problems you will have,so that is why we offer extended warranties.

Consumer

Response:

I totally do not agree with their response. I signed the documents on 06/21/14 but I had received the bill which is dated 7/1/14 and we still did not have the vehicle in our possession because it had so many problems with it. They did not go above and beyond we had to beg and refuse delivery of the vehicle till those repairs were done. As you can see on the documents attached it clearly had more problems than that (see where I clearly noted among other things "check engine" light was on") also they stated they fixed the coolant thermostat see attached receipt where we had to also buy an expansion tank less than a month after having it in our possession. They probably already knew it was broken and made some quick fix on it.

Review: I bought a 2008 GL450 Mercedes from [redacted] less than three months ago with a comprehensive extended warranty with Proguard. Since then I've realize the car was in two accidents which the dealer provided me fax stating there was no accidents so I was lied to.

The rear seat belt does not work which the dealer agreed to fix and was never done. For over a month the car has been dropping lower and lower due to the suspension needing to be replaced. Also for the last two weeks the car has been riding extremely bumpy and excels without me pushing down on the gas. This is causing me to nearly run into vehicles ahead. My three small children are bumping out there car seats.

I carried the car to three service facility who all confirmed it was the air suspension, shocks and compressor. The claim was submitted and the warranty refuse to pay due to it being prior damages that was not caused from the time I bought the vehicle which was less than three months ago..

I contacted the dealer who told me they would switch me out the vehicle for $5000 more down, higher interest and payment. I declined there offer.. I took another day off of work and got nowhere with the owner, saleman or finance guy. I went down to the dealership again all to get some more run around. I left messages and no one has returned my call and when I asked to speak with the owner I was advised that there was no owner. My salesman and finance guy was Hector, he was mainly the only person I delt with from beginning to end.

I paid out of pocket for a certified estimate from Mercedes and the other dealerships. I've attached all my documentations.. If there's anything you need please don’t hesitate to reach me at the below contact information. Please help me I feel I was token advantage of... I have three kids one job and trusted I was buying a good car with a two year warranty bumper to bumper/ collision. Thank you in advance! [redacted]Desired Settlement: To have a safe operating reliable vehicle that will not collapse every morning I go to work and with seatbelts that work!

Business

Response:

I spoke to the Proguard representative in regards to the

warranty and he informed me that they were covering three issues that are not

supposed to be covered under the warranty that was purchased, so I am little

confused in regards to that issue. Also, we only know what is provided to us

from carfax in regards to accidents; if the vehicle was in an accident we would

not know if it is not stated on the carfax. We also gave [redacted] the option

to switch vehicles, but unfortunately we do not determine the amount of money

needed for a down payment, the interest rate or the term; the bank does. Both

the warranty company and our dealership have gone above and beyond to try to

accommodate [redacted]

Review: I purchased a vehicle with Richard Catena on Oct 2, 2015 and picked it up from them on Oct 3, 2015. I received a 20-day non-resident temporary plate at that time and was told they would take care of the paperwork. After almost 15 days they called and said I needed to send them 6 points of ID for the registration and plates. Two days later I furnished the paperwork and they told me the plates would be ready in about 2 days. On Thursday the 22 of Oct. I called and asked where the plates were, as the temporary tag had expired. I have called every day since to find out where the plates and registration are, and I receive a different story each time as well as the story changing. It is now Oct. 31 and I have been waiting for 28 days for plates and registration for my vehicle. The salesperson said there is nothing Richard Catena can do for me at this time and to have patience until the plates arrive. I don't want to wait anymore as I have been using the vehicle with expired plates and registration. I need the vehicle to drive to work and back and would prefer not to get a ticket for expired registration.Desired Settlement: I don't care who's fault it is or who they want to blame, I would like my plates and registration and quit the bs. I have seen numerous other complaints about the same problem and would like to know why they would keep someone employed that treats customers this way.

Response:

We have

discussed the issues with Mr. [redacted]. We

are waiting on a lien release from the bank due to a clerical error in NY State

Department of Motor Vehicle. We are giving Mr. [redacted] $1500.00 for his troubles.

We are also willing to give Mr. [redacted] a rental vehicle until we can resolve the

issue.

Consumer

Response:

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

Not once in our numerous conversations did they even offer a rental car. The only offers I received were: 1.) return the car, 2.) wait up to two months for the correct paperwork or 3.) accept the car as is and receive some compensation. I went with 3.) as I needed a second car for my son and I to drive to work. Richard Catena Auto Wholesalers now wants me to sign a document that states: " relinquish any current or future claims in regards to the purchase of ____________________". They are now blaming the issue on a clerical error on the title that states 70,001 miles on the car instead of 51,608. I would think you should check the title of the vehicle before you sell it as well as have it in your possession. The lying and coercion of this company is amazing as well as unethical. James states I can't receive my plates and registration until they received the signed document. In my dealings with this company I will not sign the document until I have possession of the plates/registration and check for $1500 as they have zero creditability.

Response:

Mr. [redacted] has received his plates and compensation for the inconvenience. As I have previously stated, we offered to buy the car back as soon as we realized there was in issue. We gave Mr. [redacted] various options and he decided to keep the vehicle with the understanding that the registration would take longer than usual. We have went above and beyond to try to accommodate Mr. [redacted]. Thank you, Lauren K Richard Catena Auto Wholesalers 430 Industrial Ave. Teterboro, NJ 07608

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I received the plates and registration finally after over two months. There was no need for this delay except for the incompetence of the office personnel and lack of communication from them. The disregard for customer service and lack of care is the reason I will not return to this dealer. I have displayed my disdain and lack of confidence in this dealer on their [redacted] page as well as contacted numerous others that have received the same service. How does this dealer with so many complaints still stay in business?
