I had a last second moving situation during the middle of December last yearWhen I called, I could tell this was a first class operation right from the startI received consistently prompt replies to my emails and I was able to schedule a time that worked for me within a weekWhen moving time came, they actually arrived earlyThey were courteous and efficient the entire time I spoke with them and disassembled my furniture and had it loaded into their truck within a half hour When we got to my new apartment I knew it was going to be difficult I am in a fourth floor walk-up, without an elevator, with a very tight spiral stair-case hallway They obviously struggled to get my furniture up (probably pounds worth overall) with inches of clearance at the lowest point but they did eventually get everything into my new apartment without so much as a scratch to my furniture or the walls Their attitude also remained positive the entire time They actually got the move done in less than my quoted time too and only charged me for the time they workedThis is a great company, with excellent customer service, competitive rates, and friendly movers and due to my experience I will definitely use them again

I can’t even begin to tell you how worried I was before this moveThankfully, I had In & out moving made it all so easy for meSince the moment I first called them, they seemed friendly and extremely reliableI wasn’t disappointed by the movers eitherThey showed up right on scheduleThey packed up everything quickly and loaded all my belongings to the vanThe delivery was made days later as promised with no damaged made to my valuablesThe movers unpacked and helped me assemble my new furnitureThis company is the real deal!

Great job by the In & Out Moving & Storage team .The men were very nice, helpful, and efficient, and all our items made it to our new place without a scratch! When I booked the moving company, they were very quick to reply with a quote, and the quote was less expensive than the other two companies I contacted
We were very happy with the move and will definitely use them for our next one!

First of all, we booked our move with In and Out through a third party broker, a mistake that we will not repeat Beware of anyone who provides you with a moving estimate without actually seeing your belongings So, despite my best efforts to give the broker an accurate inventory of our belongings (and several updates after the initial inventory), we ended up paying double to In and Out what the broker had quoted us for our moveAlthough the difference in actual vsexpected price was very frustrating, it would not have been nearly as big a deal if the move had gone smoothly—but it did notWe have a number of complaints about the quality and professionalism of In and Out:
The movers showed up several hours late, which pushed the move into the late hours of night (we ended up having to spend the night in sleeping bags and leaving a day late)They had a couple of crew members who showed up even later than the first ones, and apparently they weren’t doing a good job and so were asked to leave They then brought on a “back up” person who was not a professional mover but rather just a friend of one of the other guys on the crewThey had inadequate packing materials, including a bunch of previously used boxes from *** *** that were quite pungentThey tried to charge us exorbitant fees for packing materials, including the tape that we saw them waste repeatedly (using only 2/of the roll before discarding it)They did a sub-par job packing our belongings, including throwing my wedding dress and other delicate items of clothing carelessly into a garment box (from which we’d been assured our clothes would hang neatly)As a result of their poor packing, a number of our items were damaged, including our new flat screen TV getting smashed and being rendered unusableThey had us sign a document before they started packing our things stating that we’d been informed of the freight overage rates, but then they actually filled in these rates after we’d already signed the document (very shady)They broke our wooden dog crate by trying to disassemble it (when it was not meant to come apart) At no point did they check with us before trying to do thisThey drank beer while there were still items to be packed and then littered the cans in our alleyThey outsourced the second half of the move (delivery) to yet another company There was a severe lack of communication between the companies repayment and logistics, resulting in further delays to our receipt of our items Additionally, they were supposed to give us 24-hours heads up redelivery time, but they gave us only hoursAll in all, we were incredibly dissatisfied with our moving experience, and it ended up costing way than the broker had told us that it would (for which we do fault the broker as well) If you do choose to use In and Out, I would definitely recommend purchasing additional moving insurance We had well over $1,in damaged property, and after a lengthy and frustrating claims process we were offered a settlement of $

I have never experienced such lack of respect and care for my time and money until I worked with Ariel (General Manager) from In & Out Moving & Storage. What began as a scheduled move for Saturday, May 30th turned into a manager who manipulated the situation to work in his favor and pushed me back to Monday, June 1st. He knew that this would be a busy time (i.e. I would not be able to hire other movers at the end/beginning of the month) and a stressful day, so when I received a call from him saying that my move may not happen on the day I scheduled it to happen or the day after, instead of going out of his way to find a better solution, I had to rearrange my plans to fit his. And to top it all off, all I received was a $50 credit. I felt unimportant as a customer and I do not want anyone else to feel that way because of the actions of this company's management. I would not recommend hiring them unless they hire new management or train their management to make better choices.

As previously explained, please understand we are more than willing to resolve this customer's complaints against our company. To ensure customer satisfaction we simply asked the customer to cooperate by providing supporting information in order for us to validate their claims. It is critical that this information is provided to ensure a fair investigation and resolution for both the customer as well as the company.
Due to the customer's apparent inability and failure to comply with our basic validation process, we were unable to formally investigate this matter. Sequentially unable to offer a suitable resolution.
However, we truly value our customers and take any complaints very seriously. In the future should the customer ultimately decide to comply and provide the previously requested basic, necessary and required documents to validate a transaction with the company, we will thoroughly investigate their claims immediately, in hopes of seeking resolution.
In order to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction, IN & OUT MOVING & STORAGE is willing to compensate you $50.00 in good faith for any inconvenience that may have occurred during the process of your move.
Upon your signature and return of this letter, a settlement check will be forwarded to you at the address above.

As previously explained, please understand we are more than willing to resolve this customer's complaints against our company. To ensure customer satisfaction we simply asked the customer to cooperate by providing supporting information in order for us to validate their claims. It is critical that this information is provided to ensure a fair investigation and resolution for both the customer as well as the company.
As agreed, in the unlikely event that a customer realizes that some of their goods are damaged or missing, or they feel that they have been over-charged or charged for services that they didn't received prior, during or after services were completed, all customers understand that they MUST initially give the service provider (Moving Company) the FIRST RIGHT to fully investigate and respond in writing with a resolution to their issues.
Please note that as of today our records clearly shows that the customer NEVER followed the company's set procedures about filing a claim, rather instead decided to contact the Revdex.com directly, which was not part of our original agreement.
The customer must understand that IN & OUT MOVING & STORAGE cannot validate/process any of their complaints unless the customer is willing to cooperate and provide the basic required information to better understand and validate their issues against the company.
In order to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction, IN & OUT MOVING & STORAGE is willing to compensate you $65.00 in good faith for any inconvenience that may have occurred during the process of your move.

The company processed a claim (CLAIM # XXXXX) which is why I asked for an amount LESS THE $90 ALREADY ISSUED). So the company has had since August to properly resolve this matter but has chosen not to do so in a satisfactory manner. When given the opportunity to resolve the matter, the company instead chose to insult and attack me via harassing phone calls and emails.

These guys were AWESOME!!!!!!! I cannot stress enough how professional these guys were. They went above and beyond what I ever could have expected.From taking furniture apart to removing railings I was totally impressed. I have moved numerous times in my life and this by far was my best experience.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Excellent moving team..! very friendly and personable They were on time, so nice, took incredible care with our stuff, and made the whole moving process easy and wonderfully . We highly recommend..
