Fraudulent misrepresentation of repair issues on my vehicle Sunday morning my truck started to failI didnt worryI was close to Rick Johnson Auto on [redacted] Road in [redacted] I trusted themI drove straight thereThey did not have someone available yet a nice man named Justin looked under the hood with meWhen I opened it he yelled in warning "Watch out! A Rat!"Little did I know that I was soon to discover another meaning for the word RAT Monday Nick called me and delivered the sad news that my truck needed a laundry list of fuel injector related repairs totaling $2200-some dollars"I trusted him and said "While you are at it please check my power steering"The estimate now rose to $ I biked over to discuss it in personDuring said discussion they very quickly were willing to dump the power steering repair based on my explanation of how often I added power steering fluidNow I was dealing with the original $I told them to go ahead but it just felt wrongWh

This business is a racket, their techs are either incapable of diagnosing or performing repairs or they are just thiefs. I took my car there when It would not start. first it was a fuse, then it was the starter. I agreed to have the starter repaired since I was assured this was the issue. Well then the car still did not start...I recevied a phone call from Bob the manager of the Cleveland ave location and was told that my ECM was bad in my car, and the repair would be another 800.00 on top of the 436.00 for the starter. At that point I had no choice but to get a second opininon since I had never had any mechanical issues with this car. I had to pay my bill with them and pay to have my car towed to another shop where within 2 hours they knew it was a bad chip in my key. with the new key the car started with no problem. except the starter was making a horrible noise and had to once again be repaired, the new shop also tested the ECM which rick j. had claimed was no good.

I was charged for a service that was not needed at the Rick Johnson Tire store in Bonita Springs (quoted $and charged $25) I was quoted $20/tire for mounting and balancing when I dropped off my tires on Dec When I went to pick them up, I didn't have my glasses with me but noticed they charged an extra $5/tire for tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) calibration when I got home When I called the store, I told the manager this was not needed since my car automarically calibrates itself after the tires are re-installedThe manager told me that since some cars needed this service and some do not, the Rick Johnson policy was just to charge everybody for it On top of that, the work was done so poorly that I had to take them to another Rick Johnson shop to have the tires balanced correctly

had a8:a.m oil change apptat 9:I went looking for MrPavel Bto find out what was taking so long he wasn'tat the desk so I walked around to the service area he pointed huis finger at me and said shall we start over objecting to my questioning him about the delay then chastised me for walking two feet in the service areaof course he lied telling me they had an emergencythey are neither fair or HONEST

Installed incorrect part in vehicleNo part number on part and was after market Discovered by GMC service center dealer for steering problem In late April of this year I took my daughters GMC Acadia to the Rick Johnson Service Center at Grand Oaks Shoppes Blvd in Estero for an oil change and general inspection for a round trip back to Michigan They called me and said that I needed the rack and pinion replaced due to a leaking seal I told them that there is no evidence of fluid on my garage floor, they assured me that the repair was needed I asked if they do this repair and he said "all the time" Therefore based on their reassurance I agreed to the repair When I pIcked up the vehicle the steering column was at a degree turn to the left with the wheels straight Upon turning to the left there was a loud rubbing sound in the left wheel I did not leave their lot and told them of the problemI was told that they had new equipment and were on a "learning curve"

My daughter had oil change done by RJOil leak was discovered to be a result of loose oil filterDamage to fibrous shield under engine On 03/13/my daughter, who is a student at FGCU, had a synthetic oil change done at the Rick Johnson location at STamiami Trail in Estero, FL ( Acct #XXXXXX / Invoice # XXXXX) A week later, on Tuesday, 03/20/I drove the vehicle to our home in Orlando to have a Ford recall item serviced at our local Ford dealership Due to a parts backorder, the vehicle sat at Ford for weeks without being driven or startedAfter getting the vehicle back from Ford, on 04/17/I noticed a large puddle of oil underneath the vehicle on my home driveway The puddle size was approximately 24"x12" Taking the vehicle back to Greenway Ford here in Orlando, it was discovered that a loose oil filter allowed oil to leak when under pressure over the period of time since the oil change The miles driven over that period of time was only miles In

