At this time, I have been contacted directly by Ritecare Medical products, Incregarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [redacted] from Rite Care contacted me She told me that my account was now fully paid up through the insurance and that I owed nothing I asked her to send me some correspondence to reflect that the account was no longer showing a balance I have not gotten anything from her to date I would like to have something in writing because I do not trust them In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: There is no problem to understand that I will need to pay my 20% coinsuranceThe issue that the demanding payment has been already paid but Rite Surgiacal Supplies company still sending me an unpaid bill for the third consecutive month! I was able to speak to their billing department representative only times: first when $were paid using my Optum Bank debit card and second time to verify why unpaid bill was send again at the beginning of JuneI have a proof that the amount has been paid already and attaching my Optum Bank transactions Excel spreadsheet with highlighted transactions that belong to this company In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

patient is receiving a bill and IS responsible as they are aware there insurance only covers 80% and they are responsible for 20%the patient can call their insurance and dispute their coverage but we as a company are still owed and will continue to try and collect it

They finally called today to apologize that they had the check and credited the account. If it were not for you this would not have occurred. Thank you

Horrible service. Sent me a bill 20 months after the fact. Billing department does not answer the phone. This business is not Revdex.com accredited. Buyer beware!! They are the worst service business that I have ever dealt with.

The consumer's concerns have been addressed and a refund has been given.Thank you.

Regarding complaint ID [redacted] Patient received a Cpap machine on 6/*/2016 and the machine was picked up on 6/**/16. Patient received a bill because no secondary insurance was ever given to Rite Care. The patient called in on 12/**/16 to give us the secondary insurance...
