This Rip Off Report Company needs to be put out of business They filed a report on my company without so much as a phone call to ask me if it was true NONE OF IT IS!! How can information about a company get filed and hurt a small honest business without any investigative work to find out if the information they are posting is accurate?? I called and spoke to someone and he tried to get me to pay him $2,to go to his Corporate Advocacy Program to repair the damage the lies have done to my business! How insane is that?? He then told me they had been sued 40-times by companies in Texas alone What does that say about them??

This review relates to a company called [redacted] that is operating in [redacted] I was approached by one of their sales people two weeks ago I was given a price quote of $to complete the sealing of my driveway and also to patch the bottom of the driveway The company did not arrive on the day scheduled I was not contacted on that morning but had to contact them They arrived the following day without pre-planningWhen they arrived on Day 2, they changed the price The promised contract was never delivered It was a bait/switch operation The work that I understood they were going to perform was not what was deliveredAfter the work was performed the workers left the property I was barraged with phone calls while I was trying to teach an online international class despite the fact that the check was in an envelope outside the front door VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Posted and malicious information about me and my company stating that I was fired for weapons trafficking, Child molestation and drug smuggling which is ridiculous, then someone calls me and offers to take payment to remove the bad reportThe owner [redacted] is wanted by the FBI and a $20,reward for his where aboutsThis website is complete extortion and should be avoided,

I met with [redacted] the current CFO of this organization in December of 2010. Since our initial meeting, I was given the impression by Mr. [redacted] that their would be some shift in policy and accuracy in reporting of the various posts allowed on his website. Mr. [redacted] claimed that he and [redacted] were aware that a former employee named [redacted] was permitted to use a proxy location at [redacted] in Phoenix. Mr. [redacted] would then author false reviews and postings at the request of his employer, posing as legitimate consumers that have been aggrieved in some manner. Mr. [redacted] had claimed that he was ordered to do this so that [redacted] ***, [redacted] ***, [redacted] and others at the lawfirm of [redacted] & [redacted] in Phoenix could profit. Because [redacted] has done nothing to curtail this criminal behavior, the credibility of this website should be ranked similar to any other tabloid.

Rip Off Report is a scam and unhonest customers can hurt legit businesses using this website I have reviews on that website and both are from customers I bent over backwards to help and I'm the one who sent them items and replacements and also ended up paying them refunds and never had the items returned To dig the knife in deeper they also did the reviews, those are customers from *** and Karma will get them laterIf someone gives a review on *** there is no way the seller can rebut it without paying *** over a $to do so That website is owned by one fat slob sitting in his basement with a laptop and other ss take advantage of that to hurt businesses Some reviews on that site may be done by people who do not know what kind of site it is but there should be a way without paying to rebut what they say for the seller I am not going to give him any of my hard earned money and just let him go on laughing to the bankIf a customer has a legit complaint they should contact the ***

As a consumer I have found Ripoff Report to be a very positive company I had an unfortunate experience both in court and with an insurance company that sued me in that court The court ruled against me as beneficiary putting almost twelve thousand dollars into the pockets of that insurance company in what is called an interpleader action The court and the insurance company worked in cahoots misrepresented the facts of the case making me out to be the bad guy! I ultimately won against the individual that initiated this case and got the remaining money left of the proceeds, but I was innocent to begin with and the insurance company knew that because I had provided them documents proving the allegations untrue, but they proceeded against me anyway by withholding those documents from the court But it wouldn't have mattered anyway because the Federal Court was as corrupt as the insurance company But Ripoff Report was there for me and I could present my case in public even if I couldn't do it in court Those who complain against Ripoff Report if you think you are being treated unfairly, they provide an opportunity on their blog to refute the complaint made against you! And that is a lot more than what I was allowed to do in court!

I contacted this "site" days ago because I am being strong-armed by a low-life drug-dealing thug to pay him for illegal activitiesI hired the person in a professional capacity but once they broke the law I discontinued our business relationship and refused to pay himHe began threatening and harrassing me, including but not limited to filing reports on ripoff reportI informed the owner of the site and even sent him copies of the correspondenceHe told me to email him and that he would "take care of it"I guess that was just to placate me and get me off the phoneNot even hours later a fictitious but damaging "complaint" about me was published onlineThe person included no details whatsoever in their fable and it does not make senseNow, the coward is not taking my phone calls and refusing to remove the information despite the fact he did not fact check the article at all and was informed the information is untrueI guess that's what coward do these days- hide behind a keyboard

Dear Arizona Revdex.com:With regards to the above case # which you have on file, please find below an emailed response from Ripoff Report regarding the defamatory post regarding me and my business written by my brother, who is mentally unstable.I find their response completely unsatisfactory and demonstrates their willingness to disseminate and damaging information written by unstable individuals using fake names, without even a cursory check on the veracity of the author's real name and their motivationsThey are only concerned with selling their VP Arbitration service, which in my view is blackmail and extortion, plain and simple.Sincerely,

