We had popups all over our desktop and within a couple of hours these guys got everything cleaned up and running faster than ever--we just had to sit back and let them workGreat job, very satisfiedThank you!

In July I spent $to have our laptops cleaned and protected for yearsI do not spend a lot of time on the computerOn Sept 14, I used my computer and it was slow and not responding as it did before I bought the Risezone packageSo I called the tech support and it took some time but they did fix itThen that same evening I was using my computer and again had the same issues so I had to call tech support againThey fixed it and apologized, etcToday Sept 18, I once again had the same issuesWhy? I called tech support again and voiced my dissatisfactionIt took hours for the tech to fix itHe did not close my file this timeHe said he'd call tomorrow night to make sure everything was workingTo me $is a lot and I feel at this point I have been scammedI don't understand why I am having ANY issues with my computer having bough this package and them working on my computer times in four days Any feed back? Thank you

Work was thorough and my computer works better and faster

I am very satisfied with the tech support I got fro Rizezone tech Support I had many issues, including my printer, and to my knowledge these issues were resolved

I find this company and their representatives to be extremely friendly, knowledable and thorough I am happy to be a customer!

There is a lot of misunderstanding here as , we are trying
our best to clear this misunderstanding hereAt some point customer said, they
got machine factory reset by other company and then customer say they called ***
and *** scanned their machine and everything is good, there is no Trojan
horse and no software was reinstalledIt’s getting complex here
Since the customer was not satisfied with the service, we had
already refunded the amount in fullWe cannot refund any payment made to other
companies or vendorLike customer said about paying money to another company
*** *** who factory reset the machineWe cannot refund that or compensate
for thatIt has to be handled with other company itself
But in good faith we can offer to provide tech support in
future or once the current antivirus has
expired, we can ship out another one year anti-virus license subscription to
customerCustomer can use it as per their discretionBut we need confirmation
from customer to initiate this
We would like assure the customer that we (Risezone) do not save
or store any customer personal or financial informationWe once document
customer name and contact information and server rendered informationWe cannot
access their machine ever without their authorization/allowing us to do that
Like any other tech support company, we run clean up software
to remove malware/Trojan horseInstall/configure antivirus software, drivers
or similar things

May 1, 2014Hello,We were contacted by customer to fix the issues on their machineWe have analyzed their machine for issuesWe tried our level best to educate the client about our limitations of fixing and supporting of only software related issues and not hardware relatedOnce we have tried to fix the issue, customer stopped responding to our calls and we could not able confirm if issues were fixed or not, we didn't charge any service payment to the customer.As per the letter the customer is saying that we charged her 400, or We explained her different incident plans/options with support for days or months or months plans but we did not send here any invoice or charged here any amountAnd lots of time small company like us does negotiate to help our customersWe are not a big companyIt's our standard policy of explain all the different charges for the incident and support plans available with us, before we start analyzing the client machineOnce our technical rep has analyzed the machine for the issue scope, then only we send for the authorization and invoice for the chargesFor us to remote analyze the machine, we need to remotely login to machine and check the ***'s inbuilt program to see what has gone wrong with the machine.In the end customer is saying that a different computer tech looked at the laptop and said there are no virus, it might be that we have fixed the issues but we cannot confirm it as any time a cleanup software is run on a machine, it has to be shutdown and restarted and tested again and we were never able to validate our cleanup process for this customer.If to start with there was no issue on the machine, then how can a customer call us to fix an issueThere has to be an issue for which a customer will call usIf a machine is working fine, why would anyone call us?Thanks

excellent service all my concerns were met

I had some problems with my computer in FebI thought I was dealing with the Norton company and was never told otherwiseThey did fix the problem, but at cost of $that was supposed to guarantee my system for two yearsSo in October, I notice Norton is off & it says my computer was no longer protectedI call Norton support, and I find out through the receipt I printed in February that it is RizeZone,so I call them & ask them why I'm not protected, and they tell me that I am supposed to call them once a month to keep my computer protected! Not mentioned before! So, I proceed to do business with them again only because they did fix the problem last time & figured the charge wouldn't be that much since I just didn't call them right? They proceed to update everything & add Norton back on & wait til the end to charge me another $250!!! I really feel like this is some kind of legit company because they do fix the problem, just taking advantage of your moneyIt took them hours also to do whatever it all was, so I would not recommend this company to anyone else, unless you can get a guarantee in writing & you get a quote before they start manhandling your computer!!! And this lasts a whole six months, as long as I call them once a monthWhy do I need to call them once a month????

This company completed service on my computer in a very short amount of time I was having a lot of problems with speed and different types of virius but now they have repaired it and it works like new Great Job! Try them out
