As a rider since 1977, I have seen it, heard it, done it and watched the evolution of motorcycling in [redacted] I grew up at [redacted] ***, when the roads were dirt and the land was filled with orange grovesWhen RideNow PS came into the valley, they came in like a Wal-Mart of ridingSome of their staff lacked the support and resources to be as efficient and productive as the community needed them to beSome of the staff were downright as, and that unfortunately gave RideNow a big black eyeRecently my husband and I wanted to buy the new [redacted] ABS, traction control, adjustable everything, comfortable upright position without losing the feel of a sport bikeBeing that the model was so new, we had no other option than to go to RideNow and suck it upNot only was the salesman, [redacted] (in the [redacted] store) very informative, but he kept in touch with us via texting and phone as we had questions surfaceThey only had one of the bikes we wanted, and I sure wasn't going to give mine up, so they found another one in red for the hubbyWe countered their asking price and they acceptedFrom the moment we came in to make the purchases, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and offered the best serviceWe dealt with [redacted] , the salesman, spent all the time we wanted and needed with the sales manager ***, and had an opportunity to sit and talk with the head of the service departmentHe was able to address any questions we hadWe walked out of the dealership and knew we had acquired exactly what we wanted at the price we were comfortable withWe also had found new riding friendsI also own a rider training school in [redacted] called RideSmart Motorcycle Training, IncWe have no affiliation with any dealership and choose to keep it that wayIt's up to the consumer to pick what is right for themWe don't care what you ride, it's that you rideWith the experience that we had at RideNow, I feel really comfortable recommending my students to their storeI can't say that the previous reputation would have led me to do that, but I now have seen first-hand, they have good people working thereI'm not paid or get anything for writing thisGo there, decide for yourselfMake your own opinionJust know that they folks working there now are the best of the best [redacted] Owner, RideSmart Motorcycle Training, Inc

Complaint Details After spending tens of thousands of dollars at the ride now store in [redacted] **I returned to the store to purchase some partsI confronted the salesman about a part that was not on my UTV I had purchased last yearThe salesman told me to take the $part off of a model they had on the floorI returned the following day to pick up a part I had orderedThe sales manager (nickname 'bear') came over to me demanding I return the part that he said I had stolen from there storeI explained what happened only to have him yell at me very loudly in front of other employees and customersHe called me a liar and a thiefEmbarrassed me in front of customers and employees of the storeAfter being embarrassed in front of everyone he proceeded to tell me not to come in there store anymoreAfter experiencing this terrible customer service I would not recommend anyone go to the ride now in [redacted] **This is a very big inconvenience for me because the only other [redacted] dealer close to me is over miles awayDO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS RIDE NOWYOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SALES DEPTCUSTOMER SERVICE

Buyer beware!!!
Will never do business here again My husband and I bought a RZR (so we thought) through them We went to our bank, RideNow sent a PO over to the bank with a VIN number for the unit we were purchasing We signed all our paperwork with our bank and then they handed us a check for the full purchase price We drove down to RideNow Surprise with our check We did a whole walk through on a unit, signed all of our purchasing paperwork for the same VIN number we just signed for at the bank We were told our unit would be delivered to our house days later since they had to bring it in from the warehouse All was great...then the next day rolled around and the sales manager called to say someone else sold that unit to another individual One would think not a big deal, right? WRONG!!!! We now have to get our check back from RideNow (remember this for later) take that back to our bank, have RideNow send another PO over then RESIGN all of our paperwork, get a new check and drive back to RideNow Talking to the sales manager he first offers free delivery (please see above where they are already delivering it for free, so not much of an "I'm sorry this happened") Once I told the sales manager they were already doing that for free he offers me a $gift card Ok, anyone who is into this sport, or street bikes, dirt bikes, quads, etc...can tell you that $will not do much for anything you need I then let the sales manager talk to my husband, now he is willing to throw in a free road ready kit (this would cost the average Joe maybe $300, but in parts cost them maybe $75) We get off the phone with RideNow because my husband and I need to think how we want to handle this I got a call from my bank later and they said because the loan already closed we are being charged a daily interest, but the assured me they could get that taken care of for me She then informs me that RideNow has already cashed the check WTF?!?! you sold the unit to someone else then cash my check, really?!?!?! At this point I am done, I drive to RideNow to get a check The sales manager had the you can go elsewhere if you want attitude, the apology didn't feel sincere He tells me that the GM has to cut the check and they will call me to let me know when he is able to do that Ummmm, no, they will be working on my schedule I will not be working on theirs! So, fast forward to today I go in at to pick up my check and the GM hands it to meNot even an I'm sorry, is there anything we can do to earn your trust or business back, NOTHING!!! So we are now going to use Iron City Polaris, who has been amazing They are going to sell me exactly what I want for the same price as RideNow and throw in the road ready kit and the icing on the cake is I don't feel like I got screwed overAlso, be careful of their service department We bought a ZXfrom the Peoria location several years ago and bought the service agreement Every time we took it in it would come back with greasy fingerprints all over it The last time we took it in, my husband rode it all the way home to find out the swing arm bolt was not tight, it was kind of wobbling around in there As he started to look around there were more loose bolts

We are unable to provide any customer documentation to you, as this falls under the privacy act. Documentation cannot be provided to an outside source unless a subpoena is issued. The ***'s have all of the documentation and I am sure they can provide it to you. The ***'s have received their deposit back and we consider this matter closed. Also, Ridenow did not contact us; we contacted them as we hadn't received a statement/bill from the bank in January. This is bad business.

** and [redacted] came in to purchase a Polaris RZR from our location. The information we were given on their credit application by the [redacted]s for income did not match what was actual. The bank turned down the loan and the [redacted]s were contacted to find a different source for...

financing or return the unit. After several failed attempts to get payment or recover the unit, a repossession company was hired. The [redacted]'s did finally contact us and we did receive the unit back from them.  We reimbursed the entire amount they had put down when purchased.[redacted]General ManagerRideNow Powersports Surprise.

Customer was quoted the incorrect monthly payment by an employee that is no longer with us. The incorrect payment calculation was used, several unsuccessful attempts to recontract the motorcycle through a different lender and we made the decision to offer a full return of the motorcycle to [redacted]...

[redacted]. He did accept our offer and we now have possesion of the motorcycle and his [redacted] account has been fully refunded. At this point [redacted] is fully clear of any amount owed to this transaction.

After spending tens of thousands of dollars at the ride now store in [redacted]. I returned to the store to purchase some parts. I confronted the salesman about a part that was not on my UTV I had purchased last year. The salesman told me to take the $20 part off of a model they had on the floor. I returned the following day to pick up a part I had ordered. The sales manager (nickname 'bear') came over to me demanding I return the part that he said I had stolen from there store. I explained what happened only to have him yell at me very loudly in front of other employees and customers. He called me a liar and a thief. Embarrassed me in front of customers and employees of the store. After being embarrassed in front of everyone he proceeded to tell me not to come in there store anymore. After experiencing this terrible customer service I would not recommend anyone go to the ride now in [redacted]. This is a very big inconvenience for me because the only other [redacted] dealer close to me is over 15 miles away. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS RIDE NOW. YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SALES DEPT. CUSTOMER SERVICE.