Broke lug nut key for vehicleBroken piece of the key is embedded in the right front lug nut
I recently went to my Lexus dealership to have a rotate and brake inspectionThe technician informed me that the wheel lock was broken and sheared off in the right front lug key nutI asked him if they can take the broken lug key off and they said the shop had a special toolNot only was the technician unsuccessful but the tool brokeThe technician said the lug nuts are torqued too tightThe last time anyone touched the tires was when I had the front tires replaced at *** *** on ***I would like to have this problem resolvedThank you

recently my girlfriend had her oil changed and tires rotated at Rick Johnson on Corkscrew RdEstero, FLWhen we picked up the car I noticed a grinding and knocking noiseI immediately took the car to Ford, they mechanics listened to the noise as they test drove the vehicleThe informed us that it sounded like the CV axle on the driver sideThe approximate cost they quoted us was $My girlfriend called Rick Johnson in Estero and was told they would replace the CV axle for $She took the vehicle to Rick Johnson and said she was told the left side CV axle may need to be replacedShe trusted them, she was told the mechanic had years experienceThe next day the car was ready we arrived to pay and pick up the vehicle, we entered the vehicle backed out of the parking space put the car in drive and immediately heard the same noise as beforeI went back into the store and told the mechanic the care was not repairedHe said he repaired it and he test drove the car and it was fineHe could not have driven the car because the noise started immediately, I told him that HE WAS LYING TO US and couldn't have driven the vehicle, he went immediately into the garage, (where customers are not allowed)The manager then drove the vehicle, he came into the store and said the noise was there but now the problem was the right CV axle! Once again because of the situation we were in we asked them to replace the right side CV axleThey replaced the right side CV axle and called us to tell us that did not solve the problem and the store manager then told us to pick up the vehicle it needed work on the transmissionI asked them if the right side CV axle needed to be replaced and was told it did notI told them to put the original right and left CV axles back on the vehicleThey told us that the original left side CV axle was not in the shopThey replaced the original right side CV axle and told us to pick up the vehicle
When we returned the vehicle to Ford we were told that the right CV axle was not installed correctly, it was not secured with a C clamp therefore, the right side CV axle was lose and caused damage to the transmissionFord has written a report of the damages and given their opinion regarding the damage caused by Rick Johnson
I called Rick Johnson and spoke to Autumn she told me to immediately fax a copy of the Rick Johnson bill and the report from Ford, because MrJ*** was in the officeI did as I was instructedI called back to speak with Autumn and was sent to voice mailI left a message, which I had to do more times over days, and never received a call from Autumn! On the third day I called and Autumn told me that things were busy at the office and she was planning to call meShe told me that MrJ*** looked at the information and decided that his company caused no damage and in no way was at fault
WE ARE POSTING THIS TO EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE WE CAN AND WILL TAKE OTHER MEASURES TO LET EVERYONE BECOME AWARE OF THEIR INABLITIY TO PERFORM HONEST SERVICE AND THEIR REFUSSAL TO ASSIT US WITH A REFUND FOR THE SHODDY SERVICES AND BEING LIED TO!!!

I went for an oil change, I told the mechanic there was noise when I drive on the highway, he said he will checkhe did and told me total cost$
I said go ahead and fix itI was waiting for about hrWhen the mechanic was done I was charged $I asked him why I had to pay He said he replaced wheel sensorsI told him no, I am not replacing sensor please remove them as I did not give any permission to replace sensori was told no, he could not removed them because he has t pay his mechanicI was forced to pay the full amountThis unfair, I never asked to replace any sensors nor I gave him any permission to replace these sensors and there was nothing wrong my sensorsI believe this is organized robbery; I am sure I am not the only they overcharge like that in order to make commission

On 2/27/I paid for an oil change and they put in twice as much oil in the vehicle resulting in $in damage
On 2/I took my Volvo Sto Rick *** in Estero for an oil change and paid $and drove it miles homeThe next time I drove the vehicle a week later the check engine light came on and several warning messages, the car would start and shut down so on Monday March 7th I took it to Volvo in Bonita Springs after days they repaired the vehicle which was gaskets blown, sparkplugs flooded with oil and changing oil filter, ring and draining and replacing oilAll this was due to twice as much oil being in the vehicle than what was required which volvo put on the repair statementThis cost was $Obviously Rick *** just changed the oil a week before and clearly added too much or never drained it and just added more oilIrregardless anyone looking at this evidence can clearly see this is their faultI called the store on two occassions with no respo

To Rick Johnson Tire Centers, ***, ***, FL ***:
Two weeks ago I brought my Toyota Sienna van in for an oil change and tire rotationAnd the job was done as scheduled That weekend I wanted to look at my brakes so I tried to remove my front left wheel which could not be done because the lug nut was installed so tight it could not be removed So the following Tuesday I took the van back the the shop and asked them to remove the lug nuts on all the wheels and reinstall them by hand so that I could remove them later that morning, when I returned to get my van I was told that some of the bolts had broken and also some of the threads on the lug nuts were stripped and those would need replacementSo another hour later I came back to get my van and I was presented with a bill of $This request for payment came as a complete surprise, as it was your organization
