do not purchase a food item from birchland market unless you plan on liking it. they will not let you get a refund or a credit to your account if you do not like the item you purchased. this is a bad way to trat customers. beware of birchland market.

Dear Arizona Revdex.com:
With regards to the above case # which you have on file, please find below an emailed response from Ripoff Report regarding the defamatory post regarding me and my business written by my brother, who is mentally unstable.
I find their response completely unsatisfactory and demonstrates their willingness to disseminate false and damaging information written by unstable individuals using fake names, without even a cursory check on the veracity of the author's real name and their motivations. They are only concerned with selling their VP Arbitration service, which in my view is blackmail and extortion, plain and simple.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

This Rip Off Report Company needs to be put out of business. They filed a report on my company without so much as a phone call to ask me if it was true. NONE OF IT IS!! How can information about a company get filed and hurt a small honest business without any investigative work to find out if the information they are posting is accurate?? I called and spoke to someone and he tried to get me to pay him $2,000 to go to his Corporate Advocacy Program to repair the damage the lies have done to my business! How insane is that?? He then told me they had been sued 40-50 times by companies in Texas alone. What does that say about them??

Posted false and malicious information about me and my company stating that I was fired for weapons trafficking, Child molestation and drug smuggling which is ridiculous, then someone calls me and offers to take payment to remove the bad report. The owner [redacted] is wanted by the FBI and a $20,000 reward for his where abouts. This website is complete extortion and should be avoided,

I am totally happy with Ripoff Report. It doesn't attempt to manipulate reviews and complaints like the Revdex.com. The Revdex.com is upset that they have a bad rating on Ripoff Report, when they are the hardest agency to complain about. Ripoff Report is the new era for consumer assistance!

I am not foolish enough to believer that my review here will be posted. I filed a legitimate complaint with the Revdex.com in Minnesota. They dismissed my complaint. I filed the complaint with RipOff Report and suddenly my complaint was addressed. Who's really fraudulent I ask you?

This website has posted a review about my boss and the company I work for that is completely false and they will not remove it unless you pay them off. This blackmail and this site should be shut down!

I thought I was registering [redacted] with the Revdex.com and gave Rip Off all my information. They are not Revdex.com accredited. Will I get ripped off by them as well as [redacted] Company in [redacted]. I don't know this site popped up while searching for you.

What can I say about these losers the rip off report, they want 2000 dollars down payment (to kick back to the boss who thinks he is a Don) which is nuts, and 300 a month to fun their scheme what a joke, they ruin peoples reputation just for their own profit, what a bunch of losers......

Rip Off Report is a scam and unhonest customers can hurt legit businesses using this website. I have 2 reviews on that website and both are from customers I bent over backwards to help and I'm the one who sent them items and replacements and also ended up paying them refunds and never had the items returned. To dig the knife in deeper they also did the reviews, those are customers from [redacted] and Karma will get them later.
If someone gives a review on [redacted] there is no way the seller can rebut it without paying [redacted] over a $100 to do so. That website is owned by one fat slob sitting in his basement with a laptop and other ss take advantage of that to hurt businesses. Some reviews on that site may be done by people who do not know what kind of site it is but there should be a way without paying to rebut what they say for the seller. I am not going to give him any of my hard earned money and just let him go on laughing to the bank.
If a customer has a legit complaint they should contact the [redacted].

I would like to make customers aware of a moving company known as The original $55 per hour movers. If you are looking to hire a professional moving company then this is not the one to go with. The movers were late by almost 2 hours, they did not follow me as planned and when I could not locate them I called the office and the owner instead of being a professional was very rude and told me that they were not going to run off with my stuff and that she would not "take bt from a customer". To top it off they broke my marble table top due to deliberate negligence, I asked them to wrap it separately, they said they would once they took it to the truck but they did not. And I had to pay them in cash before they even got to the destination otherwise they would not continue.

It was a nightmare and I would rather have paid more and gotten a real moving company that was Revdex.com accredited !!

This review relates to a company called [redacted] that is operating in [redacted]. I was approached by one of their sales people two weeks ago. I was given a price quote of $800 to complete the sealing of my driveway and also to patch the bottom of the driveway. The company did not arrive on the day scheduled. I was not contacted on that morning but had to contact them. They arrived the following day without pre-planning. When they arrived on Day 2, they changed the price. The promised contract was never delivered. It was a bait/switch operation. The work that I understood they were going to perform was not what was delivered. After the work was performed the workers left the property. I was barraged with phone calls while I was trying to teach an online international class despite the fact that the check was in an envelope outside the front door. VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I notice that the complaints against Ripoff Reports all come from merchants. First off I do not have all that much confidence in the Revdex.com. Here are some of the reasons as to why:
1. About 17 months ago I was ripped off by a national law firm that was rated A+ by the Revdex.com. The Revdex.com rating provided no indication that this particular firm would lack competence. I later decided to do the investigation and legal work myself without attorneys and without me having any previous legal training and won the very case that these incompetent clowns were charging sky-high fees to do improperly.
2. It's been my experience that Revdex.com ratings are based primarily on a business's willingness to follow the procedures mandated by the Revdex.com, not the quality of goods or services provided by the business. Also, there are some businesses that are rated A+ even though many customer complaints were not resolved in a manner acceptable to the customer. The Revdex.com is focused mainly on procedure, not quality or customer satisfaction.
3. Businesses that receive poor grades from the Revdex.com get it mainly on procedural grounds, not on the basis of whether they provide quality goods or services.
I am glad that the Revdex.com is not the only game in town. Ripoff Reports provides an alternative vehicle for customers
to complain about bad experiences. I believe that the vast majority of complaints come from real customers who think they were ripped off. I believe that only a small minority are planted by competitors or otherwise dishonest.
