status and reported that the complaint is still showing.
I've settled with the company. I am in the process of receiving a $50.00 cash refund. Additionally, the company has repaired my broken bench leg.
I'm pleased with their response and wish to cease further action. What should I do to ensure the complaint is removed?

Rest assured that if and upon a full and thorough investigation through MovingClaims.net (Company Claims Processing Agent) we can validate that the customer's claims/complaints against the company are in fact true and accurate, the company will compensate the customer in accordance to their coverage and will ensure a fair resolution to their issues.
As per Revdex.com terms and regulations, we respectfully request that the customer submit copies of the contracts they have received from the company, they allegedly have had transactions with to determine and validate the company he is attempting to file his complaint against. Thus will ensure a fair investigation for both the customer as well as the company.

Order for Service
Household Goods Descriptive Inventory (both pickup and final delivery copies)
Proof of any financial transaction made with the Service Provider (receipt, bank statement, ect)
Be sure to present copies of any moving documents that may include written notations of damages, loss or and delays that were made by you at time of delivery (be sure to highlight such notations).
We urge the customer to submit additional information as soon as possible so that we may address his/her issues. As we will not be able to validate nor investigate this matter any further until the requested documentation is rendered.

In & out moving came in after the other company I hired dropped the ball a few hours before they were scheduled to arrive. These guys offered me very competitive pricing for a full service move on such a short notice. The movers were on time, very professional and packed everything very well. Nothing broke during the move and delivery was very smooth. I would recommend this company to family and friends without hesitation. They literally saved me!

I have been using In & out moving for a while now and I have always been pleased by their services. I need to move a lot because of the nature of my job and moving would be very difficult if did not know about In & out moving. They always make my move like a breeze. I have been using them for so many moves that almost everyone knows me. They also give me priority which I love! The people there are efficient, hardworking and always polite. They never gave me a reason to change movers. They are that good!

I collected their number from my cousin and called for a quote. I spoke with their sales rep. He was very attentive and responsive to all my questions. He fixed an appointment within 5 minutes and at the same day submitted the quote. It was clear that they made the best offer. So, I booked them for my move. I felt great to see the movers arriving in time. They seemed to be focused and it was clear that they were in a purpose. I am sure that the movers knew what they were up to. They dealt with the move as if it was their own and also handled the pressure effortlessly. It was clear that the movers are highly experienced and efficient too. Finally I got a very timely, stress free, smooth and cost effective move.

I had a last second moving situation during the middle of December last year. When I called, I could tell this was a first class operation right from the start. I received consistently prompt replies to my emails and I was able to schedule a time that worked for me within a week.
When moving time came, they actually arrived early. They were courteous and efficient the entire time I spoke with them and disassembled my furniture and had it loaded into their truck within a half hour. When we got to my new apartment I knew it was going to be difficult. I am in a fourth floor walk-up, without an elevator, with a very tight spiral stair-case hallway. They obviously struggled to get my furniture up (probably 500 pounds worth overall) with 18 inches of clearance at the lowest point but they did eventually get everything into my new apartment without so much as a scratch to my furniture or the walls. Their attitude also remained positive the entire time. They actually got the move done in less than my quoted time too and only charged me for the time they worked.
This is a great company, with excellent customer service, competitive rates, and friendly movers and due to my experience I will definitely use them again.

This was my very first time using professional movers and I would definitely use this company again. These guys are professional, fast, and on time. They wrapped up all of my hanging clothes in a wardrobe box, wrapped all the furniture, and were very careful handling all of my belongings.
