They don’t care about their customers
Awful customer service, I got a scale ring from them as a gift, it arrived open and with a piece broken. I just wanted a replacement piece, they refused, said it did not come like that and then banned me. When I tried to solve it with them and admitted I didn’t know the policy was to contact the manufacturers, (I’m autistic so it takes me a bit with some things) they banned me. When I explained that I was disabled and that it was a miss understanding they said they don’t care and it won’t change anything. I was trying to buy my daughters Christmas gifts and even willing to take blame for something they did just to get it dealt with but they really don’t care. Now some guy from inside is gonna come on, say I’m a rude customer, or what ever he says Any time they get a bad review. But don’t pay attention to him, look for the reviews from the people they screwed first instead and you’ll find your truth.

I bought some figures from ringside they packed to many in my parcel with no protection.
I made a complaint same day I received they never offered me option to send back but tried to blame fedex.
They put claim in with fedex and gave me the fedex code for complaint.
Time passed nothing when contacted ringsidecollectibles.com Ben would say I heard nothing back yet.

As time went on I would email with zero response took it up with PayPal got a refund but only 2day I found out it was another order as they cancelled my other order because I made a complaint.
So ringsidecollectibles.com took my money for figures and claimed back from fedex.
2day I have contacted fedex and my bank and will not be dropping this till I get a refund and a apology for blocking my future orders for no reason.

I am a wrestling collector and I made a few purchases through Ringside Collectibles (www.ringsidecollectibles.com). First, my husband purchased multiple items through their website and one of the items arrived damaged. He sent pictures of the damage via email to Ringside Collectible customer service and they cleaned their hands by telling him that they would file a complaint against the USPS. He waited around a month and sent multiple emails to Ringside Collectible and they never responded. He had to file a transaction dispute with the credit card and they gave him the money back for the damaged figure. After that, my husband tried to make another purchase and was told by them that he was placed on the banned list. My husband asked why and they simply stated that it was because of the dispute he filed for the broken item. He stated that he never heard back from them, but they did not care. A few months later, I made multiple purchases myself. I had an issue with one of the purchases where some protective cases that I had ordered did not fit the item it was intended for. They responded via email and told me that they were going to send the correct protective cases. When the cases arrived, they were the same small cases. I sent them an email and they simply stated that it was supposed to fit. I did not even ask for a refund this time because I was afraid that I was going to be discriminated and blocked from their website, so I just threw the cases away because they were incorrect. The cases were supposed to fit my figures as stated on their website, but they were falsely advertised. After my issue, they updated their website and never offered me a refund. A few days later, I tried to make a new purchase and was told by them that my order was canceled and I could not believe. I asked why and they did not offer explanation. I believe that this is an unethical and racist business practice because we are from Puerto Rico. Also, to support the racism their website offers free shipping on all orders over $50 except for Puerto Rico.

Under no circumstance was I made aware that this is an unsafe method to ship the goods, the only difference between the shipping methods on the website is the time it takes. I do feel that there was not even a slight interest in assisting me to find out where the package is on their side

[redacted] First Class International shipping is not an "unsafe" service level. International customers use it all the time and receive their packages. It is however the slowest method for shipping international shipments and it is not an insured service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. All there is to go by is the tracking number which was updated a few times. The US Post Office will not accept claims to be put in for [redacted] First Class International packages so there is nothing further we can do to assist the customer.

[Your Answer Here] Hi, when I placed my order it was with the understanding that the items were brand new otherwise I wouldn't have ordered the items. No where did/does it mention the items may have damage of any kind or may not be new. I would not expect anything bought as new to have any damage no matter how small or big. I sent the company evidence pictures of all the damaged items as they requested. The fact they have offered $15 per item shows they are accepting responsibility for the damaged items. Ask the company to show you the pictures that I sent them which shows more than " Just a scratch" the items look like they had been either thrown or kicked around? I am willing to send the items back for a full refund of the items but the company don't want to accept this and won't pay for any delivery costs. The items in their current state are of no use to me as they were for my disabled son, so when he met the wrestlers he could get them signed. I wouldn't have paid out the excessive delivery charges for second hand damaged items. Just because I'm from the UK the company in question thinks they can get away with providing a poor service to myself, included in that is their rude and aggressive customer service responses (About 10 emails) I will NEVER shop with this company ever again.
