I do not think this is a legitimate companyUnder the pretext of trying to help me they asked me to go to *** *** and buy *** cardsThey were going to be at my door to repair my computer.!
I felt threatened and taken for a rideThey have credited me for a partial refund
Most interestingly, Revdex.com has given them a high rating
The reason for this rating is because ,the sales person checks off the survey himself!!
The customer does not get an opportunity
So please do not rate them so high
As far as I am concerned they should be shut down
