11/1/ Denver/Boulder Revdex.com Attention: [redacted] RE: Revdex.com Case # [redacted] Dear [redacted] : [redacted] contacted Richmond American Homes back in early May 2016, with concerns regarding the toilet flappers inside his toilet tanks Our area Home Care Representative [redacted] , contacted [redacted] and our plumber, Premier Plumbing, to schedule an appointment for 5/16/ Upon the inspection of the toilet tank flappers at the above mentioned appointment it was identified by Premier Plumber that [redacted] had been using a chemical tablet (OGF Tablet) in all toilet tanks for cleaning purposes It was explained to [redacted] the negative effects the tablets can have on the toilet part’s longevityThe tablets can prematurely corrode the rubber flaps and should not be usedBased on the Plumbing companies assessment, this did not fall under the Limited Warranty GuidelinesIt was communicated to be a homeowner maintenance item and [redacted] would be responsible for the cost of the repairs, $ [redacted] paid and problem was resolved that day In regards to concerns about the carpet, we have an appointment scheduled for 11/to assessThey are requesting to have the carpet re-stretchedWe will communicate a final decision to the homeowner based on the information gathered at the appointment We apologize for any frustration our customer may have experienced and we are working to resolve the concerns Please let us know if you have any questions Sincerely, [redacted] Home Care Supervisor Richmond American Homes

November 22, Denver/Boulder Revdex.com Attention: [redacted] RE: Revdex.com Case # [redacted] *** [redacted] Dear [redacted] : In response to the above mentioned Revdex.com complaint, Richmond American Homes has performed an inspection of the driveway on November 21, Our observations noted some minor surface cracking and vertical displacement Richmond American Homes provides no implied warranties on exterior flatwork concrete but in keeping good customer relations, will typically warranty displacement only during the 1st year of occupancy Flatwork concrete is subject to movement with Colorado’s expansive soils conditions, repairs and replacements after the 1st year warranty expiration are the sole responsibility of the owners With [redacted] original closing date having been August 2013, all related warranties to flatwork concrete have since expired and Richmond American cannot assist with any further action We apologize for any frustration or inconvenience our customer may have experienced with regards to this matter Please let us know if you have any questions Sincerely, [redacted] Home Care Director [redacted] www.RichmondAmerican.com

January 23, Denver/Boulder Revdex.com Attention: Natasha [redacted] Cherokee StDenver, CO 80204- RE: Revdex.com Case # [redacted] NIrvington StAurora, Co Dear Miss [redacted] : In response to the above mentioned Revdex.com complaint, a meeting was scheduled on December 19th to address these concerns with Mr [redacted] Findings are in accordance with the construction industry and provisions of the Limited warranty documents The interior door hinges screws are standard 1/2” screws supplied by the manufacturer for typical hollow core doors and do not require ½” screws The rear door requires nothing more than minor adjust to the latch The damages to the interior rails are minor and were noted previously in that these repairs are scheduled to address this concern At no time during our meeting did Mr [redacted] make mention of the rear door posing a hazard nor the interior door falling and the floor was not littered with screws There was never any mention or discussion as related to the warranties expiration as Mr [redacted] has stated in his complaint Richmond American Homes will continue to provide Mr [redacted] with the same courtesy and warranties provided to all Richmond Homes valued customers Sincerely, [redacted] Home Care Director SMonaco Street, Denver CO www.RichmondAmerican.com

June 20, Denver/Boulder Revdex.com Attention: [redacted] RE: Revdex.com Case # [redacted] *** [redacted] Dear Miss [redacted] Please accept this correspondence as confirmation of receipt as per the referenced complaint above with regards to the following: Repair the eroded hole caused by downspout Re-grade the area of subsidence in the front yard Move the discharge area of the downspout so that the water reaches the street more readily Re-fill the subsidence under the driveway and repair the subsided section on the driveway In response to these concerns as listed above; There is no “erosion” which occurred The low area is the discharge of the underdrain which is day-lighted as per industry standards to discharge water from the downspout within the yard Moving or relocation of this underdrain is not Richmond American Homes responsibility Should you opt to relocate this in closer proximity to the street, this of course is your option, and any costs would be your responsibility The settlement of soils at the side of the driveway is not in excess of 6” Settlement repairs of soils less than 6” are considered homeowner’s responsibility as per the RWC limited warranty guidelines The section of driveway which has cracked at the center control joints will be cut, removed and replaced Richmond American will schedule this repair as quickly as possible Sincerely, [redacted] Home Care Director [redacted]