Please note that Ripoff Report merely provides a forum for speech. Posts on the site are created by third parties, not by Ripoff Report, and under United States law, Ripoff Report is not required to “fact-check” the millions of comments posted on the site by users. Indeed, doing so would simply be impossible. Further, under United States law, Ripoff Report is not liable for the accuracy of third party speech. Instead, the author(s) of such comments are solely responsible for their words.
For these reasons, Ripoff Report does not remove material upon request simply because one party claims that something in a report is untrue.
Removing material in that situation would require Ripoff Report to decide which party is telling the truth and which one is lying. Ripoff Report is unable to make judgment calls such as this. Instead, both sides are allowed to explain their view of the facts and anyone reading the page can make his or her own decision about who to believe.
Please understand that we do not take reports down. It has been Ripoff Report's uniform policy for over years to not remove postings. Our policy is explained on our website at:
***
You are welcome to write a Rebuttal (where you can tell your side of the story - that the accusations are false, that you do not believe the author is a customer, etc.) to the initial report, which is free, and anyone pulling up the report will see your rebuttal statement. Often times a well-worded and calm rebuttal can explain the situation well and you can even attach documents to prove your point. Again, this option is free.
However, if you feel more is needed, then you may want to consider the VIP Arbitration Program. This gives you the opportunity to have a neutral third party (an arbitrator not affiliated with any of the parties) review the initial report and your documents and statements of how each statement is false.
Those facts that are found to be by the arbitrator will be redacted (removed) from the initial report. This does not mean, however, that the entire report will be removed. Whatever remaining truthful statements, statements that were not found to be by the arbitrator, statements that were not challenged in the arbitration, or opinions, will remain on the website. This program, however, is not free.
We have a panel of highly skilled arbitrators who do not work for free, and as such, we cannot offer the program for free. In the event you would like to know more about the VIP Arbitration Program please review all of the information and documents on our website at:
***
You may find that the VIP Arbitration Program is all that you need to resolve your dispute, however, in the event you are concerned about other future postings by others or if you have multiple Reports, we also want to make you aware of our Corporate Advocacy Program (CAP). Information on CAP can be found by visiting the link below:
***
Should you want additional information on CAP, please send e-mail to ***
Please note that for legal reasons, Ripoff Report staff cannot respond to questions about whether or not the VIP Arbitration Program or the Corporate Advocacy Program is the best option for your particular situation.
We understand that you believe something in the report is false. If that's the case (which we are not in a position to determine), you are certainly welcome to take appropriate legal action against the author who created this report. For more information about on this subject, please review the following link:
***
These are the current options that we have available. Any questions about any of our programs, or about any other action you can take, should be submitted to a local attorney in your area who can advise you of your options, as we cannot.
Unfortunately, you cannot demand that Ripoff Report (which simply offers a forum for speech) unilaterally accept your version of the truth as the sole basis for removing a report, which we did not create. Your dispute is with the author of this report, not with Ripoff Report. If you want more information on why this is, please review this link on our website:

We know that we just provided you with a lot of information and wish you the best in your future endeavors
Sincerely,
Ripoff Report Customer Support

I am not foolish enough to believer that my review here will be posted I filed a legitimate complaint with the Revdex.com in Minnesota They dismissed my complaint I filed the complaint with RipOff Report and suddenly my complaint was addressed Who's really fraudulent I ask you?

This company should be put out of businessAnyone can file a report about a person or company and then ROR asks $in extortion money to have it reviewedAlso note thiis is a FOR PROFIT business rather than a non profit so they have a high incentive to rip YOU offAnother major problem with ROR is they don't investigate complaintsThis company is a scam in itself

I am totally happy with Ripoff ReportIt doesn't attempt to manipulate reviews and complaints like the Revdex.comThe Revdex.com is upset that they have a bad rating on Ripoff Report, when they are the hardest agency to complain aboutRipoff Report is the new era for consumer assistance!

I notice that the complaints against Ripoff Reports all come from merchants. First off I do not have all that much confidence in the Revdex.com. Here are some of the reasons as to why:
1. About 17 months ago I was ripped off by a national law firm that was rated A+ by the Revdex.com. The Revdex.com rating provided no indication that this particular firm would lack competence. I later decided to do the investigation and legal work myself without attorneys and without me having any previous legal training and won the very case that these incompetent clowns were charging sky-high fees to do improperly.
2. It's been my experience that Revdex.com ratings are based primarily on a business's willingness to follow the procedures mandated by the Revdex.com, not the quality of goods or services provided by the business. Also, there are some businesses that are rated A+ even though many customer complaints were not resolved in a manner acceptable to the customer. The Revdex.com is focused mainly on procedure, not quality or customer satisfaction.
3. Businesses that receive poor grades from the Revdex.com get it mainly on procedural grounds, not on the basis of whether they provide quality goods or services.
I am glad that the Revdex.com is not the only game in town. Ripoff Reports provides an alternative vehicle for customers
to complain about bad experiences. I believe that the vast majority of complaints come from real customers who think they were ripped off. I believe that only a small minority are planted by competitors or otherwise dishonest.

This review relates to a company called [redacted] that is operating in [redacted]. I was approached by one of their sales people two weeks ago. I was given a price quote of $800 to complete the sealing of my driveway and also to patch the bottom of the driveway. The company did not arrive on the day scheduled. I was not contacted on that morning but had to contact them. They arrived the following day without pre-planning. When they arrived on Day 2, they changed the price. The promised contract was never delivered. It was a bait/switch operation. The work that I understood they were going to perform was not what was delivered. After the work was performed the workers left the property. I was barraged with phone calls while I was trying to teach an online international class despite the fact that the check was in an envelope outside the front door. VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I would like to make customers aware of a moving company known as The original $55 per hour movers. If you are looking to hire a professional moving company then this is not the one to go with. The movers were late by almost 2 hours, they did not follow me as planned and when I could not locate them I called the office and the owner instead of being a professional was very rude and told me that they were not going to run off with my stuff and that she would not "take bt from a customer". To top it off they broke my marble table top due to deliberate negligence, I asked them to wrap it separately, they said they would once they took it to the truck but they did not. And I had to pay them in cash before they even got to the destination otherwise they would not continue.
It was a nightmare and I would rather have paid more and gotten a real moving company that was Revdex.com accredited !!

Posted false and malicious information about me and my company stating that I was fired for weapons trafficking, Child molestation and drug smuggling which is ridiculous, then someone calls me and offers to take payment to remove the bad report.
